4/15 in Kyoto, Japan 🥳 Off-line meeting in Kansai At Rafa's suggestion, We decided to drink heated sake.... Then this is what we had 😊. Etsukaijin Personally, I think Yamahai should be warmed up ❗️ I'm a big fan of Yamahai because I think it's best when it's warmed up. It's so astringent😻 Warming it up makes it crisp and tight. Or, the outline becomes clearer. Aroma that is typical of Yamahai. The umami of Omachi. Seared food is good as a snack 😋.
