( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

Today, I got the Yui! Opened the bottle and the aroma is good. In the mouth, easily, not much sweetness, no sourness. But I feel something that is not bitterness. That's as far as I got, I couldn't even tell the characteristics of the rice... Maybe next time..! Maybe..,

Well, well, well, I finished work early today, so I'll start drinking 😁. Hatsuyune Yui Special Jun ☺️ Sake with a nice crispness, more like a classic. Oh, but what is that feeling in the nose 🤔? It's easier to drink at a slightly higher temperature than when it's chilled 👍

6/10 It's been a while since I've had Yui Yui. It still seems to be made at the Sanzen Sakura Brewery in Hokkaido. The rice is also made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku rice. It has a fruity taste. It may be of the vinegared iso type. The second half was characterized by a clear, dry taste.

Satisfaction: ★★★★☆ The aroma is present but not strong. After sweetness and acidity, a pleasant sweetness remains on the tongue. It has a complex flavor, but the overall impression is refreshing. It is hard to describe, but it is delicious. Even if it is used as a food sake, there is no bitterness and the impression remains the same.
