I was at Hanshin department store and bought it.
I also brought the Daiginjo that takeshon-san was drinking, but I noticed it after I went home and looked at the instagram 😭.
I thought it was expensive, but it was just under 2,000 yen.
I always get the impression that the brewer doesn't talk much and is very taciturn 🤔.
I asked him about Gojogawa Sakura, but he didn't bring it to Hanshin, but they have various kinds.
I honestly wondered why they don't bring it to Hanshin 😅! I thought 😅
It has a strong flavor and a long aftertaste. A little smoky at the end. I think I personally prefer the Nakagosei-Shin-Senbon. The best one is Gojogawa Sakura, though.
It is sweeter and tastier at just before room temperature than when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature.
Hi bouken 😃
I remember this was very tasty 😋I think I had the impression that it wasn't too strong for a Heki 😆 Ahh, I've been wanting to drink Heki for a long time now...
Mr. Takeshon, good evening 🌃
It was a sake that gives quite a different impression depending on the temperature range😊.
I do think the other Isao Heki's are darker 🤔.
I think you can get a lot of Isobeki in the neighborhood 😁.
Second bottle of sake bought at Kochi event.
Rice is Gin no Yume, Sake degree +5
It is said to be dry, but it doesn't seem too dry. It has a white wine-like flavor and a yogurt-like lactobacillus flavor that is unique and delicious, just as it was when I tasted it. It has a pineapple-like taste in the back. I have the impression that the spiciness increases during the meal.
When I tasted it at Hanshin with Mr. Ippo's commentary, I thought it was an old-fashioned souvenir wine based on the impression of the label, but I was surprised to find it was completely different 😳.
Sake purchased at an event in Kochi that Nemuchi and I went to.
It is a rare pouch type.
The rice is Towanishiki, which is not often heard of. It is said that it is a non-standard rice. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and has a bitter taste at the end.
A little bit of lemon squash 🤔.
Depending on the meal to be served with, it seems to be more bitter and spicy.

The last Kochi sake is Kameizumi!
I think this is the first time I've ever had Kameizumi fire-brewed sake.
According to Ippo, it tastes like CEL even though they don't use CEL yeast.
When I drank it, I found that to be true 😳.
It tastes like apple and pineapple.
A little pungent, but basically fruity.
Thank you so much for all the explanations 🙇.
It was just around noon, so I had a bowl of straw-roasted salted bonito tataki at Tanaka Fresh Fish Restaurant in the venue 🐟.
It was the best bonito I've ever had 😋.
There was also sake on the menu, but it was Kure. I wanted to try the bonito with the Kurei, but I had to refrain since there was another tasting after this 😅.
After this, I was wandering around the basement of Hanshin and bumped into a foreigner who looked just like Tamagawa's toji Harper 😳I think it was him 🤣.

Well, I've almost cut out Kazuho's precious story because I was worried about the number of words😅.
Please see Neemuchi's post for more details 😌.
I've only had CEL yeast sake because I have an image of Kurei as dry 😅.
This one is definitely spicy too, but it's not just spicy, it also has umami and sweetness.
I'm not good at dry sake, but I have a feeling I'm going to like dry Kochi sake 😁.

Drunken Whale" is the image that Rui Yoshida often drinks in "Bar Nomadaki".
I've had the same one in the past, but unlike the image I had at the time, I didn't find it that spicy.
But I can't get rid of the image of Drunken Whale as dry 😅

Mute Mukonosan, famous for its Dabada Hiburi (fire shaker)
They don't sell much sake here 💦.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo
Fruity and quite sweet and tasty type.
It was really good and I wish I could have bought it 🤔.
I wish they would have it in the antenna store 🥺.
Special Junmai
Forgot to take a picture 💦It's rare that neither I nor Muchi took a picture 😳I felt the taste was more reserved and subdued compared to the Junmai Ginjo.
Ippo-san said Mute Mukan grows their own rice too!
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (11)
This is the one I don't often buy because I see it so often.
Not only this sake, but other Kochi sake is soft on the palate, so I thought it was easy to drink even if it is dry.
I got the impression that it was melon-like, refreshing, and the acidity was quite noticeable.
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (10)
I was curious about the gap between the classic label "Hourei" and the modern label "Tosa Rei", so I drank both.
Toyorei Junmai Sake
More dry but with a gentle umami flavor
I think it's suitable for warmed sake or room temperature, but cold sake is not bad either.
I wonder if it's a standard sake, so it's easy to drink for evening drinks.
I've never seen it before, but it seems to be packaged in a silver, light-shielding bag when sold. I think I've seen it in a shaded bag at a supermarket or a certain major chain liquor store 🤔.
Junmai Ginjo Tosa Rei
I thought I had never seen this label before, but it seems that it has just been on sale for a short time and there are not many of them around yet.
It's quite sweet and refreshingly gorgeous for a Shibotan. The exact opposite of Toyorei.
I also drank Fujimusume and Tosatsuru tosa urara.
I bought Fujimusume and drank Tosatsuru in the past, so I omitted it...
Tosatsuru is a refreshing fruity type.
When I drank it at home, it seemed a little sweeter.

