Fruity and fresh. A legitimate, clean sake.
Hot to get this at the supermarket. Delicious.

Gorgeous aroma~!
Sweetness, umami and fruity acidity are irresistible!
I'm so glad I didn't know it was light nigori 😆.
I've been recommended this for a long time, but I should have bought it sooner!
Next time, I'll buy a four-pack!
This is the first time I've had this since the name was changed to Yuki no Mayu, and it's still as delicious as ever!
The fruity aroma immediately after opening the bottle, and the piquant, slightly carbonated taste are very pleasant.
The taste is like a rice wine.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu from Yuki no Mayu. When I drank it before, it was brewed forest. This yogurt or bread aroma with a savory acidity. The color is beautifully hazy. In the mouth, the acidity spreads like yogurt and muscat. When swallowed, it has a very slight fizziness and bitterness. Delicious. I would like to try the higher spec one, but it is a bit expensive.
Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo" by Naeba Shuzo
The sweet aroma of pear and lychee with crisp acidity finishes the taste. The sweet and sour fruity flavor of the single-stage brewing process and the bag-squeezed orikara (rice cake) flavor make this a very tasty sake.
This rich flavor comes from the special brewing method. It is made using the luxurious "one-stage brewing" method, which requires three times the amount of rice as usual. This gives it an unprecedented aroma and a fresh, invigorating taste. It is easy to drink even for those who are not used to drinking sake, and has a deep flavor.
