WBC⚾️ was the best 🎉✨ Hooray for the best in the world 🙌✨ Yesterday we celebrated with our favorite cider 🍎 (3rd picture) And the celebratory drinks 🍶 are still going on... lol! I had decided to have Bean Curd Bean Curd with Mapo Tofu ❣️ for dinner tonight. I opened the fridge to see what kind of sake would go well with it.... Oh yeah...! There is Tanaka-san. ❗️ If Tanaka-san goes well with any kind of food, it should go well with spicy mapo tofu too. ❗️ We opened the bottle with great anticipation for our first meeting with Tanaka-san... The aroma is fruity. After the sweet and delicious ❣️, the clear and delicious flavor goes down your throat smoothly and it is really delicious. And it goes well with ❗️ mapo tofu 👍✨. This is a sake that you can drink all the time 🍶(*´sigh*) I found another favorite 🍶♪

After Kuheiji's sake, I chose Kamotsuru's nigori sake. The label on the back says "refreshing, sweet nigori sake" and it tastes just like calpis. ❣️ This is also the kind of sake that I gobble down. Samurai Japan🇯🇵 did it 🙌✨! I was so fired up for yesterday's game against Italy🇮🇹 that I started cheering 📣 from 30 minutes before the game started again ๑˃˃˃˃. The cheering sake 🍶 is Kuheiji. The bottle was opened with a nice sound ✨ The aroma is soft and nice. After the fresh, clean sweetness, you can taste the umami of rice and a little bitterness. It's already 〰︎ nothing but delicious ❣️ It goes well with squid sashimi, steak, yakitori, and any other dishes. This is the one that you can't stop, can't stop, can't stop ♡๑˃˃˃♡. And as a result of the crunchy gobble...it was empty by the time the 2nd inning started. ...... Oh 〰︎〰︎〰︎💦I saw Pon's review and wanted to try it the second day... but what the heck, I drank it all up (T . T) Pon-chan was right, I should have prepared two bottles. 〰︎σ(^_^;) Next year I will reserve and buy two bottles❣️٩٩_(^‿^)۶

The cheering sake 🍶 for the WBC Australia🇦🇺 game is 💦Mitsui no Kotobuki, which has been waiting its turn since last summer♪ It has a sharpness that is typical of dry sake. March 11. The WBC Czech Republic🇨🇿 game was started by Akinori Sasaki. I'm sure everyone was moved by his performance.... Cheering for the team will also be spirited. ❗️ I went out that day and drank quite a few highballs from noon, so I opened a can of Himezen🍶 as soon as the game started. The snack was my favorite inari I bought at Tokyo Station (**I love it!). The Tokyo Station limited edition Anago Inari and the monthly ika kelp inari were both delicious👍! The second bottle of cheering sake 🍶 for the WBC Japan-Korea game ⚾️ is... Urakasumi with a bottle of shochu in between... It was easy to drink with a clear dry taste, and we enjoyed it with cheese and nuts. We won the game and got drunk very pleasantly.

Tokyo's 🌸 cherry blossoms have been declared to be in full bloom. This year, the ban on hanami banquets has been lifted, so it looks like the previous lively atmosphere will gradually return ^ ^ ^. It was a very pleasant sake 🍶 with a fruity aroma like muscat, a fresh and refreshing sweetness, and a balance of bitterness that you can feel when you swallow it. ❣️ And now let's pass the baton to the next sake (๑̵˃˃˃)

Tokyo is expected to bloom next week, but we can feel spring with flower labels one step ahead of the rest! Today's bottle was opened just in time for the start of the WBC⚾️ Japan vs. China game. The aroma is sweet, refreshing and fruity like a pear ^ ^. When you drink it, it's a clear and refreshing sake 🍶❣️ as expected from Rokugo's famous water (*´-`). It has the sweetness of rice, but it also has a clear and sharp taste and is really delicious. As the label on the back says, it goes well with all kinds of food. Ohtani's steady pitching makes the sake go down a treat. Every time a point is scored against Japan, the tension is also increased. Next, I chose Kurikomayama🍶 from the recommended list. The snack to go with this slightly dry sake is my favorite dashimaki tamago (egg roll). When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice dry feeling ^^ You can feel the sweetness of the rice, and it was perfectly matched with the gentle taste of the dashimaki tamago. ❣️ I'm looking back at the pictures again and again to see how delicious it really was.

I went to a pub that I had been curious about for a long time... I went there in January...now it is March...sigma(^_^;) The first dish we chose was the owner's favorite, Mimurosugi🍶. The snack to go with the fruity representative sake is my favorite tori-wasa (chicken and wasabi) with a touch of spicy wasabi. The fruity and just the right amount of sweetness is pleasant in the mouth and goes perfectly with the toriwasa. ❣️ It was a sake and snack that I don't want to lose forever!

Here is the December sake for the Imanaya hanpukai... Kunkun. The aroma is more like sweet flowers than fruity. When you drink it, it is refreshingly sweet and very tasty (๑˃˃˃). Today, convenience store snacks & cheese are my accompaniments. After eating the sui-gyoza ponzu, I drank it and thought, "What the heck? It's more tangy and bitter than sweet! This is very delicious♪ If you drink it after eating cheese, what's that? The sweetness is dominant again! It was fun to eat and drink! It is a very tasty sake that can be enjoyed both as a stand-alone sake and as an in-between-dinner drink.

