My father got a bottle of alcohol for Father's Day 🍶. My father only drinks distilled alcohol 🥃 so I felt bad, but my brother and his wife said my father looks happy drinking with his daughter, so drink with him 🥂. Oh, my handsome man! I'll take it without hesitation......thanks! The top of the bottle has a refreshing scent of gin. It is a beautiful sake with a refreshing fragrance, and the apple flavor that I had imagined is not so strong. It is refreshing and has no aftertaste, so it goes well with meals other than meat dishes. It is especially delicious with sashimi and yellowtail cooked with arabesque!

Originally, he was just Mr. Kato, apparently. They have been pre owned for a few years now. 🙄. A corporation? 🤣 and I wanted to tsk tsk but the old man at the liquor store, dizzy and eager to explain, was too worried that I might fall down to get the story. 🤷‍♀️ Dewanosato 🌾 / Polishing 60 / Yamagata yeast The initial aroma is mildly gin-like. It has a muscat-like aroma right after opening the bottle, but after a few days at room temperature, it has hints of lychee and guava 😍❤️ It is like tonic water and makes you forget that it is a sake. It is lighter than the Eikoufuji from the same brewery, with a hint of bitterness and aroma. It has a slim body that would be good during a meal, but the unique aroma makes it enjoyable on its own as well. ❣️ Refreshing with white mapo tofu with a hint of yuzu pepper 😋. It would also go well with curry and other dishes! Glenmorangie and sensory déjà vu 🥃, which I've been into lately. Sake that I haven't taken the time to enjoy in a while 🍶.

Mild ginjo aroma Fresh gasiness Full-bodied, and insanely refreshing! It is delicious! We had a bite of eel and a gulp of Akirika! It also goes well with tempura! Inaho-san's steamed egg custard was also delicious with sea bream, eel, and jidori chicken. The chawanmushi with sea bream, eel, and jidori chicken was more suitable for the next dish I had.

Last 4th station The last part of the course, a child who is not at home ❣️ Light but gentle sweet flavor, with a hint of bitterness that comes together to make a light and delicious 😋. Nichinichi is too watery for me, so here it is! Lastly, dessert kuzukiri (coffee) and mango 🥭. I asked for whiskey 🥃 at the end because I'm not a fan of sweetness, and I laughed... I thought it would be a nice smelling spirit after a meal. Thank you Ichiza Kenritsu for the hearty food created by people as well as your technique 😋. Thank you for the opportunity 🙏✨

📍 Ichiza erected (near Oaks Street) The third station was approaching the grill and the white grilled conger eel from Tsushima was coming, a pairing that made me think of the Genkai Sea 😋. Tanaka Rokugo seems to have stuck with my sister💘 surprising😊. I wish I could get her to drink it when it's raw 😋 ❣️ I wonder if it will be sweeter and easier to drink than Hayaseura 😋. 📍The first station erected (near Oaks Street) Leave the second match to the owner. Thank you for choosing the right one for your meal 😋. It was cool and smooth on the palate. It's a Gohyakumangoku, but it has a full flavor and is moderately dry 😋. My sister said it was better than the first cup. The natural sea bream from Amakusa with a lot of fat was also very tasty 👍The red sea urchin also from Amakusa was very tasty and sweet without any chemical taste thanks to its freshness and technique! The sukiyaki-style rice with vegetables and the Suizenji greens as garnish were also very tasty 😊.

I don't like to drink Shinsei. My sister and I finally got a day off and had lunch for the first time in 6 months😋🍶❤️ We went to Issa Kenritsu, which just opened near the Hotel Castle in Kumamoto. I quenched my thirst with an adult barley tea and chose a pre-dinner Shinsei that my sister, who prefers champagne and wine, could also drink! Once again kp🥂✨The reaction was not great... The wine is round and refreshing, with a deliciously well-balanced acidity! 😋 The citrusy and refreshing bitter acidity was delicious with the fatty Amakusa shime saba mackerel and tofu paste with seasonal vegetables 😋.

3 types of sake tasting Waterships that had been on my fridge's mind Unusual Hyakujuro-san 👹 (CWS) Tenpoichi after a long time Watabune without hesitation! Watabune is Watabune Delicious 😋! We tasted 3 kinds of sake including Yamama which I wanted to drink! All three were fruity 🙏✨. The first Yamama was delicious but a little heavy on the sweetness that lingers under the tongue since it was a R1BY. If I can have it again, I would like to have a new one! Yobitomo is a limited distribution sake from Kubota's brewery. This one is also well-balanced and delicious 😋. Nice sharpness for a mid-meal drink 👍 I was hesitating between Yobitomo and Saku for the end of a stand-alone drink. Fruity, well-balanced, with a nice aftertaste. Delicious 😋It seems to be good as a mid-meal drink! Stylish bottle 🍾.

