Sake rice Yamae Nishiki
Polishing 60
ALC 14 degrees
Refreshing fruity aroma.
The taste is refreshing with a good balance of sourness and sweetness.
It has a slight tingling sensation.
A perfect food sake that goes well with anything ^ ^.
Thank you for the food and drink!
I have a wide range of "hits" and "misses" when it comes to Echigo sake, which is a sign of the growing diversity of Echigo sake.
Jacket value ... 8/10
The label is a strip of paper, which makes it more shiny.
Ki ... 11/20
The acidity is almost odorless, but the acidity is a quick acidity attack, like soda water, which may give the impression of being "sour" to some people.
Sei... 12/20
The sourness is still there, but the taste buds are already smelling the sublimated smell of persimmon in December, which is acceptable because it does not smell putrid.
Turns out... 12/20
The acidity covers both ends of the tongue, and the umami bursts into fullness, but it's basically sour...
Conclusion ... 15/20
It is sour to the end, and I like the fact that it smells of sublimation, but it is neither like plum wine nor apricot wine.
Cost performance... 6/10
The price was 1,748 yen, which is acceptable for a new drinker.
The image is that of Yonotori.

I tend to judge acidic wines and ripe ones as austere, but as the temperature rises, the contrast between acidity and sweetness becomes clearer and more voluminous... I recommend room temperature.
I like the vibrancy of the acidity.
Mature citrus scent.
The label gives the impression of grapefruit. As the label says, it has a strong acidity with a bitter taste and gas, making it refreshing to drink.
It is 11 degrees, so it can be drunk on the rocks when it is hot, but I think it will run out soon.
It is one of my favorite brands from Niigata.
The aroma is sweet tangerine 🍊.
When you drink it, it has a richness like mandarin oranges and honey, with a hint of sourness. It has a richness like a noble sake, perhaps because it has been aged for a while.
But it's not too strong and has a nice sharpness to it, so it goes down smoothly.
It still has a slight tangy taste even after a few days. It may be more tangy than tangy.
There is a momentary burst of sweetness, but it dissipates in an instant and flows smoothly. The clarity and drinking comfort is consistent.
The kasumi series with its shwashy orikara flavor was delicious, but this one, which is more on the low-alcoholic side but still has a strong flavor, was also delicious.
Hello Kotaro 😊
The richness like mandarin oranges and honey, sounds delicious 🤤I had another Echigo-Tsurukame the other day and it had a lemon🍋 feel.
It's amazing how many different flavors you can get out of it: ☺️
Home Drinking.
Today is the second bottle while watching my favorite Rokkaku-san's drinking trip.
I chose Echigo Tsurukame, brewed with wine yeast.
The low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius combined with the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
The light ginjo-shu aroma is followed by sweetness and acidity.
It is a delicious drink similar to white wine.
Enjoy the scenery of Shikoku Road (drinking iron) while enjoying the emotion and sake.
One of the April hanpukai.
Some of the products in the hanpukai are lined up in the store, and some are not.
This time, it is the one that is not lined up.
Echigo Tsurukame, I am ashamed to say, I did not know it at all.
It drinks like lemon🍋.
It has a strong gassy taste, and the balance of sourness and bitterness is like orange peel.
I don't like it when the acidity goes too far, but for me personally, it's right on the edge of that line.
It was quite an interesting sake 🍶.
Hi Maru, good evening 🌃
I've never seen this label before😳
Echigo-Tsurukame is available at Yamaya in many varieties 😚.
We also had a green one with a different label 😊.
I hope you like it 😁.
Hello bouken 😊
If this is the first time you've seen it, then it must be a very rare sake 😁.
I didn't know they sell Echigo Tsurukame at Yamaya 🧐.
How I haven't seen it 😅.
One of the best sakes I had at Ponshu-kan on my trip to Niigata last year, left a much deeper impression 🎵.
I'm glad it's available in Australia 😆.
I had a glass of wine yeast Junmai Ginjo with a glass of wine 🍷!
Moderately sweet with a gorgeous aroma!
Koshitanrei is still too good 🥰.
