Best drunk with food, but better in a glass of wine.
If you drink it with a sake cup, the sweetness will be emphasized to the extent that you will get tired of drinking it early on, so I think it performs best if you cool it down to -5 to 5℃ in a wine glass and swallow it with its aroma, that it should.
The acidity is moderate.
I agree with ...... that this kind of "day-ha" quality sake is now a red ocean. I'm not comparing them, but I can't help but compare them to the Akabu I bought with it. So ......
