Personally, I thought that nigori sake might not be that much to my liking. But I think it is unfair to discuss nigori sake without drinking the best nigori sake. But I think it is unfair to discuss nigori sake without drinking the best nigori sake. I want to drink good nigori sake! With that in mind, I bought a bottle of Sentori Yukidaruma! I'm going to drink it! Here we go!
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find it was very shwashy! What a surprise!
The aroma is mild, but the sweet melon flavor is very nice. This nigori is bubbling and bubbling continuously, and when you include it, you can feel the fizzy gas and acidity! The strong carbonation brings the sweetness down to a good level, and the mouth is filled with a pleasant nigori melon flavor. Then, there is the delicious taste of rice. The more you drink, the stronger the sweetness becomes, and although at first you say it doesn't hit you, before you know it, you keep drinking, and before you know it, you are guzzling down the top half of the snowman illustration until it is all gone. It was a very strange sake. This nigori is easy to drink. I'm sure I'll be able to drink the others as well. Thank you again for the sake tonight!

The smell was milder than usual, and the mouthfeel was sweet and sour, with a subdued bitter aftertaste, giving the overall impression of a lighter, easier-to-drink wine.

The smell was mildly fresh and gorgeous, the mouthfeel was sweet with a hint of lactic acidity, and the aftertaste was a little strong bitterness, but not too bitter!
This was a very good wine!

I still have an endless amount of sake that I want to try and drink again, so I will enjoy my sake life more and more 🤣.
I was able to purchase it again this year.
This year's flavor was still different from last year's. The aroma was a little sweeter, the flavor was strong, and there was no lingering bitterness, but it came in easily. It is hard to describe, but it tastes like vanilla ice cream.
It went well with the salmon and yellowtail sashimi and was very tasty.

A very popular and hard to find bottle.
It was a little different from my taste.
It has a nice sharpness and is good for those who don't like too much sweetness...
I got 2 bottles this year as well!
I was holding out to drink them after the weather got colder, but I couldn't hold out any longer and opened the bottle during November 😅.
Maybe because I kept it in the fridge for so long, it barely blew out✨.
The supernatant alone is delicious, and it's even better with the lees involved. Thank you for another year's feast!

When you put it in your mouth
The sourness and umami that reminds one of rich apple taste spreads. Is there some sweetness?
It tastes different from the concept of sake.
I like it because it is easy to drink.
When the cork is opened, the carbonated lees look just like snow, and the way it piles up around the snowman on the bottle is beautiful.
The taste is refreshingly sweet and bitter, with a hint of citrus.
The fizzy feeling is pleasant and you can drink as much as you want.

Successfully opened without incident! When I opened the bottle 2 weeks ago, it almost spilled, but this time nothing happened. It tastes good.
This year again, we receive Senkou Yukidaruma, a seasonal winter sake. It was purchased at Mimasu Sake Shop, a liquor store that has been very helpful to us recently.
We started with the supernatant. It has a sweet aroma like white peaches, carbonation, and a sweet and sour taste. When mixed with ori, it is milky, but has a bitter taste at the end and a very nice sharpness. It is easy to see why it is so popular, and I love the taste!
