The first day after opening the bottle, it feels a bit dry with a lively gassy sensation. The next day, the gas settles down and the sweetness increases.
The second one, the day after the Tochigi Kenmin Kai was held, Tsubu-chan, Sashiu-san, Higu & Nanoha-san, who were staying with us, and I had a cafe lunch 🍽️🥞.
The male waiter had a really good looking anime voice 🤭.

The third one, let's go to the liquor store to check out some sake until Tsubu's train 🚙 Here we also got our ⛄️⛄️❕. ことりIt tastes sweet and cute like a liqueur💕It's not just bananas and cherries❗️I can also taste flavors reminiscent of yellow peaches and mangoes😚The sweetness is accented by sourness. kyun❤️ ことりThe glossy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
It has a soft honey feeling, and a sweetness and richness similar to that of the candy apples you buy at festival stalls. I'm on a high pace with the deliciousness of ice cold raw sake 😋.
The mark on the cap...looks like a peacock or a petal, but it's the [Roku] of Rokka Shuzo! ことりThe fragile label made me think it would be more modern, but perhaps that's because it is made with 80% polished rice.
Unlike the Ramune-ness of the Sarasara Junmai Uchijobanabi we had last month, it had a light but concentrated sweetness and acidity that reminded us of plum, apricot, and honey, and a calm and gentle taste with a soft fullness. ニルたろうThis is my first Iwate sake. These labels are so hit or miss😅but I'd like to try some if it's from Nozomu bo 😙. ニルたろうTo tell the truth, this was my first Nozomu. It was a good quality sake with a depth and flavor that was more pronounced than the fruity aroma. I am drinking it again today! ニルたろうThe first sip of the sake had a mellow aroma and the taste of sake, but the sharpness that followed was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. It was a sake that I have always wanted to drink, and I felt that it had considerable power. It was the kind of saké that makes you want to try other saké as well. ma-ki-Good evening, Nirutaro.

The bottle was opened with caution, but when I shook it a little to spread the nigori throughout the bottle, it spurted out like the champagne of a Formula 1 winner. It was a good sake with a dry taste.
Next time I drink it, I would like to open the bottle carefully so as not to be sad. Please enjoy it with care.

This season's Sarasara Junmai has been renewed for the first time in about 10 years with a cooler taste 🤗.
It seems to be a summer sake made by adding water to the original 12 degree alcohol level to create a once-hot summer sake with an alcohol content of 11.5 degrees Celsius.
They also use white malted rice.
It has a subtle aroma, a light rum-like flavor, a hint of muscat, lychee, and mangosteen...a gentle sweet and sour taste that is elegant. When the oli is mixed in, the taste is light and tasty. Fruity and tangy, but with a hint of sake. ことりI usually use a fermenter to make a thick, sweet koji amazake with a high percentage of rice koji and low water content and keep it on hand. I drink it to my desired consistency or eat it with yogurt or fruit.
Sake made with 99% of the ingredients used are koji. The rich flavor and acidity created by the power of koji goes well with dark flavored dishes such as meat dishes in general.
It has a unique flavor and aroma similar to tamari soy sauce or mirin (sweet sake), and a sweet and sour taste similar to plum wine. It is easier to drink on the rocks than at room temperature. It reminded me of Maruhi No.77.
This is the regular version with 33 hours of koji making time. I wondered how much difference there was in the flavor depending on the length of koji making time (29, 37, 41, 45, and 49 hours). There were also products with different koji making time.
