It has a strong sweetness, umami of rice, and body at first, but the sweetness softens in the middle and finishes with a hint of alcohol, so it does not feel too sweet.
This makes it an interesting sake for those who don't like too much sweetness. It is not too sweet, so it is an interesting sake!
This is the second sake from Raifuku Brewery (the first will come later). The first day the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet, bittersweet taste with a very slight gasiness.
On the second day, the fruity aroma increased! The second day, the fruity aroma increases! The bitterness tends to diminish while the sweetness increases along with it, making it more delicious!
