Sweet, sour, bitter, umami
Taste precedes aroma
Alcoholic taste is too strong at 19 degrees Celsius
Expectations are high because it is a limited-edition unpasteurized sake from a brewery.
But it was not as impressive as I expected.

Dinner with my parents at my birthplace, second bottle.
Kikusui's standard Junmai Ginjo-shu.
It doesn't have the flashy characteristics of Funaguchi, but it is well-balanced and mild.
We served udo stir-fried with pork belly, a dish with a delicious flavor and the strength of spring, etc.
The "health and longevity prayer" was not specifically mentioned on the bottle or label, but only on the pouch.
My first impression was, "This is a bad, bad, bad idea...". The moment I drank it, I was shocked as if I was hit by a hammer. It's high in alcohol content and very dry, but the freshness of the raw sake is just awful. It's too sharp for a can, but it's too sharp for a can.
I missed drinking it at the sake camp, but I came across it at a liquor store in Saitama. I felt it was my destiny to drink it, and it was cheap (300 yen). I want you to try it without prejudice. I felt something that would throw a stone at the current state of Japanese sake. This is a great idea in my opinion. I'd be happy if it becomes a new trend of sake in cups.
