Slightly tinged with a hint of color
When you take a sip, you first taste the refreshing acidity.
Then, the sweetness and umami of the rice spreads in the mouth.
The spiciness is moderate and goes down the throat nicely.
As it goes down the throat, the nose is filled with a nice aroma.
The richness and flavor of the sake is typical of sake brewing with a freshness that is delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Well-balanced taste
100% Miyamanishiki
Purchased at the brewery
I was attracted by the limited edition of the brewery...
Taiheizan Autumn Junmai Hiyoroshi
First there is a sweetness, followed by a mild and complex umami taste.
It is a sake that can be drunk without any snacks.

It tastes fresh and sweet first, then spicy. It has a strong, powerful taste. I think I like it better than the Junmai type I have had in the past.
It's quite spicy when you drink it again😅.
Taiheizan, a souvenir from my son. Junmai Daiginjo Tenkaku is indeed a daiginjo. We opened it in no time while savoring its fragrant and mellow taste. The Junmai Sougetsu has a less aroma, but it tastes clean and has no cloying taste. We would like to drink this one cooled down and enjoy it a little at a time.
A colleague of mine who went back to Akita for Obon gave it to me as a souvenir 🎁.
I'm grateful that it's only available in Akita 🙏.
The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong, so I guess it's a sake for summer!
The spiciness of the alcohol refreshes you at the end, so sake lovers can drink it easily.
It's a sandesi, so it ran out quickly 😁.
I have a physical next week 😅
