(*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock. It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

Looks so cool!!! 🤣LOL Not the usual goddess of ministry️. I wonder who she is: ？？？？ LOL! Compared to the standard Hanagumori Clean and refreshing👍. It's a doburoku but it's like eating a fruit. Rice dessert feeling😋. It also refreshes greasy food. The chocolate was delicious too 😚😚

I carefully opened the bottle and it took about 15 minutes. It's a sake that you can eat with your eyes, with the grains of rice usually recognizable. Overall, the strong gaseous feeling gives a swooshing impression, so it's refreshing to drink. I liked it.

I drank at a meeting the other night and visited Kibanano Brewery: 🏃‍♂️ It is doburoku, but quite easy to drink. After the sweetness comes, there is a carbonation feeling and it goes down smoothly.

Tokyo Kibanano Brewery allwright Chestnut barrel-aged hazelnut chocolate 　ALC12% 500㎖ 3,000 yen 　Chestnut barrel❓Chocolate❓Nuts❓ 　Various tastes🤔 　Interesting but not good🫤. 🍶Cherry blossom cake aged in a cherry blossom barrel 　500㎖ 3,000 yen 　I wonder if it doesn't have to be alcohol🫨. 　🌸Sakura mochi means ❗️ anything😅

Asakusa, a doburoku brewery. We had several kinds of freshly made doburoku. We started with a standard doburoku called Hanagumori. It was very different from other doburoku, which are bottled and distributed in large quantities. It has a rich flavor, but is not too sweet with a strong acidity, making it very easy to drink. The one made with dashi (I lost the name) is unique but very tasty. The doburoku with peaches is also excellent. Lately I have been thinking that doburoku is the best drink among all cocktails in the world when it comes to pairing with fresh fruit. I bought some Hanagumori and amazake to-go. I thought the amazake was the best amazake I had ever tasted.

Hanamogetora... not Hanagumori. I picked this up in a daze because of the look of it! I was looking forward to this one because I had no idea what to expect... I'll have it in a usuhari glass It's a muddy sake, but I'll just start with the top clear liquid... Ama-amai! Ama-amai! The sansumi has a hint of sweetness! From the sweetness to the light acidity, the sharpness is good... When I mix in the cage... it's crispy, sweet and sharp! It's quite refreshing! Anyway, it is refreshing to drink, and I thought it might be good for summer! It's just soooooo sludgy! It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! By the way, I couldn't open the lid by hand, I had to use a tool... The lid was the worst!
