Purchased at the National Sake Fair (¦) Very tasty! The acidic flavor is mellow. The astringency and sharpness are both mild. It is so good when heated up! Mr. Ota is from Shimane Iwami Ginzan looked like a lot of fun! The izakaya in Matsue is great and I wish I could have been there! I probably should have passed by there before, but I was just starting out as a sake drinker, so I didn't do any research! The sake was a perfect choice, and I'm thinking of trying Lake Shinji again in the winter!

Purchased at a national sake fair I have lived this long without having a chance to encounter Yamanashi sake. I am 100% a drink-and-purchase kind of person, and I found it with my first Yamanashi sake! It is a dry, dry, grainy type of sake that warms up nicely! Although it is a honjozo sake, the alcohol content is moderate! The astringency and acidity finish it off well! It can be drunk cold as well!

It is a refreshing summer sake with a very dry, dry and ripe flavor. It is good chilled, of course, but also goes well with warmed sake, so it can be served either way. Today we ate at Hamachi, which is very inexpensive, but the beans are the best! Mr. Ota is a Shizuoka re-runner! Oishi Dainiro's parents' house again!

It is a summer sake. Dry mouthfeel and texture, but with a very firm, thick flavor. Even when heated up, it is very warm. It may not be the most refreshing, but at 13 degrees, it is definitely easy to drink even in summer! Mr. Ota lives in Tateishi, Tokyo. Nigeyasaku is a great oden shop that has a great selection of sake for heating up! I checked off my wish list on Google Maps!

Hi Shinjo 🐦. Your oden kind of restaurant looked delicious 😻The shopping street looks fun too! I'd love to have a relaxing drink after hanging out 😁.

Hi Shinjou 😊 I was attracted by the cool label and drank the same one the other day, but I'm not sure if it was refreshing or not... I agree with you 😂 it tasted so wholesome even cold 🤭 there are so many places I want to visit in my map, flags and stars everywhere!

Hello Mr. Pon-chan! I've heard about the redevelopment of this area, so I'll have to visit the shopping street. I don't have much time for Tokyo. I hope the downtown of Tokyo will remain as it has a lot of charm.

Hello Mr. Kotori (****) I knew everyone would see it as cider... or so I thought. I like the taste of it, so I'm completely satisfied with the result. I'm also messed up with the flags because of Mr. Ota. I can't digest it at all because of the new colo...

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Light and tasty with refreshing acidity. I guess this kind of sake is common because of the hot weather. Personally, I buy Kurumazaka in winter. I like it warmed up. Sake is in short supply this year due to the early summer! This time too, I went for sweet potato on the rocks and soda. Sorry about that! This time, I was too busy to buy any more sake at the sake fair, so I bought only Shikai-o cups! I can't miss this one!

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Junmai Nigori It is said to be dry, and quite easy to drink even for me, a dry sake drinker with very dry taste! I've only bought nigori twice in my life, but this one made me think I should try it! Ginjo Nama Storage I like this one very much too! It has a fresh flavor that can be savored slowly!

A good summer sake! Sail This one has a refreshing acidity. This one is more refreshing. We also drank Kura-oi Daiginjo. This is a food sake with a mellow taste. It seems to be better in winter than summer!

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) This one caught my attention in the hot weather. It has a refreshing yuzu flavor, and the sweetness is very moderate, which is quite refreshing! Sake? It's quite clear with a Japanese sake-like taste. I appreciate the low sweetness, but I wish it was a little less expensive...

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Yamahai Junmai Dry Dry, light, grain-like flavor. Not so much acidity. Warming it up deepens the flavor. Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Soft and mellow flavor, with a sweetness. Warming up makes it sweeter. Yamahai Daiginjo Slightly sweet and mildly mellow. A little heavy when heated.

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The astringent flavor is dry but spreads with a richness. It is good for warming up, and I felt it was lighter than I expected. Might be good for warming up in the summer! I would like to pay attention to it! However, I drank Isanishiki (sweetpotato shochu) before this, so it may have some influence on the taste.

