Tenpyo Junmai Daiginjo. This luxurious sake is made from Tojo Yamadanishiki rice polished up to 35%. It's Tenpyo, so of course it's delicious! 😆 Gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness. 😆 It has a gorgeous aroma and an elegant sweetness that everyone seems to agree is delicious.

This time it's Tenpyo's Aizan, which I had spotted after researching it beforehand.
The pink label is more beautiful than the one I'm used to seeing at Tenpyo 💖.
In addition to the sweetness, you can taste the bitterness.
It is still fresh and smooth 😚.
I am surprised that this is brewed in Kyushu 🤩.
It is said to be super dry. There is not much aroma. Super dry" is not a bad word. It has a very strong entry. But it goes away quickly, so it is easy to drink. To say that it makes you feel a rush might be an exaggeration. But it is like that. Personally, I find it easy to drink because it doesn't leave any residue on the palate.
The second bottle on the Kagoshima trip was a Junmai Ginjo from Tenpyo.

Junmai is more fruity and refined with added richness 🍶.
Junmai was delicious, but this is delicious too😊.
I prefer Junmai Ginjo to Junmai for Tenpyo 😄.
The entrée was yakitori🐔 and pork shabu shabu🐷.
It was a good pairing as it neutralized the fat ✨.
The food was so good that I honestly go to Kagoshima to eat at this restaurant💦💦🚗.

I've been traveling to drink sake since I got into the sake swamp 😁.
It's true that we have travel standards so it's easy for us to decide where to go, but it sometimes hurts that my wife has the distance bug 😅.
After GW and Kami finished work last night, we went to Kagoshima City 🚗.
We went to a restaurant we went to 6 years ago and loved it so much that we go there every time we go to Kagoshima City.
They have a pretty good selection of shochu, but we didn't cheat and of course went for sake 🍶.

It has a banana-like sweetness and softness.
It finishes with a slight bitterness, but it is easy to drink and delicious 😊.
We served it with local delicacies: kibinago sashimi, tori sashimi, and pork tonkotsu.
