おやまのやまHououmida's price is 2,400 yen for a bottle of buguri-shu, which disappears as soon as it appears during the new sake season! This is so delicious! The aroma is typical of Mita, from sweet and fruity to light, dry, and crisp! Houou Mita is in my hometown, and I love Tochigi!

おやまのやまI went to Takeyoshi Sake Brewery, a 10-minute drive from my house. I bought a modern type of sake that you don't see in sake stores and an amazake that is rumored to be the best amazake in Japan! The aroma was very nice, probably because it was made with white malted rice, and the body was not too sweet and refreshing, but it had a firm body and was easy to drink! Amazake is really serious! Let's go back to replenish both of them!

おやまのやまThe second refill on Sake Day: Akatombo! I was looking forward to this autumn sake, and as soon as it went on sale, it seemed to be in short supply, so I managed to get a bottle. It was even better than I expected. The fruity sweetness and strong acidity are refreshing and easy to drink, but the umami is so rich that you will never get bored of it! I love the acidity of Senkyoku!

おやまのやまFrom the clean, beautiful and sweet ginjo aroma The gap between bitterness, acidity, and spiciness is amazing, and the sharpness is outstanding! If I were to use an analogy, it would be the bitter melon that smells so good! If you like "light" sake, I really recommend it!
