It's a minor type (kora) of "Tenmei". I really want to drink something called "Ichi" or "Ni". But before that, Beaujolais Nouveau is a gift for the first time in more than 10 years. What was my impression when I drank it long time ago? "It's so sweet!" Now, this year's Beaujolais is delicious! I think ...... Hi Dewa, I'll get right back to you. First of all, this sake is only available "cold". There is absolutely no cold sake. And to add to that, I guess I should baton the review to someone who usually enjoys "heated sake" and is skilled in heating sake. w Comment The cold sake band is in a word, extremely light and dry. Slender and sharp. Dorsui sharpness. Also, of course, it is non-fruity and non-fresh. The umami is especially thin, and the dominant taste is "ash" derived from the sake degree of +4. If a chunky sweetness is added to the umami, it will probably have the appearance of a traditional ordinary sake. At 15℃ in the cold range, the sweetness and umami swell, and young white grapes are also present. The acidity, which had been weak, is now stronger, and the sake is designed to be a food sake, so it's off to a good start. By the way, I could not sniff out the distinctive flavor of Kame-no-o. It has a clear impression without bitterness that is almost like a peculiar smell.
