I went to Nada Gogo Sake Brewery!
It was great!

The menu was to drink sake corresponding to each of the three plates shown in the picture, and even those who said "I don't like Nada sake! If you're not a fan of Nada sake, don't worry, all five are basically light and refreshing.
After enjoying the pairings, we ordered this "Zuisho".
