やっとこ見つけた廣戸川！……と思ったら特純かぁ。
にごりが呑みたかった所なんだけどまぁヨシ。
香りは穏やか。
一口含んだ第一印象はかなりの優等生でこれと言った弱点が見当たらない旨さだね。
ただ「ウォッ⁉ ッメーー！」ってテンションまでは 上がらず
「シッポリと……ただただ杯を……重ねたくなるなる旨い酒」って感じ？
温度帯に留まらず酒器にも縛られる事無くどこでもどれでもまぁ旨いです。
甘味旨味がグンッと広がり余韻の幅が広いのが冷や帯。
キレ良く軽快なステップを踏むように呑み進める事が出来るのが冷酒。
「さけランそれって一般的な冷酒〜冷やの評価じゃん?」
って声が聞こえてきそうなんだけどその通り 。そつなく何でもこなす出木杉クンキャラ。
瑞々しさ控え目に全体の印象はパイナップルと青いブドウとのハーフ。またクラシックかモダンかもこれまたハーフ。
五味のヒストグラムだと甘旨がポイントリードした苦酸アシスト5:2って所なんだけど、まぁかなりのバランス感覚ですわ。
でも………ヤッパ来年はイイかな?
