It's finally the right time of year for new sake 😊.
This time, I'm going to try my favorite new sake from Tarekuchi Sake!
It's delicious and has the wildness of new sake.
But I think I prefer it when it's aged a bit more 🤔.
Alcohol content: 16
Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio: 55
The color is slightly yellowish.
The aroma has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbonation on the tip of your tongue.
The taste is refreshing and delicious, with a predominance of acidity.
The second cup is a local sake from Joyo city, a little distance away from Fushimi.
It tastes similar to the first glass of Aozora, but a little more dry 🤔.
This one was delicious too 🙆♂️
We had Eikun's sweet sake ginger arare as a side dish!
This is a limited brew by Joyo Shuzo.
Refreshing aroma. The acidity spreads in the mouth, and it is slightly dry and sharp.
Joyo Shuzo's sake is usually good in a good way. I like it.
