At home. This was a gift from my wife, who had been watching my daily posts on Sake-no-wa, as she was addicted to sake. I was happy to receive this gift, but at the same time, I wondered if it was safe to order it online. I have to admit that I was a little concerned. After taking some commemorative photos, I was ready to try it. The aroma was fruity. When I put it in my mouth, it had a fresh, slight carbonation, a strong sourness and sweetness, and a strong bitterness at the end, making it very easy to drink. I thought to myself that continuing to drink will produce various effects, and I will continue to enjoy my life of drinking.

Snowy Matsushima, a gift This type of sake comes in a box with an ostentatious string tied around the neck of the bottle. The top-tasting aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but there is a sense of bitter alcohol in the back. The mouthfeel is clean, sweet and delicious, with a clear sake quality and no unpleasant alcohol taste, making it a quintessential expensive sake. It also has a nice sharpness from the mild bitterness. It was a treat!

Junmai Ginjo Genshu Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Gin no Iroha produced in Miyagi Prefecture It is said to be bottled on the same day as the top tank. The aroma and taste are calm and nutty. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is a ginjo-shu that can be savored well. It seems to go well with grilled salt fish. This sake was released to focus on Sake Day! A gift from my uncle, served at my parents' house. I thought it was a 01, the one with no gasiness? I thought so, but it was a fresh, gassy, and current sake. It is a fresh sake like green apple. It was hard to find out, but I wondered if this was the first sake of the 25th year. It will help with the fatigue of a nighttime drive. ☺️

Miyagi Prefecture Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-Shu Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. In the mouth, the rich sweetness of the rice and the spiciness from the alcohol are exquisitely balanced. It has a crisp aftertaste and can be drunk as much as you like as a mid-meal sake. It is a perfect match for grilled fish.
