Aroma of high sweet acidity and a hint of Citrus grapefruit. Little thickening. The smell is high acidity and sweetness as well as umami, and the bitterness is strong in the latter half. The tongue is rough and strong. Acid and bitterness are thin and not long as a lingering aftertaste.

Purchased at an event held by a group of sake breweries in Nishikaga-ku. It tastes more like white wine than the regular wine yeast brewing. The acidity is quite strong, so I personally prefer the regular product.

I played the one piece scratch the other day. I thought I had won the first prize of 5 million. I was so excited that I checked with the person at the counter. I was told that I didn't win 🤣🤣. I was so happy! I can't see because of my presbyopia. I'll use reading glasses next time😅😅 Well... It's been a long time since I've had Echigo-Tsurukame's Echigo-Tsuruya. It's so fresh. Fresh. It's sweet and sour and quite delicious. It also has a nice grapefruit aroma. It's 13 degrees, so I thought I'd drink it all up. I'll be up at 5am tomorrow. I'm getting up at 5am tomorrow, so I'm going to drink it in moderation 😮‍💨 By the way I bought some black licenses for shochu! It's an item that makes me feel good 👍

Here are my impressions after one week of opening the bottle. The aroma is fruity with green apple-like acidity. The taste is apple-like and fruity just like the aroma, but after a pause in the mouth, a young melon-like flavor with a moderate sweetness is also detected in the back of the mouth. The overall taste is mainly acidic, with a bitter aftertaste, but this bitterness matches the acidity and is delicious. The acidity is not too strong, and the sweetness and bitterness seem to be in harmony. It is delicious.
