Ponshukan Again, Waiting for the Train
This time the winner of Echigo Tsurukame limited edition sake
Echigo Tsurukame
Modern fruity sweet Uma! I didn't know there was such a straightforward sweet sake in Niigata!
Kamo Nishiki Niigata Edition
It is delicious. But I can't help but compare it to the Kamo Niki Niigata Edition. It has a "chili" feel to it with none of the chili flavor.

The light and dry, but not cheap and tasty
Last night we had the royal road light dry pickled sake, so the modern sweet sake stands out 😅I wanted to take home the Echigo Tsurukame, but I ran into Murayu in front of the station!
Something that is not sake anymore: ❗️
It tastes like a good combination of sake and wine, very fruity.
When you roll it around on your tongue, you can taste the sweet richness of the rice and some citrus acidity, great taste👍.
Drinking at home. Brilliant, refreshing acidity. Dry taste. In the mouth, it tastes like white wine for a moment. After that, the sake-like character comes out.
Today we will enjoy Niigata Prefecture's locally brewed sake
Echigo Tsurukame Junmai Ginjo!
I bought this sake at Haranobu the other day!
The aroma is fruity!
The taste is sweet at first, then dry and refreshing!
It has a wine-like, smoky flavor. It's good, but I had a similar one from Momokawa a while ago, so it didn't have much freshness, and I've decided I don't want to drink this type of wine for a while.
It is a Junmai Ginjo made with wine yeast.
The mouthfeel is light and juicy.
The acidity comes forward more than the umami of the rice, giving it a sharp impression.
A slight sweetness and a wine-like aftermath of acidity linger in the aftertaste.
