This is actually my first time drinking "9 NINE". I had never tasted the old "9" in the green bottle, so it was a good thing I did. Dewa immediately! First of all, the Alc is slightly noisy and lacks sweetness and freshness. So that means it's still hard. I'll bring it back tomorrow or later. 3rd day Riedel. Oh, no, it's mellow wine again! It is truly a classic light wine with a rich, mellow flavor. I mistakenly thought it was hard because of the sweet/acidic and alc sensations that have not changed since the first day, but I was wrong, this is the peak, isn't it? The fruit and fresh parts are very gentle, and the umami-specialized rice is suitable for heating up. However, it is still a Bodai yeast! It has a mille-feuille of complex flavors, but I think it's a little far from being an accent or noise, so I'll skip it! The 3rd and 4th pictures 2/24【Tetorikawa Yamahai Junmai A rare setai (a rare occurrence!). We are pleased to welcome you all the way from Kure, Hiroshima 😌. The taste is impressive with a creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of vanilla, round sweetness and assertive umami. I finished 2 cups lightly 😆. So I was a little bit sad yesterday .........

When you first start drinking sake You've probably seen the POP at the store that says, "Enjoy the freshly squeezed, wild taste of sake! You must have seen the POP of a store that says, "Enjoy the freshly squeezed, rough taste of sake! But when you actually drink it But when you actually drink it, you think, "Well, it's sweet and round enough, but what's so rough about it? Yes, many stores have been using this phrase for many years in their everyday use for common sake as well. I was wondering what was so rough about it. The answer to this long-standing question came in the form of this Risshun Asashibori, which is pressed all over Japan on February 4 and ready to drink the next day or so! The freshly squeezed "sharp" bitterness and alkaline taste first! This is the real rough taste of the sake. The 11th day (I let it sit for a long time, didn't I?) It has become much rounder and sweeter. But the aroma is still a bit too dry for a squid. It tastes more mellow and dry than light and dry. In total, this sake is a straight mellow sake. It is a classic! The dry aroma stands out even more than the freshness of the sake. It is a "typical sake to be drunk on the Yoohoo. I wonder why this one looks so good on the warming stage. I'm not sure if it's past its peak or if it's at its peak now. But see Pon-chan's TL (2/10) for a more detailed review of the morning pressing right after the pressing!

Once upon a time, I stopped by this liquor store for "Miyoshikiku". This time, Rafapapa told me about the ministry here. I didn't know they had Genmai in the neighborhood. ......Thank you Rafapapa! I'll start with Dewa's first sip! It's like a ripe, ripe grape? I'll drink it at ...... Sweet! It's so sweet, but it has an amazing sharpness that doesn't linger at all! It's so sweet! It is almost at the level of white sugar, and has the feel of Kintaro candy or cotton candy, but in the latter half of the flavor, the taste of sangen sugar comes out for a moment.... The taste of the three hot sugars that appear in the latter half is so sweet that it gives the illusion that it is a sponge cake. However, the sharpness of the taste becomes dull and it clings to the throat a little when it gets up to chilled. The sweetness comes first, overriding the fruit and freshness of the flavor. The umami follows in parallel. But it's not a juice, you know? It has a surprisingly muscular body and is a solid sake. Probably Mariko's favorite guy ...... It just occurred to me that if I were to put it in food, this sake would be used similarly to mirin. So if you really want to put it in food, don't put the real mirin, but put this sake in and then put the white down without putting the real sake in and without putting the red up.

This time, we tried "Teriyaki Chicken"! However, I am still lacking in dundry skills, so I can only make miso soup and rice 💧. So tonight I'll be serving ...... with some of the best food I've ever had! I'm sure you've had a little omajou from the Naoki Award, haven't you? Tanaka Sixty-five W of Well, all I can say is, it's delicious. On the first day, the condensed milk flavor of Fujiya's Milky Bali touched my tongue just a little, but it disappeared the next day and was replaced by a white peach feeling. The next day it disappeared and was replaced by a white peach feeling. I wonder if this feeling is similar to Yamagata Masamune? The smoothness of the taste is top-notch, and the juicy melt-in-your-mouth texture makes you forget about the sake feeling for a moment. But it's not like a juice, it's a very serious sake. The acidity is relatively mild, and there is no sticking point, so it goes down smoothly...it's a peach nectar for adults! (When the bottle was opened on the 3rd day, it was a grapefruit with sweetness...) (The third day after opening the bottle, it was a grapefruit with sweetness. When it is served chilled, the cute acidity and lingering steps are irresistible and stimulate the brain, allowing you to deeply feel the pure umami of the rice itself. By the way, it's almost the time of Risshun, and everyone is making reservations at ........., right?

