I need to catch the 21:00 express to Asahikawa on this day!
Last but not least
Tosa Kochi sake!
We had this one a year ago at this restaurant!
Both Tosa Shiragiku Natur and Akigari are made into a fruity sake!
We drank them well!
Let's drink again!
It would be best if we could go to Kyoto.
The limited express train to Asahikawa was more crowded than I expected!
I got on the train without any problems!
I will study hard today!

It has a very fruity 🥭 top aroma, like muscat, melon, lychee, I don't know what it is anymore, but it is very fruity and has a little bit of a chili feeling.
It has a slight sweetness, sharp mouthfeel, and a dignified spiciness that makes it a natural dry 🥰.
I have rarely had a chance to drink Tosa Shiragiku, but the ice-aged sake I got last year with my hometown tax payment was wonderful, and I'd like to actively buy it if I find it in the future 😄.
The once-hot sake I bought to go with the mackerel sushi had a slight aroma of being cooked, but the level was high, dry and somewhat light, but the rice flavor was properly expressed and delicious.
