On the way back from TOMO's welcome party, we went to Hanshin Department Store just before closing time.
The tasting was already over, but I thought it was OK to buy it without tasting because I heard that Icoma Sake Shop and Yasubeyesan said it was delicious.

Long time no spell🧙.
I bought it because they used to release it as fire-brewed but now they are releasing it as a draft.
It's gorgeous but not too sweet and has a strong umami flavor. But I somehow feel Aizan's character.
I was pretty drunk at Nishinomiya Shrine and KITTE that day, so I couldn't drink as much as I would have liked at home💦.
On the third day, the gas is completely gone, but the sweetness has increased.
I also feel a little minerality.
Last week, the Hanshin championship sale was on, and the department store was offering a 10% discount on tasting sale items.
It's been a long time since I've tasted Gozenshu, Okayama sake.
Cold sake.
Salty aroma of plum sour and grain aroma
Gentle umami
Sourness that lingers on the tongue afterwards.
Impression of glamorous Omachi sake rather than full-bodied Omachi sake
For some reason, it does not claim to be junmai sake, but "sake".
The rice polishing ratio is 88%!
If it tastes this good, there is no need to cut it down.
It is unfiltered raw sake.
It is already delicious even before you drink it!
The aroma is amazing.
It smells like ripe fruit.
This is Okura-san's style.
Bon appétit!
It's so good!
It's not so much smooth as it is thick.
It is sweet, but the balance with the acidity is nice.
Finish the drink with a crisp finish. The lingering bitterness leaves a little aftertaste.
This looks delicious on the rocks!
The second glass is served over ice.
Then, bingo!
Tsumo.
Basically, I play Mentampin.
I'm an amateur mahjong player who tends to play mixed 1-color.
It's delicious!
It has a nice aroma.
It is not fruity, but I have the impression that it is not classic either.
I thought it was light on the palate.
At the end, you can taste astringency and bitterness along with a slight sweetness.
On the back of the label, it said "May the tiles of happiness come to you.
I really ask for it! (Lottery related)
Hi Pekkar 😃
I'm an amateur who can't go up because I'm too much into good hands😅My son has recently discovered the joys of playing mahjong 😆 That's also good 😆.
As it happens😅I'm off to buy a lottery ticket now👋
Purchased at a tasting sale at Hanshin Department Store
First time drinking Shinanonishiki
I hear it is an environmentally friendly label-less design.
The rice is Yamae Nishiki with a milling ratio of 71%.
The milling ratio varies from 71% to 75% depending on the year's harvest.
There are a few bubbles in the glass.
The flavor is sweet and fruity, but the rice is also strong and powerful. The beautiful acidity accentuates the taste and is very impressive!
The sweetness is even more pronounced than when we tasted it, and it's delicious.
It tastes nutty when the temperature rises.
The 4th one, after drinking Yatagarasu, my recommendation is full of Nara sake 🤣.
Overall, there are a lot of ★'s 🤣.
Shinano-Nishiki, which I had avoided because of its dry image, was at the Hanshin Department Store, so I was allowed to drink a variety of it!
It was my first time to drink 😁.
Chogen Hi-iri
It tastes slightly sweet, and you can drink it all the time with its mild and gentle taste.
Chogen Nama Sake
A little rougher than Hi-ire.
Personally, I preferred the hi-ire version.
Ippou Nama Sake
I thought it was dry and sharp.
I could drink it myself during dinner.
Tsuenzaburo Nama-nazake
I was looking for this one. It was delicious with a strong flavor and moderate sweetness 😋I bought it!
JDG01
Sparkling sake. It's like champagne with a sweet and sour taste 🍾.
Delicious in a glass of wine - they said it won an award.
Junmai Daiginjo Hibana
Sweet and juicy and delicious 😋.
All the Shinanonishiki were delicious, but this one was my favorite!
Junmai Daiginjo Kinshu
Polishing ratio 39%, aged for 27 years😳.
It seems they only serve it at events and you can't buy it at the brewery!
It has a beautiful taste that you can't believe it's 27 years old, and there's a trace amount of maturity. Someone buy it 🤣.
I drank Oeyama at an event at Keihan Department Store, but this is the first time I've ever had a draft sake. I saw it at Hanshin Department Store and bought it.
It seems to be a sake brewed at Kagetsu, which also brews Kaga no Tsuki in Ishikawa Prefecture.
