9/5 Using the last of the Seishun 18 Ticket, went to Nanki and Shingu
Ozaki Shuzo, the southernmost brewery in Honshu
We also visited Hayatama-taisha, one of the three Kumano mountains.
It is served at room temperature with sashimi (🐟)!
The aroma is alcoholic and slightly sour.
It has a watery mouthfeel and tastes sour and crisp and dry.
After swallowing, the umami of rice spreads gradually and this lingering taste is wonderful!
It does not disturb the meal and goes especially well with sashimi as it refreshes the palate.
It is the best food sake!

Purchased at Yotte Kishikawa store. It is a sake that goes well with fish, with an initial acidity and a strong sake flavor in the aftertaste. It is best to drink it with food rather than as an everyday evening drink.

Mellow sake. The moment you put it in your mouth, it tastes crisp, robust, and masculine! I think it would be delicious hot, but I am sure it would also be great with sashimi as a mid-meal drink!
It went perfectly with the cucumber and myoga with wasabi mayo!
