When you first start drinking sake
You've probably seen the POP at the store that says, "Enjoy the freshly squeezed, wild taste of sake!
You must have seen the POP of a store that says, "Enjoy the freshly squeezed, rough taste of sake! But when you actually drink it
But when you actually drink it, you think, "Well, it's sweet and round enough, but what's so rough about it?
Yes, many stores have been using this phrase for many years in their everyday use for common sake as well. I was wondering what was so rough about it.
The answer to this long-standing question came in the form of this Risshun Asashibori, which is pressed all over Japan on February 4 and ready to drink the next day or so!
The freshly squeezed "sharp" bitterness and alkaline taste first! This is the real rough taste of the sake.
The 11th day (I let it sit for a long time, didn't I?)
It has become much rounder and sweeter.
But the aroma is still a bit too dry for a squid. It tastes more mellow and dry than light and dry.
In total, this sake is a straight mellow sake. It is a classic!
The dry aroma stands out even more than the freshness of the sake.
It is a "typical sake to be drunk on the Yoohoo.
I wonder why this one looks so good on the warming stage.
I'm not sure if it's past its peak or if it's at its peak now. But see Pon-chan's TL (2/10) for a more detailed review of the morning pressing right after the pressing!

Good morning, Sakeran!
I see you chose Wakabisu 😊I'm going to make a reservation for next year because it's the only one I haven't drunk since I can buy it in Kansai without having to buy it 😁.

Thank you very much, bouken-san!
I made a reservation at a liquor store near my office (Nagayoshi Nagahara) that I was curious about 😚.
But you said "the only thing I haven't drunk is Wakabisu" ......
I feel like a legend even in a casual comment 😁😁.

Isodaya in Kireuriwari is going out of business, so they have started treating Risshun Asa Shibori as an alternative store 😊.

Hello, Sake Run ☔.
Glad you got to experience a truly rough one! And you slept on it 😁 I, too, enjoy it so much that I can just heat it up when it tastes all different 😆 That's how I feel about posting too 🤣.

I didn't know they were that well-informed.
I'm also interested in another sake shop called Kaitani, about 300 meters east of the Kire-Uriwari IC. I'm also interested in a sake store called "Kaitani", but I haven't been able to go there yet.