The rice is 5,000,000goku and 1,000,000goku no shiro, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is a daiginjo spec.
It has a fresh, greenish mouthfeel with a sweet, gentle umami taste. The second half has a classic sake-like spiciness and alcohol. Sake with a sense of power.
Winter Nigorinpic 34
Snowball drinking comparison paused 🤣
Yesterday, I got a little early...very early Valentine's Day chocolate from Kaorin: ❤️
It was a nigori junmai daiginjo raw chocolate🍫 from Kaygetsu because they are currently holding the Nigorinpic.
I bought this sake on my way home from work, thinking it was the only sake to go with it 😀.
Unfortunately, they were just sold out of the four-pack, but they had some small ones left 🤣.
As expected from Kaygetsu, this sake is from Kochi, and I found it to have an overwhelmingly strong flavor among the sake selections for the Nigorinpik that I'm currently working on🤣.
Maybe not the best taste for our family 🤣.
It had a completely different nuance from the CEL24 we drank before 😅.
However, when paired with chocolate, the flavors collaborated well and it was delicious 😇.
It's interesting that the impression of sake can be so different when paired with chocolate than when drunk alone 😀.
YasubeyesanOrin❤️Valentine pairing first 💝🎊That sounds like a delicious pairing! I've seen Kaygetsu at a liquor store I frequent! It's really fun to see the difference between sake alone and pairings. ❤️
Yachan, did you like the chocolate? The pairing of this chocolate with the Katsuragi🍶 was too good to be true, wasn't it? I'm looking forward to your return of the chocolates 😝.
Good evening, Petsuho 😀
I was a little surprised at the strong taste of Kaygetsu-san's nigori, but I was surprised at the change in taste when combined with this chocolate 🤣.
However, Kaorin has requested me to return the favor by using Sake no Wa 🤣.
Hi Yasbay & Kaorin 🐦.
Surprised that there is a Katsuragi 🍫 and surprised that it tastes even better when combined with nigori 😳‼️ I would love to do this 😻
I can't wait to see what you get in return 🤣
Hi, Pon 😀
There are various sake chocolates 🍫.
The year before last it was Yukio and last year it was Tatenogawa😇.
This year I will be going on a sake trip to Ueda and Nagano at exactly that time, so I can get a Shinshu Kamerei tote bag 🤣.
Winter Nigorinpik 27
I bought this when I was allowed to taste it by the brewer who was just at the Hanshin Department Store for a special event 😀.
The small amount of the tasting didn't show this much, but I was surprised by the fruity taste that I couldn't believe it was fire-roasted 🤣.
It was a delicious fresh fruity taste and I think if you heard it was a raw sake and drank it, you would be convinced it was raw😇.
Good evening, Yasubeyesan 🦉.
I see that it is a fire-ground ogara-mi 😳It seems to be rare 🤔Sai-no-Mon, I tasted it at an event and it was delicious ❣️ I would like to drink ogara-mi 😻
Good evening, Yasubeyesan😃.
I went to the Nishinomon brewery on a trip to Nagano the year before last but the one they sell is too expensive to buy 😅I haven't been able to drink it since then 🥲I'll take you there next time I come across it👍.
Good morning, Pon 😀
I also collected more than 50 bottles of nigori type sake at this nigorinpic, but I think this was the only one that was fire-aged ❓🤣.
But it was a delicious sake that didn't feel fire-aged at all😇
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😀.
I see that you have some pretty expensive sake lined up at the brewery 😅.
Actually, we are planning a trip to Ueda and Nagano in March to visit sake breweries, so please let us know if you have any good information 🙇.
I was at Hanshin department store and bought it.
I also brought the Daiginjo that takeshon-san was drinking, but I noticed it after I went home and looked at the instagram 😭.
I thought it was expensive, but it was just under 2,000 yen.
I always get the impression that the brewer doesn't talk much and is very taciturn 🤔.
I asked him about Gojogawa Sakura, but he didn't bring it to Hanshin, but they have various kinds.
I honestly wondered why they don't bring it to Hanshin 😅! I thought 😅
It has a strong flavor and a long aftertaste. A little smoky at the end. I think I personally prefer the Nakagosei-Shin-Senbon. The best one is Gojogawa Sakura, though.
It is sweeter and tastier at just before room temperature than when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature.
