I am coming to Tsuruga for a family vacation.
On New Year's Eve, my son and I went to a liquor store in a neighboring town for New Year's Eve ramen (my son is allergic to buckwheat) and I found some sake and bought it on impulse ^_^.
I bought a small bottle of Junmai Daiginjo after I had bought a bottle of Jungin (No. 4). I also bought some snacks at that time.
The sake is a light nigori (a little bit of nigori).
Definitely delicious.
P.S.
I was going to go to the Fukui area, but heavy snow prevented me from traveling there. That's why the name of the sake is "Yuki no Mayu" ^_^.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label, which I didn't see at the Niigata Prefecture antenna shop😅.
It is firmly cloudy.
Then a firm acidity, followed by a slight sweet-sourness spreading discreetly from the tip of the tongue 😁.
The sweet and sourness stays in the back of my throat.
This? Is it sake?
It looks like a soft drink. .........😇