I wonder if it's freshly squeezed? Before that, let's open the bottle first. The bottle was opened without any spurts of POP. Stirring! The aroma is of koji and rice brine. There is no sweetness when you drink it, and the koji aroma goes straight through. The fruit and freshness is Nassin In My Heart at this moment. The first day is not so good. The sweetness opens up a little when it is cooled down, but it is still walking a little too slowly, so I'm going to seal it up today! Second day Well, there is no change. More seizure. 6th day The gas is still strong and a little bit spooky. The sweetness has finally reached its peak, but this may be the peak yet. The koji flavor is juicy, with a hint of ginjo, a little bit of rum, a fox and a raccoon dog (huh?). I think there are different tastes for this sake. I recommend it cold with a lot of gusto! The complexity of the flavor increases. However, the bitterness is a bit annoying and the ginjo aroma fights with the malted rice flavor, making it a bit noisy. I would have liked to taste it with non-ginjo polished rice of 70% or more. By the way, when I dropped in at JR Yamanaka Brewery yesterday, a group of four guys in rough clothes with a big age difference came in. They said, "Oh? Are you off to sake-no-wa?" I thought, "Oh, no, they're not!

I've lost it! Wrong picture. Please redo ckin💦. Okay... Calpis for adults, Greffles for adults, Resca for adults...etc. I'm sure there have been numerous "adult series" released to the world. But there is no such thing as "juice for adults". This is the first Echigo-Tsurukame I've seen at Yamaya, and it fits the phrase perfectly. Most of the sake I've bought at this store have been "ummmm," but this one was a hit! When I opened the bottle, it was still going strong with a "whoosh! The aroma on the bottle is pear-like ......? Dewa immediately. Hohoho! Again, a touch of both pears and Japanese pears embodied linearly. The freshness is modest. There was a melon-like nuance characteristic of Niigata sake at first, but after 2 or 3 cups, it was already gone! In a word, it is modern fruity and juicy. It has a glamorous body and is very satisfying to drink. The acidity is doing a very good job, and the texture is smooth, umami, and sweet, as if the rice had been scraped off the back. The Alc feeling that appears after a short time is in perfect harmony! This sake is better than cold sake. It is much more delicious when served cold! Well, thanks to the trouble, it's already closed this time 💧.

Please cheer up Masa-san. Please cheer up Masa-san. Especially you girls who are piling up the cups! Please put down the cups you have poured and give Masa-san a pep talk, even if it is a simple one! Thank you very much. Of course, all of you guys are welcome to apply, too! Please give me a sweet word of comfort to my weakened body after my illness. Well, then... The aroma is mild, with a classic honey-like flavor and ashes. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour first. Unfortunately, the moment of drinking Unfortunately, there is no "Holy shit! However, it is very tasty. Cold sake is a bit of a hurdle for beginners. But it has a strong sweetness, so it's okay! It does not change its taste much when it is served cold. It is recommended for intermediate drinkers, and it has the taste of loquat or overripe grapes. But basically, the concentrated sweetness of the rice is dominant and comprehensive. By the way, don't worry about the Alc, which is 18°up, because the umami is so much stronger. Is this the ultimate in full-bodied wine? I was surprised at how good sake can be! Which one should I drink next? I highly recommend it to young drinkers who are searching for their next drink.

