This is the first Echigo-Tsurukame I've seen at Yamaya, and it fits the phrase perfectly.
Most of the sake I've bought at this store have been "ummmm," but this one was a hit!
When I opened the bottle, it was still going strong with a "whoosh! The aroma on the bottle is pear-like ......? Dewa immediately.

Again, a touch of both pears and Japanese pears embodied linearly. The freshness is modest.
There was a melon-like nuance characteristic of Niigata sake at first, but after 2 or 3 cups, it was already gone!
In a word, it is modern fruity and juicy. It has a glamorous body and is very satisfying to drink.
The acidity is doing a very good job, and the texture is smooth, umami, and sweet, as if the rice had been scraped off the back. The Alc feeling that appears after a short time is in perfect harmony!
This sake is better than cold sake.
It is much more delicious when served cold!