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (🐉) I buy Ryuriki when I see it, but I'm glad I've never seen the actual series with the 🐉 design. Kuro It's dry and dry, but has a lot of umami. I was told that it has a lactic acid aroma when heated, and it tastes just like it should! Red Mellow and deep with a strong koji flavor. The flavor is rich when heated. It was served at room temperature, not soaked in ice water. Blue Soft, dry and lightly acidic. When heated, it has a Ryuriki-like feel. Green Soft and deep with rice-derived sweetness. This is served at room temperature. It is so good when heated!

The 11th Annual Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower I was annoyed by the heated sake corner with all the heated sake in the middle of the hot weather! Junmai Sake Moein Very light and mildly delicious! Slightly acidic, herbal and refreshing. It becomes much sweeter when heated. Junmai sake for summer Very light on the palate, but full of flavor. Slightly acidic when heated. Honjozo Shiboritate Kura-oi High in alcohol content with a thickening effect. The sweetness comes out quite well when heated, but as expected, it's a bit rich.

It's hot, so the blue bottle is good for my eyes. It's been a long time since I've had it because I didn't go to the store I usually go to last year, but it's still great! It has a dry mouthfeel and an astringent aftertaste, while the rice-derived flavor is strong and melts in your mouth, making it a delicious sake that is easy to drink even in summer! It is delicious chilled, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. It is delicious chilled, but it also tastes great at room temperature or even heated up.

I bought it at a national sake fair. I was so drunk that I don't know why I bought it, but I remember that I wanted to buy Kamogawa when I was told to buy some other sake. I don't remember tasting it at the Yamagata booth, but I think I liked it. And they put it in a very nice bag! And here it is! Anyway, it's great warmed up! Cold, it has a wide range of flavor and a sharpness with acidity that makes you want to have something to drink! It's best when it's cooled down and the flavor is perfect! I was brain dead when I bought it, but I think I bought it because I tasted it and it was good! Mr. Ota is back in Hirosaki! I'm sorry I didn't like it better!

I'm quite curious about Shinjo's "Anyway, it's good heated" and "heated zamashi is the best" 👍. I've had igamentshi in Hachinohe, but I'd like to go to Hirosaki.

I'm so damn hot and all I do is heat it up........ I like a weak acidity, but I liked this one despite the acidity, so I thought it was interesting. Hachinohe seems to have stronger acidity. Hirosaki seems to be a nice city and also has a lot of charm!

National Sake Fair 2025 (・ω・`) When I went to the shochu corner, it was almost the end, so I hurriedly went to the last spurt. There were many good Shikoku shochu! The last one we chose was "Kimoto" by Sankan Shuzo in Okayama prefecture! It is very dry and has a lactic acid taste! It is a very dry sake in this series! It was a super favorite of mine, so I finished with this! It was such a fulfilling event that we bought sake at the end and went to bed outside for about an hour! Please do it again!

National Sake Fair 2025(´) Toyama Prefecture booth I was curious about the name Kurobe Gorge because of its charm. It's a honjozo sake with quite an impact and refreshing mellowness too! I had a few drinks at the Ishikawa booth, but I was too busy talking to take pictures! I bought a bottle of "my sake" here! I was also asked to try a sake from Yamagata that had something to do with barrels! It was nice to see the crowd getting more free-spirited and free-spirited!

National Sake Fair 2025(*) I know very little about Aomori Prefecture's sake, so for now I'll just have the sake that I seem to like. It has a very clean flavor and acidity that accentuates it. The number says it's quite dry, but it may not be that dry.

National Sake Fair 2025(´¦) Dry sake with very active acidity. Impressive sharpness and freshness. Also, I think Senryo Otokoyama needs to be heated to fully appreciate its full potential, so I'll hold off on commenting on that. I also had some Yamakita Junmai Daiginjo and Washinoo Kizunokou, but the shochu was starting to kick in and I was talking too much, so I don't really remember them, so I'm reserving comment!
