( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

♪♪♪♪♪ Long time no yui yui. It's Sanzen Sakura ver. Mmmm, it's really good. ☺️ The aroma of this sake makes you think it's jungin even though it's tokushun. It's a good thing that the aroma is jungin or junjun! ←That's just my opinion! And the first sake rice "Kitashizuku" in a long time! I like this one very much 🥰. I also like Ginpu and Comet! ←All of them 🤣. I'm getting lost in the vein of this story 💦. As for snacks Horse Sashimi Horse Sashimi! It goes well with it! It's so good 😊

Sake with a great ginjo aroma. It is sweet and delicious. This sake was made by the toji's wife at the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery in Hokkaido to help rebuild the brewery. The master is at another sake brewery. Rebuilding a brewery is a tough job, isn't it? I wish them all the best.

From the previous Tanaka Rokuugo Sake series I bought in Yokohama on my way back from a trip to Chiba: ✌️ This time, Yui Yui. I haven't seen it since the fire at Yuki Sake Brewery. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to meet them 😊. I bought some sashimi yesterday and thought 🤔 what should I drink? So I opened this Knot Yui. But it was unexpectedly sweet and tasty. It's a little different from sashimi... Oh, Luteltemi-san said You said with oden🍢🤔. Today's dinner is kimchi nabe. I stopped by Seven on my way home from work Oden🍢 and beer🍺 for kimchi nabe. Beer 🍺 is a YOASOBI collaboration ✌️ As for the sake. It was sweeter and tastier than yesterday. But as time goes by the sourness became more pronounced than the sweetness and umami. We enjoyed it with oden ✨. Newly released on December 9, Golden Tanuki Tudon, which was newly released on December 9. While the red fox has 74g of noodles while the red fox has 74g of noodles ✨ and the golden tanuki tsu is a little more than 86g. The soup is a little thin? And also crispy! Three kinds of fried egg (tanuki) which sucked up the broth. Sweet fried bean curd (kitsune) as usual It was a little luxurious cup noodle. ✌️

I wanted to see the sake I wanted to drink slowly. I bought it at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop. You are recreating the taste of Ibaraki in Hokkaido. ☺️ I first had it cold sake with oden🍢. The first oden type was Negi bag. (Thinly fried tofu stuffed with leeks and fried in oil.) It is sweet and tasty, thick and has a refreshingly sour taste. The sourness was refreshing and went well with the leeks. Next, we warmed it to lukewarm, and it became more umami and sweet, and the taste mellowed. It was delicious either way. On the second day, the balance between sweet and savory was even better.

I have wanted to try it for a long time, but never had a chance to drink it, so I bought it for the first time.
