Purchased at Yamane Sake Shop in Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture, during a trip to Wakayama Prefecture.
I was attracted by the sake label (❗️) and bought it!
Aroma of mineral and a hint of grape.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a strong sourness and stimulation, followed slowly by a feeling of alcohol, and a little bitterness remains.
The image was more like a heavy and drinkable sake, but it was like a dark, fruity, strong sake!
I heard they use wild yeast collected from the soil of Kumano Kodo.
I imagine it has an even more wild flavor!
Even though it's dark, it's still relatively easy to drink, so I guess it's one of the more dangerous sake 😁.
Good morning, Mr. Sakezan!
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
It's the spoils of your trip with your son 🎵.
It's a good milestone sake to spice up your travel memories 😋.
Let's enjoy drinking more and more 🤗

We visited the three great Kumano shrines🚗³₃.
It is said that by paying homage to Hongu, Nachi and Hayatama, you can be reborn alive!
There are so many mystical places I enjoyed😊.
I bought sake in one cup for the first time in a long time!
Pacific Honjozo
The sweetness of the rice was gentle and the bitterness and pungency were subdued.
I also tried heating it up to try it out, but the sweetness was stronger and this was better 👍.
I served it with fried moray eel that I bought on the spot!
It was also sweet and spicy and delicious!
Thank you very much!
The sake is from Shingu, Kii Prefecture.
The slightly acidic taste was overwhelmed by a complex and exotic flavor.
It was so delicious that it may be my favorite sake among all the Yamahai sake I have ever had.

This is a souvenir for myself when I went to Kumano Kodo.
The first sip was just like a Japanese sake.
As I drank it, I could taste the sweetness of the rice.
It is not unpleasant sweetness, but it is not refreshing.
But it is not bad.
This is surprisingly good!
After finishing it, I kind of regretted that I should have bought another bottle.
Drinking at home. The aroma is moderate. Good balance of umami and sweetness. It has a soft taste without any peculiarities.
Forgot to take a picture of the bottle. I uploaded a photo of my hobby of collecting labels.
At Yotterette, a direct produce market in Wakayama, Japan.
I went to three markets to buy chestnuts and persimmons. I went to three produce markets and bought chestnuts🌰 and persimmons; I went in early October, so the persimmons did not seem to be in season yet.
I was happy to see that the fish was cheap and fresh.
I received saba-zushi (mackerel sushi) as a gift from Kyoto, so I decided to match the Pacific Ocean at Sandesi.
It has a clear and refreshing taste.
It had a refreshing taste, but it also had a delicious flavor that went well with the mackerel sushi.
Sake from Wakayama with mackerel sushi from Kyoto.
Not bad.
Hi Lutemi 🐦.
Wakayama and Kyoto, Pacific Ocean and Sea of Japan, I'll be happy if we can match deliciously even if we are in different places 😊💕.
Ah! Isn't that Izushige😻
☀️
This is another royal lineage with the delicious taste of rice, slight sweetness and acidity 😌.
The slight carbonation 🫧 and the slight alkanes add a change of taste 😏.
The combination with the motsu-nimotsu (pork bone stew) gave it a motsu-motsu feeling, and the sake washed away my daily fatigue along with the nostalgic melodies that played in the restaurant 🤗.
I went on a one-day trip to a hot spring in Wakayama.
Since I was there, I had a drink at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) near the station.
The bonito in Wakayama is delicious! Mochi bonito in early spring is also good, but the fat from the returning bonito goes well with sake.
Taiheiyo is a big-boned sake that goes well with heated sake.
The Yamahai was wonderful.
I think it's been a while since I've had a Yamahai.
It's good to go out for a drink once in a while.
Good evening.
It's a hot spring in Wakayama city.
I didn't know about this restaurant.
If it's a good place, I'd like to go there too.
I'd like to go there when I get settled in...
Good evening.
Fittingly, it was a nice and lively place with a lot of young people. The sake selection was just as good as the Pacific Bar, with a large bottle of Pacific sake for 800 yen, and there were many old men in the bar. It was a nice place.
This year's trip was my first in Wakayama Prefecture! We drove from Saitama Prefecture and had a blast 🚗🚗.
On the second day of the trip, we walked along the Kumano Kodo in the morning and stayed at Yunomine Onsen. This is the sake we received at the inn, and the third photo is the proof of bathing in the tsuboyu (hot spring)!
Oh, I forgot to comment on the sake.
Hello 🐦, my first sake is Tasake.
It must have been a long way 🚗🚗💨
I'm in Kansai, but I haven't yet visited the Kumano Kodo 💦The Tsuboyu (hot spring) is also nice ♨️
I forgot about the sake! That's what I'm talking about 😁👍
