We left the Houou Mita Graduates to my son, and we went back to basics with our original Tochigi Ai Senkou!
I've had the Classic Mukonin before, but this may be my first time to try the Modern Mukonin.
Oh, I don't feel much acidity.
I guess it's pure because it's pure.
It has a fruity aroma and sweetness, but I guess this is a medium-hot sake.
It's light and tasty👍
On a different note, we drank a couple of light sake at a family izakaya (Japanese style pub) during the Bon holidays...
