I posted about sake on another social networking site and was told about this sake in passing. I bought a Junmai Ginjo and a Junmai Daiginjo to compare.
It was the same as the junmai ginjo, but with a bit more orikarami. It has the same perfect acidity, and I could hardly tell the difference, but I felt that this one probably has less clutter and more pronounced acidity due to the more polished nature of the sake.
I think I prefer the Junmai Ginjo.

It's a very good taste with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. It tastes like Calpis, which is good for summer.
Small bottle bought in Niigata. This is the first time I drink it since becoming a Yukinomayu.
When poured into a cup, it is a little light and cloudy.
It is light, as if it has 14% alcohol content.
It is sweet, watery, yogurt-like, a little astringent, and has a hot feeling at the back of the throat from the alcohol at the end.
I don't think it's very complete, but it's kind of tasty.
It's easy to drink in hot weather because of the strong acidity. But it is also satisfying.
I kind of like it better than the Brewing Forest Era. It was the right choice as one of the bottles I bought at random.

Just one sip and you will be impressed by its deliciousness✨This is a gem with a delicious taste that pleases the tongue and a flavor concentration that is unparalleled. It is best served in a wine glass with a light nigoromi and well chilled.
Alcohol content: 14
Rice used:Undisclosed
Rice polishing ratio:50%.
It is lightly cloudy.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma.
The taste is slightly acidic with a lactic acid beverage nuance in the back.
It is refreshing and easy to drink.
I think this is the first time I've had it since I became a Yuki no Mayu.
The alcohol content is 14. slightly low. Perhaps because of this, it is easily swallowed.
Thank you for the drink.
