It's been a while, but the final event of the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival is the first drink of the day! Daisetsukkei. We bought this bottle as a token of our appreciation to the young brewer who allowed the four of us to taste it until the end, even though our time had run out. This is a very tasty ministry! It is one of the three best sake of R5BY (this sake itself is probably R4BY). If I had to describe it in one word, it would be "overwhelming clarity. "What? Doesn't it taste like nothing at all?" You idiot! The vector of the flavor is completely different from that of a Daiginjo that has only been polished. The flavor is simple. However, it has a mysterious thickness and depth, and we recommend drinking it cold. It is of course excellent cold, but it has a mouthfeel that will satisfy your thirst, as if you were scooping up a river of snowdrift water in early spring and quenching it with your hands. It is a stand-alone excellent all-around saké run Sexy(?) in food. The overall image is a classical light body. The flavor is just a hint of Japanese pear passing through the nostrils. It is a good wine that can be served with any kind of food, and it is also good as a good wife.

Another Hankyu Washoey Grand Tasting Yori Finally, St. Kun made its first public appearance! It was fresh and fun! Mr. Aladdin Mr. Maru Mr. Yoohee Hirupeko-san And Rafa Thank you very much for your hard work 👋😇 Now, this is Gonohomare. When I talked to the brewer, he told me everything... He said, "We were the first brewery in Japan to introduce Nama-Shu and Hiyayoroshi! This is a very venerable sake brewery! I tasted three kinds of sake and this one had the best flavor among them, so I bought it as a thank-you for tasting it. Drinking at home What? It was a different person from when I tasted it. The freshness that comes to the forefront and the bitterness that follows it are the first things that come to the fore. The sweetness and umami are forcefully suppressed, giving the impression of a "rough" taste. It is probably a sign of freshness. I will let it rest. 4th day Dry💦. Maybe too hard for beginners? I expected sharp acidity from the ashy aroma, reminiscent of the sake's "生酛造" (生酛) method, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the acidity was quite mild. First and second day Cold sake and chilled sake I also got the impression that it depends on the sake cup. However, the end result is as expected. I would say it is a "SENKYO Classic". Oh, yes, let me say this again. What part of "classic" do you not understand? First, a cold sake. The body and the nukiness are not in balance, and the sweet and sour barely control the two. The sweetness and acidity are barely controlled by each other. However, the temperature is raised a little, and this nuka smell becomes a ministry. The whole wine has become more cohesive, I thought, "Just one more roll of the dice and I'll be right at the finish line!" I felt like I rolled the dice just when I was about to reach the finish line. The 2nd day From the modern and cool aroma, it has a sweet taste like a Japanese pear with a large concentration of sweetness and flavor at the price of suppressing the juiciness. And this year I wanted to try to make a 3KAN4ON style🤟! The title is "Kaiun to Hanabi" or "Kaiun to Hanabi". Or "Kaiun to Hanabi no ‼ (Fireworks with good luck)"! It's a good omen, isn't it 😆! Well, the Kaiun we drank at Chohisa is really good! Yes, this is Shizuoka Prefecture's sake! It's a wildly sweet sake! Kuroo-domo I decided to talk to the brewer who was there. He said, "This Hen's sake is a sanctuary that even the president (a handsome man from a financial institution) can't interfere with. After understanding the whole story, Sakaeran took the sake home without tasting it (Why?). Once again, Dewa! First of all, it is ostensibly a typical "classic light" sake. Unfortunately, it is not recommended for beginners. It is a light and dry Niigata Prefecture sake with a slightly more umami taste, designed for a mid-meal drink. In other words, it is optimized for nightly drinking and suitable for fathers who are accustomed to drinking on a regular basis. Kimmon to Yamada, then Omachi, right? So that leaves Aizan as the target! I'm starting to get excited, it's just like playing Mon-Han! Dewa immediately! Highly gorgeous & sweet sugi! The category is "Daeha" which is equal to or better than Kinmon-nishiki! All sake rice is sweet at the top! Among them, this Omachi "I can't stop the sweetness!" It's so sweet! As a matter of fact, one of the legendary "Sana D" also drank it the other day (6/27), and he was almost satisfied with it from the attack to the end. He said that he was almost linked with Naruto from the attack to the end of the drink. I have the same impression as him. The sweetness consistently overpowers the oropharynx, and the taste is flat and monotonous in any way. The Ichio flavor itself is linear and clear, from the ginjo aroma with a thin layer of rumen on the outer edge to the clear red apple ........., but this all changes when the ministry goes up to the cold belt. The cold ministry is the best ministry. Cold hatto ministry (?) It's a very delicious and intense ministry! Usually, when sake is served cold, the thickness, acidity, or sweetness of the sake increases, and the weight of the sake is inevitably heavier than it would otherwise be. ZeroGravity Omachi! The texture is so smooth on the tongue that it is almost as if to say "ZeroGravity Omachi! The aroma of this sake is completely different from that of cold sake. ......... The Daishichi in the middle of the fourth picture. This is the sake that triggered the memory jump in TL at the end of last year. Daishichi Junmai Namaishige Mature Nama Shuzake. It was so good that I couldn't find it even after searching ......, but I saw it on my TL when I was at a sake event in Abeno Harukas and saw that Neemuchi-san had mentioned it on his TL. I thought, "This is close, isn't it?" So I got it: ✌️ The well-known "Daishichi Sake Brewery" is a major sake brewery in Fukushima. But to be honest, I'm not very good at it. Except for the sake at the end of last year and this one. It has a rich texture with a standing aroma and a strong ashiness, and when you drink it, the freshness and the rich rice flavor itself coexist. If the last Kaiharu was "Classic Super Light", this Daishichi is "Modern Super Rich", although there seems to be some controversy. The richness of the buttery flavor spreads clearly, and the caramel nuance in the back of the bottle delights the drinker. But don't expect butter until the second day. The cold sake is also very tasty, but it should not be overlooked that the taste is even richer and richer if you remove the sake a little. Going back to the fourth picture, the Daishichi on the left is the one I don't like, and the "OldJunmai 2014by" on the right is the one that gives the impression of being still young, as if it has knocked on the door of matured sake.
