Tosa Shiragiku's shuwashu type 😊.
Sake that I enjoyed drinking outside before ❗️
I haven't come across it in a while, so I bought it❗️
Melon soda with a moderate sweetness 🍈.
It's lightly cloudy with a hint of umami.
It's my favorite taste ‼️
The sweetness doesn't linger, so I think it goes well with food.
I think it goes well with food 🤔.
I don't think this flavor would go well with sashimi.
but it would be good with western food🍽️👍
It's a very good sake ‼️
It was recommended to us by a liquor store that we have always been a customer of. It is the only kind delivered to that liquor store.
The ribbon is a handsome and stylish
This is a product that I purchased at a liquor store I stopped by on a trip to Kanazawa, Japan, in the course of a conversation with the owner, even though it had nothing to do with the area. I told the owner that I was not fond of caproic acid pung-pung, and he introduced me to this product. I would have preferred a local sake like Tengumai's Yamahai, but I guess that's just fate, right?
The aroma is mild and somewhat muscat-like. When you sip it, it is fresh and peachy.
At the same time, it has hints of banana and melon, which I personally like. I checked later and found out that it was brewed with No. 7 yeast, so I guess that's why I like the aroma... I also like Kaze no Mori... I think I'll try Masumi next time!
It has a complex aroma, with some floral notes...
The body is surprisingly firm, so the contours are not blurred, and on the first day, I felt the alcohol directly and a bit harsh, but from the second day, it calmed down and I could feel a slight creaminess on my tongue.
The sweetness is only moderately sweetened, so it is a refreshing sake that is perfect as a mealtime drink. Perhaps it is the type of sake that uses alcohol rather than acidity to bring out its sharpness, or perhaps the flavor itself has a sharpness that is not right in the middle of my personal taste, but I enjoyed it because I like its aroma.
It has one of the strongest fruity aromas I have ever had.
It tastes very refreshing and fruity like a melon. A sake that made me so happy.
I served it with cheese millefeuille of Ichida persimmon and miso wrapped with shiso.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I told them I was in a dry mood and they recommended this one.
There was also a Shiragiku Nama Nigori Slightly Carbonated, but after some hesitation, I decided to go with the Dry Kotoba ni Hijiri-shi.
The aroma was subdued but fruity.
No sticky sweetness, perfect for today's mood.
It has a gentle dry taste.
We enjoyed it with sardine sashimi and sea bream carpaccio, which we were told were caught in abundance 😊.
Special Junmai🍶Hiyaoroshi🍁Tosa Rei🌾.
Mild and gentle but firm. Reminiscent of pear🍐 with a dry aftertaste. Pour off the oil from the lotus root scissors fry.
