I'm so happy to see a new liquor store that is easy to get to 💕. I've been talking about Purple Space for a while now, but I picked it up because of its cute little heart label 🤗. It has a sweet and sour taste with a hint of strawberry and candy. It has a wonderfully clear and gentle taste. The next day, it has a slightly mellow impression with a rich koji aroma 😚.

I usually use a fermenter to make a thick, sweet koji amazake with a high percentage of rice koji and low water content and keep it on hand. I drink it to my desired consistency or eat it with yogurt or fruit. Sake made with 99% of the ingredients used are koji. The rich flavor and acidity created by the power of koji goes well with dark flavored dishes such as meat dishes in general. It has a unique flavor and aroma similar to tamari soy sauce or mirin (sweet sake), and a sweet and sour taste similar to plum wine. It is easier to drink on the rocks than at room temperature. It reminded me of Maruhi No.77. This is the regular version with 33 hours of koji making time. I wondered how much difference there was in the flavor depending on the length of koji making time (29, 37, 41, 45, and 49 hours). There were also products with different koji making time. Ingredients: Yellow koji for shochu, rice Alcohol content 13 Rice Polishing Ratio 70%.

Saku doesn't serve any unpasteurized sake. The freshness despite being fire-aged is what makes Saku unique 🤔. Yamahai Junmai has the feature of producing a lot of lactic acid Sake brewed with the No. 77 yeast, which is a highly acidic yeast, is said to be rich in malic acid. When it's chilly at dinner time, I tend to want to warm up the sake and drink it 🍶... so I opened this one! It has a unique aroma that I've never smelled before 😵‍💫 is it like savory miso or tamari soy sauce 🤔When warmed up, the acidity builds up and the aliveness starts to come through 🤔I'm used to the aroma and at room temperature it has an aged aroma that is like miso candy or brown sugar, like boiled down mitarashi sauce or plum wine One ice cube, rich plum wine. 2 ice cubes... a clear, sweet cider with a hint of gas left in it... and no hint of alcohol. I was wondering what it would be like when I was trying to figure out what it was like 😄I liked the temperature range of the cold sake 😋 I would like to try it again after a period of time. The elegant and gorgeous aroma is full of fruitiness. Pour it gently so as not to mix with the rice. The first glass 🥂 looks like golden champagne 🫧. From the second cup, it becomes cloudy and mellow. After the next day, as the gas weakens, it becomes so sweet and syrupy that it flattens your lips and the glass, and the flavor becomes rich and delicious 😘You can even drink it on its own. This is the first Shikizakura I've bought from a liquor store: ❗️ I was thinking of going to this Tochigi sake after seeing Beta Alanine's post 👍 So I opened the bottle: ❗️ It is a bit high in alcohol content, but as you can see in the second picture, the label says how to enjoy it at different temperatures👍. First of all, I drank it with a normal gulping cup. I don't think you can smell the aroma. Next, it was chilled in the refrigerator, so I tried it on the rocks 🧊 as the label says. It was well chilled in the fridge! For kids like us, it might be better on the rocks 🙂. Well, after tonight's sake, I'm going to be on a restraining diet from tomorrow until the dock on 4/26 😱. But I'll be posting my Nagano travelogue in the meantime 👋 Celebrating Tochigi Ai 🥰 with the Tochigi star ⭐️

Sake no Wa Tochigi Prefecture #8! It's the first Souhyo: ❗️ Atmospheric appearance First, I'll have it cold! Fresh acidity enhances the mellow flavor. It also has a strong alcohol taste. We finished it halfway through the first day. On the second day, we'll try heating the sake up: ☺️ I started with lukewarm sake. Searing acidity on the nose 😳 Let's warm it up a bit more! Next, hot sake. Hmmm? This is delicious😍Alcoholic sensation comes first, but then the umami comes and finally the acidity kicks in☺️Hot sake is the winner for this one👍 I bought a tokkuri (sake bottle) from Mori Sake Brewery when I was in Nagasaki and it works great for heating sake in Nobee Yokocho! It doesn't float. I'd like to try more Tochigi sake that I haven't tried yet 🫡. I went to a liquor store this weekend, and now I have 12 bottles of Tochigi sake in my fridge! And out of them, there is only one Tochigi sake 、、、、 and one Tochigi sake ⁉️ 😱 I'll do my best 🤗 Love Tochigi sake, cold or hot 🥰!
