Sake degree -30 enjoyment. Smells fresh, like sliced apples. It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking! I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet. Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.

What the hell? Yum Kore! Shuwa shuwa fruity♪ I didn't know there was such a modern sake in Niigata? I was impressed. I definitely recommend it to people who like Kaze no Mori and Sancho. Perfect for a hot day like today. I drank the 4-pack bottle instantly after chilling it down to the perfect temperature. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

On the second day of my trip to Niigata, I bought this at a liquor store near Niigata Station. I had been curious about it for a while, so I decided immediately. It has a rich sweetness and flavor, and a refreshing slight carbonation. I am very satisfied with it.

Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo Last year, they rebranded from "Sake Forest" to "Yukinomayu" (I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label of "Sake Forest"). (I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label on the Josu-Mori label...) The freshness and lychee flavor of the raw sake, the moderate sweetness and acidity from the single-stage brewing, and the good dryness. This would go well with any tsumami 😊. Delicious.

I got it as a return gift from Kurafan! I came across this item during my trip to Niigata last year, and it sparked my exploration of Japanese sake ✨. The aroma is a fresh aroma of rice with a hint of pineapple! The first sip is completely pineapple🍍 sweet and sour! No bitterness or spiciness at all 😆. As time goes by, the taste changes from pineapple to dark rice, probably due to the temperature change 😳. To be served with salmon carpaccio, pizza with quatro-style shirasu and pate de campagne ☺️ The acidity of the carpaccio is 👍 The second half of the meal was leaner: 😵‍💫 I still find sweet dishes too difficult for me😅.

Yuki no Mayu Junmai Daiginjo Impressive sweetness and acidity. It has a robust flavor and is very drinkable. Fruity taste and aroma like grapes. Delicious. Surprisingly, it can also be served heated. (I'm addicted to heating up all kinds of sake.) The sweetness is more pronounced when heated.

This is the first time I drank Yuki no Mayu from the new brewing forest. It is fruity, gassy, and fresh. It tastes almost like lychee. It is easy to drink and very tasty. I recommend it even to those who don't like sake.

First time since the name was changed to Yuki no Mayu. It's been a while since I've had a junmai ginjo from the brewery's forest days 😊. Well, how does it taste? Was it like this? When I drank it before, I thought it had a little more rice flavor or a slight vanilla-like sweetness, but maybe I'm imagining things? It's beautiful and sweet, but I think the acidity is a bit stronger than I remember. Delicious. But the sweetness is a bit different from what I remember. 😶‍🌫️ I heard the inside hasn't changed, but I have a stupid tongue💦. I wonder if it will change after a few days? Sorry, 3 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness has depth and it's delicious. ‼️

Yuki no Mayu was recently rebranded from Brewing Forest. I noticed that the label combines three "yu" characters rotated 90 degrees. We chose a junmai daiginjo, a rare sake that is served in a single-stage brewing process, which we had never tried before. The taste was sour like yogurt juice. It was like a one-stage brewing process, right? I also felt an apple-like sourness. It is sweet but refreshing. Beginners will be surprised that it tastes like juice. I think it would go well with a pizza with cheese and honey. It was very tasty.

The aroma is sweet, with a hint of pear and lychee. The taste is mellow and sweet, like ripe fruit. It also leaves a gorgeous aftertaste. Personally, I think it is a little too rich... After the second day, the richness gradually subsides. I had it with prosciutto ham and brie cheese.