The aroma that leaks out from the opening and closing is yoghurina. About 10 minutes of repeated opening and closing Finally, the bottle is opened. "What the hell? What? What...stinky! It smells like a superior version of "Gonin Musume" from the same brewery I drank the other day. As expected, even sake-runners who like perverted sake may not be able to drink it. Look, the unrefined sake floating on the surface of the ...... liquid is starting to look kind of like an ache (kora). Standing aroma? The smell of blue cheese covers the whole room. I decided to give it a whiff, and the first thing I noticed was a gaseous feeling. Immediately after, as the acidity level of 5-7 indicates, it's a very strong spiciness! Super sour presidential ministry! But once you drink it, it has a surprisingly refreshing flavor, you know? There are some rum, orange, and buttery nuances in the back of the bottle, but it's still very sour. It is a saké-run that is never heated, but it is indeed a very good saké-run. Youtube "I heated up some sake-run! 11 views It still stinks as usual, but ...... Wow! It's got a ginger flavor! (so what the heck!?) This is a sake that is completely testing the drinkers. While there are many people in the Sakénawa area who drink "Ni-Hare" or "Tazake: Chinese Zodiac Ver." in the traditional way as it is New Year's, Sakérun continues to deliver tonight with zero sense of the season and zero sense of the event. First of all, what is the concept of this No. 2? Dry and light? Well, it's not that far off the mark, is it? It's super light before it's dry. Super light from the opening to the close. And bananas...yes! The only place where you can clearly feel the banana is in Collage. The aroma is peachy and the mouthfeel is also peachy. The color of the label is also a good indication of the taste. If you say "banana", why didn't you make it yellow? The so-called "gubigubi" type of capy-capy type, with a hint of pineapple, is perfect for beginners! A refreshing, light and refreshing drink! Basically, it is good as a cold sake for beginners, but if you are used to drinking sake, it is too uninspiring. So, it is recommended to drink it chilled or higher, where the acidity and alcohydrates come to the surface. But sake-runners should know that sake cannot be heated up, so that's a big disappointment. Also, it's a "gubigubi" type of sake, so it might be hard to drink 2 or 3 glasses at once without a side dish, to be honest.

The day before yesterday, I celebrated the end of work (uppp)...... and had a few beers at the end of the day at the office. ......... I could have just gone straight home, but I went to a corner bar. I really should have just gone home, but a classmate of mine runs a snack bar, so I had a quick drink! I was so excited that I went back to the bar and started to drink .......... I don't really remember much. I was dead for a whole day yesterday 😵💫. I have something to say at the end of this review 💧💧. First of all, here's a little something for you. The aroma is mainly of a typical honjozo style, with a rich rice aroma. This much is to be expected. However, the mouthfeel is quite fruity! A modest sense of grapes. The alky smell that passes through the nostrils can't be helped but the classic lightness and broad body are great! Finally... The domestic market for sake has been declining year after year. However, overseas, the market has been on a steady rise and reached over 40 billion yen this year. Perhaps the domestic market will continue to decline, but one day it will turn around from overseas and return to the domestic market! The next generation will surely make the charm of sake shine even brighter! Thank you for all the 👍s this year! Many happy returns to all sake drinkers! ............up

Let's pick up the pace a bit! This is "Ryugasawa", which looks like it is about to bungy from the desk. Let's go to Dewa right away! Oh, let's not go there on the first day. The second day. A standing aroma of strong cemedine with a touch of honey. Peach and grapefruit seem out of reach, like they're over the back. A touch of citric acidity tickles the nostrils. Drink. I like it better on the second day, and I recommend drinking it cold! The proportions of the pineapple and the tailings are revealed as the temperature rises. I don't think you need to worry too much about Alc.16°. The taste is so rich and the alu-ness of the wine is well counteracted by the dolusic acidity, making it a washable type, following the previous "Kozaemon". It is a washable type following the previous "Kozaemon," though the vectors are different. It is very easy to drink and tastes good, but there are many faces hidden in it. I wish it was in a good way, but it was rather negative. The most important one is Pinappo, followed by Peach, Greffle, and Yogurt. However, the ministry is not a ministry. There is no doubt that it is a very cost-effective and pure product, and both of them are delicious on their own, so don't worry about it.