Sendai Ikuei ⚾️ sorry - Keio ㊗️👏 🌾-/Polished 55 (flat polished rice) Quincy melon 🍈 or 😍. I wonder if the yeast is Ogawa yeast? Lightly textured sweet and bitter juice 🍹. A great stable food sake! Maybe it's a change in taste, maybe it's thanks to the sour detox soup as a snack, or maybe it's because it's been laid down... but it seems milder in bitterness than last year. Sweet, delicious, bitter, dry and refreshing! Delicious again this year😋. Good with grapefruit and peach🍑 in fruit tart 😋.

First ⭐︎ Ding! To me, it looks like a face that says 'Delicious~' and is holding its hoppe that is about to fall off with both hands! 😆 🌾-/Polished 55 The top aroma is a gentle but deep and elegant ginkou like a compote of linden sweet. Bitter bitterness from moderate sweetness and umami. The second half is spicy and the aftertaste is short. Better with tanshio (tongue salt), chicken breast cheese, or smoked duck than with beef, which has a nice fatty taste. My brother said it was great with grilled marshmallows too 🌀No kidding! The same brewery as Takizawa! I'm so glad to meet Mr. Nagasawa Ding of California Wine 🍷 and his sake 🍶 which I was curious about because it has the same kanji!

Reconstruction support sake to collect donations for Kurume City in southern Fukuoka Prefecture, which was hit by the torrential rain disaster in July 2023. We wanted to drink and distribute this sake 🍶. Thank you for sharing this as well, Mr. Gura 😋😋. Yume Tsukushi / Polishing 50 The full flavor is refreshingly delicious with meat! It has a dry sharpness, but it also has a fruity and sweet flavor! Delicious with pike conger eel with vinegared miso, sashimi of kanpachi, local octopus, and fried summer vegetables 😋. On its own, I personally find the astringent taste too strong. A longed-for treat! Hitogochi is made in Nagano Prefecture and polished to 55%. The aroma is discreet, with a hint of LaFrance. Juicy and fruity right after opening the bottle 🍑. Sweet and delicious with a slender body and a tremendous sharpness! Light texture and delicious even at room temperature 😋. I forget it's a weekday and drink too much 🙈💕!

Commemorative sake for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Yamauchi Toji Association Akita Sake Komachi/polished 55 Kyokai No.1 yeast Micro bubble bath in the glass Gorgeous berry aroma on the nose. Fresh sweetness like raspberry and sourness right after opening the bottle. Personally, it is a little sweet for a mid-meal drink. After the Saturday night market, it was a mellow, umami sake that I never got tired of drinking on its own. It would go well with hamburgers. I was watching my nieces' homework while picking up the almond fish and before I knew it, it was empty... Tian Hua delicious! 😋

BBQ to coincide with local summer festival Last 4 bottles 🍶. Kami no Ho / Polishing 60 Kami no Ho was not my favorite sake rice, but it was very tasty because it was already finished. The soft, gentle sweetness and umami flavor with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, probably due to Mr. Hayakawa's brewing water. It is like eating cotton candy. Just as I was about to clean up, my friend's family 👪 barged in. Thanks to them, I'm happy to put away the sake in the fridge. ☺️ Thanks 🙏.

Originally scheduled to be opened on October 1, Sake Day Since sake beginners are also participating, the bottle will be opened in time for the fireworks 🎆. Aizan / Polishing 60 Mist from the spout 🫧. Compared to the standard 657, it's a lot juicier, clearer, sweeter and more beautiful 😻. It's hot in the garage, even with the fan running. The carbon dioxide gas is refreshing and cools you down. When it gets to room temperature and the gas is gone, it tastes a little astringent. A handsome guy who is a sake novice asked, "Is this sake?" was a good response! The neighbor was new to Kaze no Mori. I was impressed to know that there was another delicious sake in Nara than Mimuro Sugi! I was impressed. I was so impressed with the "Nanbu Bijin Jungin" that my neighbor gave me that I started going to the liquor store, so I am happy to share my excitement with him. ☺️ The last product of the year!

BBQ in conjunction with a local summer festival About 30 friends and neighbors gathered for the party. The first bottle was a bottle of 🌹Princess Michiko It has a beautiful aroma and a slightly slimmer body than most of Yokoyama's sakes. On the contrary, I like it because I don't get tired of drinking it. The chef who owns a cake shop in the neighborhood also participated in the aide. He said it was gorgeous and full-bodied. I agree! Goes well with meat.
