Sake event in Ebisu. I went around the stores while taking a walk. 🚶‍♀️ I was looking forward to this sake the most. I arrived early so I could chat with the brewery staff 🥰. I wish I could go on a trip to Suwa 🚄. The sweetness is very strong ❣️ Very tasty😍. It is not easy to buy it, but I was recommended an antenna shop in Nagano. Let's go buy some next time.

My son has influenza A & class is closed. I can't go to work. I can't open a bottle of sake because I'm afraid that I might get it too 😭. So, I'll just leave my memories here and there... The other day, I was able to compare the HANAHYOSUKAKU. Hanahayo Kuyu, Jun Dai, Omachi Hanahyokyu, Jun Dai, Hachitan Nishiki I preferred the Omachi, which has a healthy sweetness, but the Hachitan-nishiki also has a very beautiful taste. We enjoyed it very much. We also tasted a bit of Akabu Amber. After the Hanayo, you can really taste the acidity. This sake is also delicious 😊.

59takachiyo Kame no O🌾. This is the fifth 59taka following Omachi, Aizan/Ipponshime, Dewa Sanzan, and Hanafukuyuki. Kame-no-o is finished this season 😢. It has a sweet and umami taste. It has a soft texture. Delicious ❣️ And I felt a firm bitterness at the end. It's delicious too☺️ During my summer vacation, I bought all 6 volumes of the new edition of "Natsuko's Sake" as an adult. I read it in one sitting. (I cried a lot 😭) Phantom sake rice. I didn't know it was modeled on Kame-no-o. Thank you for the sake 🙏. And thankful to be able to purchase Kachiyo at a liquor store within walking distance 🙏✨.

The store owner brought me a drink that I thought I might like: ☺️ The starry night Altair The starry night Altair It tastes especially good when it's just opened. It was so good I could scream 💕. The night my son was away at a training camp🤗 My husband and I went to a Japanese food and sake restaurant. (Lunch was at a Vietnamese restaurant. I quenched my thirst with beer 🍺) We had reserved a course meal, I asked for three kinds of sake to go with the meal. (I said it was left to me, but they also asked me to make a request. ✌️) My three choices were Shinsei X-type Jikin Junmai Ginjo Sembon Nishiki Hanayuyuu Omachi Of course, all of them were very delicious, Especially, the Senbon Nishiki ✨ from Jigin, which I have never tasted before. The sweetness and umami were well felt, and even the aftertaste was beautiful. It was the first time for me to taste it, and it was so delicious that I told the store owner how impressed I was. ☺️ The owner gave me detailed information about the sake that I was so interested in 😊. I really enjoyed the sake and the food. After this, I told him about my preferences and he helped me choose the sake.

👒 Summer is over. I know it's late, but here it is😊. This is my first Gazan style. Gentle aroma. When you drink it, you feel refreshed. It is not particularly sweet or spicy, it just goes right in. But it leaves a gentle flavor in the mouth. It is delicious. ☺️ We are having it with snacks we bought. My son is going to a camp for middle school club activities for 3 nights starting today🏊. I'm sure we'll have a relaxing weekend of drinking 😏.

Echino ume ri✨ At the Ponshukan, we also bought this. The sake brewer was there and gave us a very detailed explanation and tasting. The sake was cooled down to the perfect temperature. It was delicious and sweet. ☺️ Oh, and at the Ponshu-kan, we also got an oinokuchi (a small sake cup) as a souvenir. I always end up buying a boar cup.

Takachiyo Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Natsuo 65 (Niigata Limited) I drank this at Fuji Rock: ⛰️ It was very hot and I drank it to drink water 💦, but it was very delicious! It had a great flavor and went down easy. I ended up having a few more 😁. On the way home, we stopped by Ponshu-kan at Echigo Yuzawa Station. The famous? The famous "Sake Tasting Station" ✨. There are many sake tasting machines lined up in a row. Here, we tasted the Takachiyo Sake Brewery's maki machine. In the souvenir corner, there was a line of unfamiliar small bottles of Takachiyo, so I bought some 😊. Takachiyo enjoy💕

Osaka Sake Check-in💕 Lunch with my family at a restaurant introduced to me by an acquaintance. It's an old bar with a focus on Japanese food, sake, and desserts 😁. I was just about to do my best at map painting 💪 when I found Akirika ✨. It was called "super dry", but I'll go for dry when I drink outside! Sour, umami, delicious ❣️ The husband is Mr. Mitsuo Yamakawa. We also had dessert🍰☕️ and are full of happiness☺️ Since I'm in Kitasenju, I'm going to stock up on sake at Kakinuma 😊.

