In May, I stopped by the exhibition held at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.
I didn't write down my impression of the tastes... or it's just my memory 😅🙏🙏.

Asakusa, a doburoku brewery.
We had several kinds of freshly made doburoku.
We started with a standard doburoku called Hanagumori.
It was very different from other doburoku, which are bottled and distributed in large quantities.
It has a rich flavor, but is not too sweet with a strong acidity, making it very easy to drink.
The one made with dashi (I lost the name) is unique but very tasty.
The doburoku with peaches is also excellent.
Lately I have been thinking that doburoku is the best drink among all cocktails in the world when it comes to pairing with fresh fruit.
I bought some Hanagumori and amazake to-go.
I thought the amazake was the best amazake I had ever tasted.
Hanamogetora... not Hanagumori.
I picked this up in a daze because of the look of it!
I was looking forward to this one because I had no idea what to expect...

It's a muddy sake, but I'll just start with the top clear liquid...
Ama-amai! Ama-amai! The sansumi has a hint of sweetness!
From the sweetness to the light acidity, the sharpness is good...
When I mix in the cage... it's crispy, sweet and sharp!
It's quite refreshing!
Anyway, it is refreshing to drink, and I thought it might be good for summer!
It's just soooooo sludgy! It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
By the way, I couldn't open the lid by hand, I had to use a tool... The lid was the worst!
The sake is made by a doburoku store called Kibanano Jyozo, which is commissioned by the Tsuchida Sake Brewery in Gunma Prefecture.
It is rice and citrusy with strong acidity, and then slowly bitter.
After the bitterness, the complexity of the rice flavor and brown sugar-like sweetness appear.
The alcohol content is a gentle 13 degrees.
It is easy to drink. It is delicious.
