I occasionally drink sake from Nagano Prefecture, but this is my first time in the neighboring prefecture of Gifu🎊.
The shopkeeper told me that this was the best sake he had ever had when he was at a party that featured Niimasa and Jikin...so I bought it 👛.

Jungin summer sake brewed with Dewa Sanzan.
It was a fine sake with a light and refreshing taste, perhaps due to the acidity. The aroma is like green apples🍏.
It was delicious served with edamame (soybeans), tofu, chicken, and pork with a sprinkling of krazy salt!
