I'm a little slow on the uptake😅. I opened a bottle of this one that I bought for occasional light drinking 😤 on the day when I felt 🍇fudo was too heavy in the middle of last week🤗. It's an apple 🍎 by name and a soda 🥤 so it should go down well ❗️ I feel relieved when I open the fridge and see alcohol on the shelves 🤭 for times like this. Stock is important.... Sigh. Let's eat! Is it juicy? I knew it would be heavy too 😥 I felt it was too heavy 😰 I felt it had a strong alu feeling compared to its name... So I ended the day early 🔚 and switched to tea🍵😔. So I tried again after a few days 🏉. Oh! Nicely juicy😊. But not flashy, just a little sweet and sour. But it's still a bit different from my preconceived notions based on the label and name: ☹️ It's delicious, but... It was a strange sensation 😑.

⁉️I'm sorry, I lost 😎. I bought this for Nobby's mom for 🎁 at the end of last year, and I really wanted to drink it because of your high praise 😅. But don't worry 😉 I got another bottle as you can see in the second picture❗️. On the way home from my father's house this weekend, Jay asked me if I wanted to look for two hares for a minute. Jay asked me if I wanted to look for two rabbits on the way home from his father's house this weekend, and I said yes without a pause 😊. I spent an extra hour visiting liquor stores when I would normally be home in an hour and a half 🚙. On the way, I received a worried line from my daughter, who was staying with her father over the weekend, asking if we had arrived yet. When I replied that Nobby was going to be late because of a stopover, she replied, "Sake, huh.... She replied, "You know what I'm talking about...". I've just bought some sake and it's New Year's, so let's open it right away! So we opened the bottle 😊 It's the first time we've had two hares! I thought the sourness was coming, but then it shifted to bitterness and it stayed for quite a while. As Rafa papa said, this lingering bitterness is very good 🤤👍. As everyone has reviewed, it's delicious 😋! I'm glad I bought this one 🥰 It was a blink of an eye! I think Nobby's mom would definitely like it too👍 Now I have to get it to her quickly so she doesn't accidentally drink the second bottle💦.

If I recall, this is one of the bottles that got me started drinking sake last year after watching a video by Sakelabo 😊It breaks the image of sake as "kanji labels" and "clear liquid" with its pop label and cloudy taste that makes you wonder what it tastes like🤔I got it this year when it was on the shelf at Hitomisan to get it as fast as possible! I wish I could have gotten it as fast as I could this year. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 60% polished rice, and 13% alcohol. I only remember that it was delicious, and since I have been drinking sake for a year, I thought my impression would change, but it was as good as ever 😋 I don't remember it at all, and I wondered if it was sweet from the label. I thought it would change my opinion but it was as good as ever 😋 I don't remember anything so I thought it was sweet from the label and it was dry and delicious 😆 The wife almost drank the first bottle, she said to buy another one 😫 Thank you for the treat! 🙏

I don't have corona, but Nobby has been feeling a little under the weather since his hangover last weekend, so he's been sober for 5 days 😓 and now that he's fully recovered both mentally and physically, it's been a long time since he's had a drink 😊. Not too acidic, but slightly sweet and sour. I think the taste is a bit thin. Yesterday, after a week, it didn't smell so much 🤔 and the alu feeling became stronger 🤔. Last week it was sparklers or crackling💥, yesterday it was a fireball☄️ at the end and I wonder if it became more mature But as I drank it, the flavor gently kicked in and I was able to enjoy it while watching the high school quiz 😋. We left the Houou Mita Graduates to my son, and we went back to basics with our original Tochigi Ai Senkou! I've had the Classic Mukonin before, but this may be my first time to try the Modern Mukonin. Oh, I don't feel much acidity. I guess it's pure because it's pure. It has a fruity aroma and sweetness, but I guess this is a medium-hot sake. It's light and tasty👍 On a different note, we drank a couple of light sake at a family izakaya (Japanese style pub) during the Bon holidays... Here it comes⁉️ Finally, finally, finally 、、、、 100 check een㊗️! It's been about 5 months since I started posting at the end of last November! I never imagined such a fun world... 🙂 Your posts and advice have made the world of Sake bigger. I'm impressed by the great taste comments, and I laugh a lot at the occasional corny comment. I also laugh a lot at the occasional corny comment. The commemorative sake is 100% Ihyakumangoku sake from Tochigi prefecture, and is a favorite of Mrs. Hitomi's wife! The bubbly and fizzy taste was a bit difficult to open, but the expectations were high. I spilled some 😓. I don't know what it is, but it has a unique aroma! But it's delicious 😳It's sweet and sour, or rather zesty, and best suited for Kentucky! Good schwashiness, sweet and tasty fruity flavor. Goes down easy! There were a few rice kernels left at the end, so I just scooped them up and ate them up 😆. I took this photo with the flowering trees in the garden in the background instead of the usual bleak place as a souvenir 😊. So, I'll keep you posted on J&N. When I visited Hitomi Sake Shop, I found that they have a whole series of "Saku" sake 🫡 I asked the manager for a recommendation since it was my first time to buy "Saku" and he said "they are all delicious, but the new sake is made differently every year, so here it is" so I bought it 😃. At first we had it in a boar cup, but the aroma was something we both didn't like? It's like cemedine😅is it a ginjo aroma? I was talking about how hard it was to drink, but I just bought a wine glass so I tried it and it was delicious 😭 fresh and fruity! I didn't know a glass could make such an impression... Delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏. By the way, Japan Meat at Joyful also sold "Saku".

