Smells of powdered milk, flowers. Slightly effervescent. The junmai I drank before was so good that it was a repeat purchase, and it lived up to my expectations. It is well-balanced and when you notice it, you can drink it all at once with a slurp. It has a floral, not too sweet, pungent, well-balanced flavor, and a satisfying umami and a sourness that is very satisfying. The 4th day. It has lost some of its flavor and can be drunk without hesitation.

I drink at a hit and miss restaurant in Hazlet, Shinjuku. The prices are reasonable for Shinjuku. The food is good too. The sake is rich, mellow, and tasty. It was so good that I wanted to take it home with me.

Tochigi Prefectural Association⛄️Winter Women's Meeting🤗⑨ Soft taste, a little pear-like ginjo aroma, and just the right amount of sweetness. It has a soft mouthfeel, a hint of pear? We have to go to Fatty's to buy it around here.

Fruity aroma like ripe bananas🍌. The mouthfeel is light and smooth, but the juicy sweetness and flavor spread quickly 🤤. The minerality spreads smoothly in the mouth, and the acidity and exquisite bitterness that slowly takes over from the back of the mouth are balanced to perfection 😋. And yet, the aftertaste is beautiful, disappearing quickly and cleanly, making it a perfect match with a meal. ‼️ Yum 🤤🤤🤤.