I'm talking about the Hankyu Brewer's Festival, which is held every year in Hankyu, Japan. I tasted a variety of sakes while "tasting cold or hot," and I was really impressed with the taste of Kozaemon, which was the best of the day. And it was the most delicious sake of the day! Dewa immediately! The attack is fresh! Total freshness! That's all! The vector of this dish is low in sweetness and low in bitter acidity, and is washable enough to kill the super thick nori cream sauce penne shown in the picture. (By the way, I don't make it anymore because it is not popular with my family.) It's a typical sake, but I haven't had such a fresh sake recently, so I'm very impressed! The train is ready to go! It's good at any temperature and any sake cup, and the gimmick is that you can smell a little bran when you drink Riedel. It is relatively classic and has no fruit. It's just a dry sake with a "thud" of freshness on top of it. The freshness on top of the dry sake is a perfect harmony. Despite the low white content, the sake is clear and free of any cloying flavors, perhaps due to the ginjo-style sake making process. R4by a great start! I'm so happy for the ministry!

What? What? I don't remember the funa guchi being this good! I still remember how good it was, but not this good! The sake run... "Yosh! I'm going to become a sake drinker! and the first sake that struck him was "Funaguchi". Actually, not the "new sake new rice" one, but the regular Funaguchi that you can find at any supermarket, right? Incidentally, Funaguchi used to have an Alc. of 20° at that time, but it seems to have settled at 19°. Is there something wrong with it? Sweet Niigata sake with a ripe melon-like attack and moderate acidity. Instead, it has a fat body! Modern yet classic. It is right in the middle of the two types of sake. It has a local sake flavor that is hard to believe that it is a mass-produced honjozo, and if it were served blind to a sake-run idiot's tongue, he or she might not be able to taste it. I would say, "Hi, this is Junmai! I would say "Hi, this is Junmai! ............ Yes, I can taste a little bit of the arosozome flavor when it is served cold. So it's best to drink chilled sake and stir it up with the food at a good tempo. I'm toasting to X'mas this year with chicken breast and peperoncino.

It's expensive, isn't it? I just had to have a snowman. "It's the same as a normal snowman, right?" I thought it was just a normal snowman, but it's not ...... Dewa, I'll get right to it. The opening was milder than expected, with no spillage. The standing aroma is of fresh rice water and a little bit of nuka. Drinking. Whey. Collaboration of cute sourness and gas. I think the main field of the cold sake zone is for the shwashwap-party-people when everyone says "kanpai 🎉✨" together. I have the impression that the gas adds to the POP and pulls it toward an aperitif. I can understand grapefruit or adult calpis, but I don't think it's a sake run. I've never had it, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've never had it before, but when I get to the cold zone, the sweetness increases and I'm in the strike zone. But the gas is still a little noisy. I'm sorry to say that there's not even half a bottle left, but it's as expected of Sentori. Thank you very much. The 3rd day The gas has diminished considerably. Oh, it's still Koch! It's like old-fashioned sweet sake. The most noticeable feature is the fine texture of the rice cake, which has a friction coefficient of zero as it glides over the tongue. It shows how carefully the sake was bottled. Is it a dripping mouth? I wish I had left at least one cup of sake.

I went to Nada Gogo Sake Brewery! It was great! I made a reservation in advance. Nada Gogo Sake Shop Set *3rd picture The menu was to drink sake corresponding to each of the three plates shown in the picture, and even those who said "I don't like Nada sake! If you're not a fan of Nada sake, don't worry, all five are basically light and refreshing. After enjoying the pairings, we ordered this "Zuisho". I didn't even know it existed ☝. I didn't even know it existed. I can't say much about it because I haven't had a chance to taste it with a clear tongue, but it was exactly like "old sake" and rightly so. There is a category of "classic" sake, but I think of it as something that sinks a little deeper into the abyss. Vintage" is more appropriate for me. The color is a beautiful honey. It has a beautiful honey color and a sense of maturity. The first impression of "no Shaoxing wine" is indeed a very different one from the others. The nuance is almost equal to bitter chocolate or whiskey. I don't usually think about pairings, so I'm not sure what would go well with it. How about blue cheese or sweets? There were many young people and couples, and I really felt the recent momentum of the sake community.