It's been a little while since I've posted, as Nobby was away for a final checkup for his son's debut into the workforce. Cherry blossoms from Akabu 🌸 continued to open the bottle. Mmmm fresh aroma 😌. One sip and, oh! A little tangy. And, of course, the acidity is still round and mild. A hint of sweetness, just right for springtime. When mixed together, the final bitter taste joins in for the perfect balance 😋. This would be good to drink outside while viewing cherry blossoms😊. SENKOKU❗️Now No.1🎊 in Tochigi prefecture in sake brewery! On a different topic... Just as the same brand of sake tastes different in many ways, my two kids (older and younger) have opposite personalities 😆. My sister is as active🏃♀️ as active sparkling wine. The younger brother, on the other hand, is not as flashy at first glance, but the more you drink, the more flavorful it becomes 🕴. What would you compare this to in terms of alcohol⁈ But they both have good taste 😊. Tochigi love

I'm going to my favorite Sentori❗️ Oh, gentle sweet aroma. Is the attack a feint? It's so light! The two of us "light 😳" were humming together! A hint of bitterness has also emerged, good 😋. I also like the sharpness of the sweetness that shows up at the end 😊. SENKYO is the best 😄! It is a straightforward sake with no peculiarities and comes in without a sound 🌕. It's my first time in Saitama even though it's in my neighborhood ❗️. Sake I've been wanting to try. Oh, it smells so fresh! Nobby is good sweetness. Jay has good acidity. Hmmm 😑, we get along well, but our tastes often don't match 😆. Well, everyone has a different taste for sake. The only thing we had in common was the usual one word, "Delicious 😋". On a different note, the day after we moved the other day, we were strolling from Kyodo to Gotokuji with J&N, and we were asked, "Which way do you want to go around this corner, right or left? I was talking about how I was going to go left when I found a liquor store at the end of the street that looked good 👀❗️I guess I naturally recognized the smell 🤣. They had a pretty good selection 😊. I didn't take him with me, just to look at him, but it gave me something to look forward to the next time I visit my son's place. Thank you sake crocodile🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️

It's gassy and sweet-tasting 🥴I wonder if it's sweeter than Amami? I liked it very much and drank it with a great deal of pleasure, but the wife said it was not to her taste, but it was delicious. for recording First attempt at doburoku. On the fridge of the store, there was an epitaph that said it was made by a person who trained at "Shinmasa". I thought "Shinmasa" is a brewery that I often hear about in popular sake 😅😅 so I bought it. The bottle is so stylish. It is so dark and cloudy that you can see the grains of rice. When you drink it, you feel the gentle sweetness of the rice and a strong sourness. It's like something between sake and amazake. The wife said she did not like the graininess and sourness. Since the amount was small, I looked it up after finishing the drink and found out that doburoku is delicious even when drunk heated or mixed with something else. Next time, I will try different things. Thank you for the food!

I heard that Tsubuchan and Phiro had visited Hitomi Sake Shop❗️. This was my first visit to the store, which had just been remodeled a few days ago and smelled like wood. When I spoke to the owner, he said, "We started focusing on sake in my generation, so we don't have any famous brands. No, you've got a good point there 😊. I've been wanting to drink sake for a long time, and now I've found it 😃. I'll be coming back often! I'll be coming back often! I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's going to be good 😭 but I can smell it in my wet hands 😋. After settling down, I poured it into a glass and it was cloudy! And I love the freshness of the sake! When I took a sip, I realized that it was delicious! It's juicy, but also has a nice sour aftertaste. The second half of the bottle seems to be more cloudy. So it's gone again in a flash 😭.

for recording I bought this bottle at a new liquor store I found, after asking for recommendations for sake beginners as usual. The label on the back said that it was intended to be "the ultimate sake for a meal," so I usually drank it after dinner, but I tried drinking it with dinner. Well... it was an easy to drink sake without any strange habits, neither too sweet nor too spicy. It's not overpowering, so I guess that means it's easy to match with food. I enjoyed it very much😄. The brewer is conscious of the situation in which it is to be drunk. It's a great way to get to know the people around you.
