I bought this bottle at a new liquor store I found, after asking for recommendations for sake beginners as usual.
The label on the back said that it was intended to be "the ultimate sake for a meal," so I usually drank it after dinner, but I tried drinking it with dinner.
Well... it was an easy to drink sake without any strange habits, neither too sweet nor too spicy. It's not overpowering, so I guess that means it's easy to match with food. I enjoyed it very much😄.
The brewer is conscious of the situation in which it is to be drunk. It's a great way to get to know the people around you.