I wanted to eat liver. My son is busy, so I took my husband who seemed to be free 🚶. to our favorite neighborhood izakaya for a lunchtime drink. We drank a lot of drinks, but I really liked this one: ☺️ It is easy to drink and very tasty with the aroma of rice. ❣️ This store buys sake from the liquor store I go to, so I was able to get the sake I wanted to buy for drinking at home 🥸📝. 🍍PINEAPPLE GOLD🍍. It's been a long time since I've had a hiragana takachi-yo! I love Hiragana Takachiyo. →I drink a lot of different kinds of alcohol! I thought I'd take the liberty of refraining from drinking. →→But I want to drink this girl whom I've never met before! And it's been a while since I've had a Hiragana Takachiyo. ☺️ The aroma of 🍍 is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet. Soft and firm sweetness 🍍. Very tasty. I was with my husband and we finished it in no time. Next time I'm going to make a bottle of hiragana takachiyo.

I've been looking for a can of this Nippon Zakari, a collaboration with mont-bell, but couldn't find it at the supermarket or convenience store💦. When I was lamenting about it, my husband popped it in for me😇. It also came with a bottle of Masu, so I'm going to drink it with Masu 😁. Canned sake outside is the best 🙌💕!

After the third store, it looks much better and my photos and memory are wandering.... So, let's skip a few types of drinks.......................and have a last drink! I thought I would finish with a sake from Chiba, We went to the Koizumi Sake Brewery, which is a member of the Toukaizakaya family. The name of the sake was cool, so I imagined it would be a strong sake. I was imagining what it would be like, I had a bottle of Tokaimori Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Nama-shu. I had a bottle of Higashi-Kaizakari Junmai Ginjo Yamada-Nishiki Nama-Shu. It was surprisingly delicious 😳. Modern taste? It was very delicious and woke me up. It was very tasty and woke me up. I had such a wonderful encounter and enjoyed it very much. The last photo is the glass that served as my ticket to this event. It was a good reminder 😊💕.

The second store, I really wanted to drink here too, The second store was a store participating in the Sairai no Kitanishi Sake Brewery, which I also really wanted to visit. I was Sairai Junmai Ginjo Nama Zume My husband had this one. (Sake Sengano was also there!) Kawanakajima Genmai Sairai is a sweet and sour sake. He introduced it to us, Since it was my first time, I had this sake. It has a good balance of sweet and sour taste and was very tasty. ☺️ I love it💕

I attended the Ikebukuro Hashigosake event on the day of the sea 😊. Buy a ticket. →Exchange your ticket for a glass! →Take the glass and go around to the stores participating in the event. The first store was definitely here! I had decided to go to the first store, Ryoseki Sake Brewery, which I had already decided to visit. Hanayu finally found it✨ I am, Hanamup (raw) Akita Sake Komachi Junmai Ginjo Ryoseki 2027 Limited Edition Daiginjo, stored in ice-cold bottles I had a bottle of the limited edition Daiginjo! My husband had Hanamup Omachi Junmai Ginjo (I tasted it too). (I tasted it too). It was very delicious. I was already very satisfied with the first one, saying "I'm so happy 💕". The snacks were the Hanayuup six-piece set of eight.

This is a souvenir from my husband's mountain climbing trip. He stopped by Igarashi Sake Brewery on his way back from a trip to Izugatake in Okumusashi. Cool and cute label🟦. But it's 17 degrees of Yamahai Junmai. Not too difficult for me? and I was a little afraid to try it 🙏. It was chilled to a crisp, but very refreshing! Delicious😊. I usually drink sweet or light sake, so it felt very sake-like, but that's good too ✨. I'll be enjoying this over the next few days 💕 I would love to drink Igarashi too: ❣️
