Memorandum for myself
I was able to meet this year.
This is the first lot.
They said that they changed the method of making sake from this year.
Opening the bottle was not too difficult because of the hole in the stopper.
When poured into a glass, it is quite effervescent.
It is quite bitter in the mouth.
But soon the usual sweetness comes in and it tastes really good.
It's not a calpis soda, but more like a squall.
The snowman that came to our house ⛄️ was not bad at all, despite the fact that I was quite careful when I opened the bottle. But when I poured it into a glass, I found it to be quite a bit schwarzier than I expected. It's refreshing, light, easy to drink, and delicious 😋.
Snowman came to our house again this year.
Last year's entrée was nozawana. This year it is vinegared yam and baby sardines.
When the bottle is opened, the lees rising from the bottom of the bottle is a nice touch.
In the mouth, it is full of fresh gas, but it also has umami and bitterness, and although the alcohol content is 13%, you can feel the alcohol taste.
It is a good sake on its own as well.
(Postscript)
The second day, it still has a certain amount of gas, but the taste is more subdued, which is more to my liking.
Be careful when opening the bottle as it is fizzy and foamy. After carefully opening and closing the bottle several times, the wine mixes in the bottle and becomes cloudy white and pure white like snow. Once you drink it, the fizzy feeling, moderate acidity, and refreshing taste with no peculiarities at all will keep you coming back for more (laugh). I would definitely drink this sake again!
I finally got to taste it: ☺️
I've been hooked on sake since spring, and I'd heard rumors about Yukidal-san: ⛄️
I finally had a chance to drink it.
The bijou looks like a snow globe!
I wanted to mix it, but it kept blowing out, so I quietly opened the bottle.
It didn't blow out and I drank from the top clear and ended up with a beautiful nigorizake that looked like snow: ❄️
I couldn't taste it well because I opened the bottle after getting drunk 😢.
But it was delicious from start to finish and I drank it all at once. I want to buy another bottle again!
I bought another one this year. Two bottles just in case😅.
It's sweet but also has a nice bitterness, just delicious!
I think I'll drink the other bottle a little closer to winter lol.
Almost like calpis, more liquor-like than Sanuki Cloudy.
It's a cloudy sake that makes you feel like you're drinking something.
The package is cute, so it would be good for a girls' night out.

Snowman that has been freshly mastered this season ⛄❣️
I'm not quite sure what the difference is 💦.
It's now a sake yeast yeast 😋.
Hmmm, more umami 🤔
Peach🍑 and banana🍌 type creaminess is still the same ❣️
Light and refreshing, with a beautiful, yet gradual spread of umami 💕.
The gasiness and the acidity that is typical of Senkyoku are also present, and it is as delicious as ever 🎶.
Personally, I find more umami than sweetness and more bitterness in the sharpness 😋.
This is my favorite part 😆.
I think it's becoming more like HIRO0 nigori lol
I feel like it has changed to a deeper flavor while still being mild and easy to drink as before 👍
The second item in the Lawson Tenichi Fair is the Akanko Cheese Curry Bread 🍞.
This one is also delicious 🎶Spicy and spicy is the best👍👍👍
Hi T.KISO 😃
While you say you don't know better, a neat review ‼️ we probably won't notice the difference 😅I didn't drink it last season, so I think I'll get it this time 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
The acidity is typical of Sentori, but it seems to have more umami and bitterness that I didn't notice much before 💦😅 maybe💦💦.
Maybe I like it better than before ❣️ I drank it all in two days 😊
There is a feeling of gas
There is an oily smell
Calpis-like aroma
The sweetness is moderate and milky.
After that comes sourness and rice flavor.
There is a slight alcohol taste.
Easy to drink
First snowball.
The aroma is cloudy and common.
It is quite habitual, mild and easy to drink.
Slightly sour, but not unpleasantly so.
Delicious, but I look forward to seeing how it changes over time after the bottle is opened.
Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamadanishiki (produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture)
Very popular snowman
Repeat from last year
Atmospheric aroma reminiscent of pears
Tastes like white grape juice when not mixed with nigori
When mixed with the nigori, it tastes mellow and the acidity is more pronounced.
Less sweet and more crisp than last year's