Niyodogawa by Kochi Sake Brewery. The conventional brand name is Takiarashi.
I once drank a cup of sake called Tosa Road Cup.
This brewery is said to be under civil rehabilitation and used to be one of the biggest breweries in Kochi Prefecture.
The rice is fukuhikari.
It has a clean but sweet and gorgeous taste, and fades out dry in the second half.
↑The description of the taste is probably wrong, so please don't rely on it.
I think they also serve CEL-24 here, I'd like to try it 🤔.
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑧
This is another one you often see at the Ikari supermarket.
Another brand by Bunkajin's Arisawa
According to Mr. Ippo, it has a gaseous taste when freshly opened.
This is also a deep-sea yeast.
The sweet, bitter, spicy and umami are evenly balanced.
It's not the level of sake you can buy at the supermarket.
I want to taste the gasiness, so maybe I should buy some.

Bokchiri means "just right" in Kochi. It means "just right" in Kochi.
According to Mr. Ippo, it is a sake with deep nostalgia.
It is not as dry as it sounds, but has a strong sweetness and umami flavor.
It is an all-rounder sake that can be served at any temperature.
I was talking about how I've never seen this sake before, but the liquor store I stopped by after this was stocking it😅.
Personally, I think dry sake from Kochi can be rather good 🤔.
The staff announced that an antenna store for Kochi will be opening in Umeda soon, and I registered on line. It seems that some of the sake sold this time will be on the shelves!

Some of you may have posted this by mistake, but this is Kikusui Sake Brewery in Kochi, not Niigata!
The label looks like a souvenir.
I've never had it, but I often see this sake called "Shimantogawa" at the supermarket.
Contrary to the image on the label, it is very apple-like.
Ippo-san also said it was an apple.
It's like a cider without the carbonation.
Good morning, bouken 😃It's a cider that looks so classic but not schwarzy, interesting 🤔I'm drawn to it because of the name Ryoma, but apple🍎 - I'd love to meet you 😆❤️
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (5)
It doesn't sound like Tamanoi, but it is a brand for the local market in the south.
South is also a crazy salad hall brand 😆.
When I told him about the Minami brand at Ikari Supermarket, he said that they had a policy of not wholesaling to supermarkets, but they liked the buyer and made a deal with him. Well, Ikari supermarket has a lot of Kochi sake 🤔.
I think it tastes dry, but it has a good umami flavor and is easy to drink.
I thought it was great that Ippo-san was so knowledgeable about other sake breweries and their information. He explained most of the sake to us.

Totally new to Matsuo
According to Mr. Ippo, Matsuo is a classic sake with an aged aroma.
This one uses Tosa Rei, deep sea water and deep sea yeast.
It is refreshing and easy to drink. It is also a bit floral.
People who usually drink Matsuo are surprised at the taste.
Ippo-san said "I'm going to try it too" and drank it. He said "I'm going to try it too" and drank it 😁.

