Junmai by Sakaegawa! I received this wine as a gift from my hometown.
It is fresh and easy to drink. The aftertaste is short and light. It is perfect for nabe dishes!
I found it! Cheap and tasty!
The other day! Tasting sale at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station. After buying the Ryugasawa recommended by the sales staff, I was given an additional sample of this Tokujun!
To be frank, I didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised at the perfection of the sake!
I did not buy it at that time, but I remembered the label, so I bought it later at Japan Meat!
The top aroma is lightly fruity.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and umami, with a fruity aroma that spreads across the palate. The total flavor is rather light and refreshing, but it has a persuasive power that makes you understand it at once. The aftertaste of fruitiness is followed by a mild acidity and bitterness.
I found a good one.
It is also very cost-effective at around 2,500 yen per bottle.
Please don't abuse me, I said sake without permission.
〜I am reminded again of the power of new rice....
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Thanks for remembering the Wi-Fi 😭
Ronggawa, maybe the easiest to drink as a food wine out of all of these?
The snack set, not enough to compare drinks~!
The Tokyo Antenna Shop Stamp Rally is running until December! I love Kanto people!

A rather robust junmai sake that can also be heated.
I thought it would be a little too strong, but it's rather refreshing and goes down easy!
Delicious!
I want to try it heated!
