Let's start with the nose. The aroma reminds me of pears, and it blooms for a moment, but soon changes to a calm impression.
The juicy taste in the mouth is followed by a gorgeous sweetness and a slight bitterness at the end.
Serve with stir-fried pork and turnips. The combination of fresh turnips and pork with a slightly sweet sauce enhances the umami of this sake and tightens the aftertaste. Delicious 😋.

The aroma is mild.

I knew Kozaemon was good, but the hiyaoroshi was just as good as I expected 👍!