Next is Aki Tiger!
I got the impression that there was a wide range of sake from dry to sweet.
The brewer has a wide range of tastes in sake, so the type of sake he brews varies as well.
Like Toyonoume, this is also a crazy salad house brand 😁.
I drank
Summer Jungin
The label looks like a combination of fireworks and a tiger ❤.
Fruity and melon-y, I think?
Delicious, but I personally prefer Toyonou Ume's summer sake.
Junmai
Another cute label 🐅.
It's quite gorgeous. It's not so dry as to be called "dry," and the flavor seems to gently envelop you. It also has a good amount of acidity. It is a versatile type that can be drunk at any temperature.
Deep Sea Universe Junmai Daiginjo
It seems to be a sake made from selected yeast that survived after being taken to outer space. It is said to be a sake made from selected yeast that survived after being taken to outer space. I think they said fermentation is accelerated 🤔.
Tastes like banana🍌. Sweetness and umami are round and gentle on the palate.
CEL-24 Junmai Daiginjo
Very fruity. I've had it in the past and it's still as delicious as ever 😋.
Ms. Arimoto Yu, daughter of the brewer of Akitora, was there 😊.
Hello bouken 😀
I see that the brewer's daughter is visiting here too😇.
She was at the Izumiotsu event the other day and she was a lovely young lady with a great love for sake 😀.
The future of the brewery is bright😇
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (2)
Mr. Kazuho Takagi, the head brewer of Toyonoume, visited us.
Tasting while listening to Mr. Kazuho's explanation.
He is the same age (or was it the same school year?) as the third generation of Kishiwada's Crazy Salad House. Mr. Takagi is a brewer of the same age as the third generation of Kishiwada's crazy salad house.
We drank
Tosa Summer Jungin
It has an apple-like flavor and a summery feel to it, but it's not too thin and it's very drinkable.
Junmai Ginjo Gin no Yume
Fruity and gentle flavor. It's amazing that this is positioned as a standard sake.
Tosa Kinzo Special Junmai
Tosa Kinzo Special Junmai uses deep-sea yeast. The rice is Tosa Rei. It has a lychee-like flavor and is also sweet and delicious.
Junmai Ginjo Ito no okashi
CEL-24 is used. This is the first time for me to try it with fire-roasted sake.
Kameizumi is very heavy, but this sweet and fruity is just right. The balance is exquisite.
All of them were delicious, and I have to go back to the Salad Pavilion for the raw sake 🤔.
I had to drink other sake from other breweries while Ippo-san explained them to me 😳 to be continued....
Good morning, bouken 😃.
This event is a great success!
I also went to Hanshin department store this weekend and watched it from a distance 😅.
Takagi Kazuho, I was wondering if I should go because I failed to take a picture the other day, but I gave up because of the number of people 😔.
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin.
It was just after the opening, so there were not many people, but by the time we left the venue, the place was packed 😊.
I think I'll replace the photo of Ispo with the one taken by Nemuchi because it's more beautiful 🤔...
Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (1)
I went to Hanshin Department Store to sample all 18 breweries in Kochi!
As usual, I was accompanied by Nemuchi 😁.
The first brewery we visited was Fumimoto Shuzo.
Unlike other breweries, they had individual booths!
They are a brewery that has taken over the business.
The person who helped us was the head brewer, who lives in Kochi and Osaka😳.
The event itself seemed to focus on U-turns and I-turns, and there were talk shows with Mr. Banto and the brewers of Toyonoume and Aki Tora.
A liquor store in Kobe used to sell a brand called Hinode Momotaro, but it seems that the business was taken over and they no longer sell it.
All the sake was in pouch type 😳.
I drank
Shimanto HANAYAGI
Rice is Nikkomaru. It's strawberry sweet and delicious!
Kiri-no-Sato Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Nama-Nagori Sake
It was freshly opened, so it was juicy, sweet and juicy, and extremely delicious.
Shimanto Junmai Daiginjo Nama-genshu
The rice is also Nikkomaru. It was juicy, umami and delicious 😋.
Shimanto Kaoru
This sake uses CEL-24 yeast and rice called Towamai.
It is said that the price is lower because the rice is out of the top grade.
Purchased the most reasonable 300ml Kaoru.
Good evening.
I guess the Kirinosato Honjozo is gone.
It was a good sake along with Hinode Momotaro.
Well, I'd like to go, but it's raining, so I'm not going.
Hello Shinjo 😃
I see from the official website that Kiri-no-Sato is only Jun-Dai and Momotaro is sold out 😥Kirameki, an orthodox Junmai sake, seems to be the standard sake 🤔.
It's open until the 24th if you have time 🤗
Good morning, bouken 🐥.
I was surprised to see all the pouches 😳💦It must be strange at first to pour a glass of wine 😆.
I've been seeing you lately as Nemuchi even if you don't write 🤣.
Monthly Tochigi love 🥰 ongoing
Since I bought it at the traveling SAKE shop in the Hankyu Department Store last year.
This time at Hanshin Department Store.
The last time I bought it, it was hi-ire, but this time it was a nama sake. I think the hi-ire sake has a stronger strawberry flavor, but I think I can taste more sweetness in the nama sake.
I hope they will come to Kansai again because they have a variety of flower yeast sake.
Next time I want to buy Daiginjo Oshiroibana or Abelia that impressed me so much when I tasted it!
After 3 days from opening, it seems to have more strawberry taste.
After a few more days, it seems to have a stronger pungency...
Good morning, bouken 😃.
Love Tochigi monthly 🥰It's wonderful 🥹.
We haven't been able to drink Tochikane yet! I will definitely drink this one by the end of this term 🤗I think I'll go to the brewery!