Every time I see this label. Rokuzo. I'm sure Sakeran isn't the only one who reads it. So tonight I made nori cream pasta and the German potatoes you see in the picture! It was delicious! I drank some Dewa! It's 75% sweet pear juice. The rest is apple? I just can't see any acidity. Well, it is a total beautiful sake design! VeryVerySweet, sweet and gorgeous Junmai Ginjo-shu. Best drunk with food, but better in a glass of wine. If you drink it with a sake cup, the sweetness will be emphasized to the extent that you will get tired of drinking it early on, so I think it performs best if you cool it down to -5 to 5℃ in a wine glass and swallow it with its aroma, that it should. The acidity is moderate. I agree with ...... that this kind of "day-ha" quality sake is now a red ocean. I'm not comparing them, but I can't help but compare them to the Akabu I bought with it. So ...... Why do we humans always want to compare?

It's a minor type (kora) of "Tenmei". I really want to drink something called "Ichi" or "Ni". But before that, Beaujolais Nouveau is a gift for the first time in more than 10 years. What was my impression when I drank it long time ago? "It's so sweet!" Now, this year's Beaujolais is delicious! I think ...... Hi Dewa, I'll get right back to you. First of all, this sake is only available "cold". There is absolutely no cold sake. And to add to that, I guess I should baton the review to someone who usually enjoys "heated sake" and is skilled in heating sake. w Comment The cold sake band is in a word, extremely light and dry. Slender and sharp. Dorsui sharpness. Also, of course, it is non-fruity and non-fresh. The umami is especially thin, and the dominant taste is "ash" derived from the sake degree of +4. If a chunky sweetness is added to the umami, it will probably have the appearance of a traditional ordinary sake. At 15℃ in the cold range, the sweetness and umami swell, and young white grapes are also present. The acidity, which had been weak, is now stronger, and the sake is designed to be a food sake, so it's off to a good start. By the way, I could not sniff out the distinctive flavor of Kame-no-o. It has a clear impression without bitterness that is almost like a peculiar smell.

Nothing more to complain about - in the This time, it's "AKABU," which was categorized as a "superb series" for the first time. I'll get it soon. By the way, the "Superlative Series" is literally "Super delicious!" And it's so good that I drank so much of it that I forgot to write about it. I forgot to write my manuscript and had no more than one gong left to drink 😭. There are a few bottles a year. What should I do 💧? I'll just write a texbook: ...... The first aroma is smooth ginjo aroma. Excellent sweetness at first, like a ripe melon and a ripe apple with a lot of honey, then a ripe yellow peach. The Alc. of 15° is also exquisite, neither light nor heavy, and the palate is medium-light bodied. Even a girl can easily finish a four-pack of this wine. The expression changes slightly depending on the sake cup, but the Cobo brush is the NoChoice. It is extremely delicious no matter what you drink it with or at what temperature. On the contrary, when it is this perfect, the freshness of the "raw" taste seems like noise to me, which surprises me. Speaking of which, it seems that the young master brewer himself doesn't appear in the media very often, but that's also mysterious and good 👍✨.

First of all, I would like to mention that the amount of unrefined sake was so much that on the second day, I didn't even want to drink any more. I'm eating moromi rather than drinking it on the second day. I don't drink the top clear anymore, but it still has this overwhelming "porridge-like" feeling. If you are a supernatant drinker, please be careful. This is the first time for me to try "Kuro Dobu", which belongs to the so-called "Craft Sake" category. It is said to be the best doburoku in Japan in the fire-roasted category at the Tokyo Doburoku Festa. First of all, there is a faint aroma of malt. Unfortunately, there is no gas already. It is considerably more fruity than Attack Amazake (......), or perhaps it is even close to Pocari Sweat with its cool and refreshing taste. And in the unrefined sake...gas? It has a texture that pops and pops, right? At the same time, the Alc sensation is also popping, but of course with a good accent! Umami +10 points! What is unique is that the heart white (the center part of the rice) is al dente, and is dotted with many "gurigori-gurigori-gurigori" (crunchy) dots. The unique thing about this dish is that the heart white (the center of the rice) is al dente and is dotted around the rice, and the texture is such that you have to crush it with your front teeth. I can't get enough of it! But I guess it's the ratio of "sake" and "unrefined sake". ...... I wonder if doburoku is "eaten" on the second day? Well, it's still perfect enough. When I get my sake brewing license someday, I would love to taste their Junmai sake!