Hi bouken 😃
I remember this was very tasty 😋I think I had the impression that it wasn't too strong for a Heki 😆 Ahh, I've been wanting to drink Heki for a long time now...
Mr. Takeshon, good evening 🌃
It was a sake that gives quite a different impression depending on the temperature range😊.
I do think the other Isao Heki's are darker 🤔.
I think you can get a lot of Isobeki in the neighborhood 😁.
Second bottle of sake bought at Kochi event.
Rice is Gin no Yume, Sake degree +5
It is said to be dry, but it doesn't seem too dry. It has a white wine-like flavor and a yogurt-like lactobacillus flavor that is unique and delicious, just as it was when I tasted it. It has a pineapple-like taste in the back. I have the impression that the spiciness increases during the meal.
When I tasted it at Hanshin with Mr. Ippo's commentary, I thought it was an old-fashioned souvenir wine based on the impression of the label, but I was surprised to find it was completely different 😳.
Sake purchased at an event in Kochi that Nemuchi and I went to.
It is a rare pouch type.
The rice is Towanishiki, which is not often heard of. It is said that it is a non-standard rice. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and has a bitter taste at the end.
A little bit of lemon squash 🤔.
Depending on the meal to be served with, it seems to be more bitter and spicy.

The last Kochi sake is Kameizumi!
I think this is the first time I've ever had Kameizumi fire-brewed sake.
According to Ippo, it tastes like CEL even though they don't use CEL yeast.
When I drank it, I found that to be true 😳.
It tastes like apple and pineapple.
A little pungent, but basically fruity.
Thank you so much for all the explanations 🙇.
It was just around noon, so I had a bowl of straw-roasted salted bonito tataki at Tanaka Fresh Fish Restaurant in the venue 🐟.
It was the best bonito I've ever had 😋.
There was also sake on the menu, but it was Kure. I wanted to try the bonito with the Kurei, but I had to refrain since there was another tasting after this 😅.
After this, I was wandering around the basement of Hanshin and bumped into a foreigner who looked just like Tamagawa's toji Harper 😳I think it was him 🤣.
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑮
Well, I've almost cut out Kazuho's precious story because I was worried about the number of words😅.
Please see Neemuchi's post for more details 😌.
I've only had CEL yeast sake because I have an image of Kurei as dry 😅.
This one is definitely spicy too, but it's not just spicy, it also has umami and sweetness.
I'm not good at dry sake, but I have a feeling I'm going to like dry Kochi sake 😁.

Drunken Whale" is the image that Rui Yoshida often drinks in "Bar Nomadaki".
I've had the same one in the past, but unlike the image I had at the time, I didn't find it that spicy.
But I can't get rid of the image of Drunken Whale as dry 😅
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑬
I often visit Hanshin department stores in Amagasaki and Nishinomiya, and I don't buy Kaygetsu 😅 because I see it so often.
It was one of the spiciest and heaviest Kochi sake I drank this day!
Aikawa Homare is not the name of the rice.
The rice used is Gin-no-Yume.
I'm going to drink Kaygetsu at Keihan Department Store after this 🤣.
Good evening, bouken🦉.
I remember tasting the raw sake when the brewer came to Hankyu and it was easy to drink 🤔I may be mistaken, I would like to try it again 😊.
I thought it was the name of the rice 😳🙏.
Good morning, Pon-chan ☔.
It's easy to drink without any peculiarities, but on the other hand it doesn't leave much of an impression 💦.
I learned about it when someone said it wasn't the name of the rice on the sake wakame line 😅confusing 😆.
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑫
Mute Mukonosan, famous for its Dabada Hiburi (fire shaker)
They don't sell much sake here 💦.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo
Fruity and quite sweet and tasty type.
It was really good and I wish I could have bought it 🤔.
I wish they would have it in the antenna store 🥺.
Special Junmai
Forgot to take a picture 💦It's rare that neither I nor Muchi took a picture 😳I felt the taste was more reserved and subdued compared to the Junmai Ginjo.
Ippo-san said Mute Mukan grows their own rice too!
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (11)
This is the one I don't often buy because I see it so often.
Not only this sake, but other Kochi sake is soft on the palate, so I thought it was easy to drink even if it is dry.
I got the impression that it was melon-like, refreshing, and the acidity was quite noticeable.
