Tenmei purchased at Hitomi Sake Shop. I asked for a sweet sake and they brought this out, I took it because I said it was the last bottle, but when I put it in the fridge I looked closer and saw it was from the brewing year 🤭2023. I took it, but when I put it in the fridge, I looked at it carefully and saw that it was a brewing year of 2023. But it's good, so I'll let it go... 🤗

Sake with a sour taste like a lemon? I love the flavor! It's 14% so it's light and sweet and has a little bit of sake on the throat. I love this ⭕.

I bought this for New Year's Day. I got influenza A at the end of the year and couldn't drink for 6 days, which was hard because it was the first time I had ever had it. Please be careful not to get sick. Saku is good no matter what you drink.

On the way back from a trip to Norikura-dake and Kamikochi in Nagano to see the autumn leaves, I bought a bottle of Mikotsuru, one of the three bottles I bought. It's light and clear at first, but after mixing it, the taste is deep and delicious 🤗🤗.
