Yuki Brewery fire 🚒.
The day after the fire, I passed by the place and it was a disaster...
I was told that the remaining sake was for sale, so I bought some!
Special Junmai Sake to support the brewery destroyed by fire

First super dry taste in the Yui Yui series
Green apple when opened.
Slightly banana after a few days
Dry in aroma
Light but with body, not thin.
Mineral bitterness on the finish.
Similar to Raifuku's "Super Dry" as it is a homage to "Super Dry".
Why do you need to use "Yui" to describe it? I think so, but I don't mind, it's just another chance for us to get to know each other.
Goes well with oil-based dishes such as dumplings and stir-fries.
Yuki Sake Brewery lost their warehouse a few years ago.
They are making sake by renting a brewery in the surrounding area.
This is a collaboration with Raifuku Shuzo and pays homage to Raifuku's super-hot sake.
The taste gives the impression of being clean, light and dry!
You might think I've been drinking a lot😅.
The set below is 30mm each, so it's not that much (it shouldn't be).
I drank the comparison set in no time, so I added this Yui Yui 😊.
I've had my eye on this one for a while ✨.
The one I chose in the comparison set was a sweet fruity one, so compared to that one, it was light and dry.
I didn't order many snacks at the time, but I'm sure it would go perfectly with a mealtime drink. ❗️