It's still too tight and won't open easily 💦After a long struggle, it finally opened. Yes! This one is definitely delicious too❣️(**) After the refreshing sweetness, there is also an alcoholic taste and a bit of bitterness. But at the end, it is still refreshingly tasty and delicious♪ It also goes well with the slightly sour taste of steamed chicken with soy milk and kimchi. I drank half of it that day and that was it. On the second day, the sweetness increased, but it was even more refreshing. It was also perfect with the sweet okonomiyaki sauce of tonpeiyaki with plenty of shredded cabbage. On this day, the 1st anniversary of Sake-no-wa ✨. What a ❗️ Chichi Haruei celebrated with us remotely ‾(๑˃˃˃). It was my first time to drink remotely, and more importantly, it was my first time to meet Chichi-san, so I was very excited and nervous as the appointed time approached. Chichi-san toasted with sake from my hometown Akita and I toasted with sake from Chichi-san's hometown Fukuoka 🍶🥂✨Remote Sashi-Drinking Started♪ Nice to meet you too, Uguisu in the garden. It's sweet and tasty with a light, slightly fizzy, slightly sparkling taste. ❣️ And here, Chichi asked me, "Did you mix it? I was so surprised! I was so nervous that I forgot to mix it. 〰︎ But I was able to taste the top clear liquid, so that's a good thing. After mixing it, it was so fresh and fruity, sweet and tasty, and easy to drink that I finished a bottle remotely (๑˃˃˃). I enjoyed chatting with Chichi-san and the time passed by so quickly. Thank you so much to Chichi-san for preparing my local Tobirazumi sake 🍶 and congratulatory messages. ❗️ I will continue to enjoy the sake life at my own pace in the second year of Sake-no-Wa!

I couldn't receive it on the day it was released.... I couldn't receive it on the day of release...so I opened the bottle 2 days later ^ ^. It has a nice aroma of muscat. Goldfish's sake wasn't enough... It was time for a small bottle of Sentoku, which I had purchased at the Shinjuku Miyazaki Kan before... First, a sip of the chilled bottle... It has a hint of rice sweetness, but it feels dry with a refreshing sourness ^ ^. It would have been fine to drink it as is, but on this day, I was in the mood for warmed sake (๑˃˃˃) I put it in a chirori and popped it in the Nonbei Yokocho and waited patiently. When I tried it warmed up, the sourness came in a big rush and then the bitterness increased.... But I'd like to try this one extra hot: ❗️ Raise the temperature setting and wait patiently again. A sip while saying "a-chi-chi".... Sweet, sour and bitter all at once! This, this, this❗️ sourness that goes right through your nose❣️ It's hard to describe but.... I like this feeling of hot sake ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. We had a simple Spanish omelette with potato salad, kinpas, cream stew, and it was delicious (**).

Four Seasons Sake Summer I bought this in early summer last year thinking it would be great to drink in the middle of summer... I looked at it every time I opened the fridge... but I completely missed out on drinking it 💦. But! It says it can be enjoyed cold or warmed up... ❣️ so I decided to have it warmed up...(*´``*) It's the same sake as the zodiac sake I drank just a few days ago that came with a fortune. Now, it's time for Nonbee Yokocho✨! Waiting for it to warm up while looking at the cool goldfish bottle. Warming up the sake.... Delicious! It was so easy to drink that I drank it in no time. Oh my gosh ❗️ This is not enough...(>_<)

I found teriyaki tuna kama at the fish shop❗️The store owner recommended that I just heat it up and it would be delicious! I have no choice but to drink hot sake ❣️ lol. So, I had a sheep that had been grazing in the fridge for a while 🐏 and had it warmed up........ This is my first time drinking nigori heated sake ✨. I had been told that sheep🐏 tastes great warmed up...it really tastes good❣️I liked it a lot (๑˃˃˃). I think I'm going to be addicted to this for a while. I bought this sake🍶 with a fortune at KALDI. First of all, I opened the omikuji(**). The omikuji I drew at Hatsumode was Daikichi✨, but... it was a good omikuji ^ ^. I think the omikuji I drew at Hatsumode every year is my luck for this year, so it doesn't matter what I get after drawing Daikichi lol Kunkun-kun. The fragrance is modest. Gokun. The sweetness is followed by sourness, but the sweetness comes back at the end. Sipping it with a little bit of something.... It was empty in no time. Well, well! The first bottle of sake this year is Ryuriki🍶 ^ ^. I thought the gold✨ label on the gold✨ wrapping paper was good luck, and it was waiting in the fridge to be drunk on New Year's Day.... Kun-kun. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of sweet apple. When you drink it, it's fresh fresh fruity like muscat... ♪ Is this the taste because it is freshly squeezed? (*´``*) It is really delicious❣️ As time goes by, the aroma and flavor become more intense and more perfect for New Year's dishes ‾(๑˃˃˃). It was so delicious that I was about to go gobble it up, but on this day... I woke up a little early and went out for Hatsumode, and on the way back, I had 4 glasses of hot sake at an izakaya that was open from morning. I had been drinking since the morning, so I saved a little lol. Apples and muscats were still there on the second day, but there was also a melon, maybe because it tasted a little more bitter. I had a great time with my favorite crab 🦀........
