We opened the first bottle of Risshun Shibori about two weeks later than the rest of the world 😄. It's a good omen for an early spring 🌸. To be honest, I was hoping for the Risshun Shibori from Meimon Shukai, but I thought this one would be good too ❣️ I see... The best thing about new sake, or quirks 😳 1) Freshness✨No doubt about it! 2) Gassy ✨Not pitchy, but tangy, like a low frequency on the tongue! 3) Woody ✨The aroma that climbs up your nose is woody! 4) Soft sweetness ✨Sweetness comes first, then a little dryness, and then it finishes! I'm not sure if these sensations are what the brewer had in mind. I don't know if these sensations are exactly what the master brewer had in mind. I'm not sure if these sensations are exactly what the master brewer wants, but they are quite enjoyable 🎵 I'm going to follow in the footsteps of my seniors and have a few more days to share 🙂. I'm looking forward to having it in the next few days 😋.
