I bought it because it had a label I had never seen on a Taiheizan before.
I was told that the sake was hand-packed by the brewer from the rough portion of the bottle.
It is easy to drink with a crisp and clear taste, typical of Taiheizan.
The sake is easy to drink, but the sake level is sweet at -1.1.
It is indeed refreshing, but I can feel the sweetness behind it.
Taiheizan Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama
The other day, my wife's sister and her family came to visit us and bought some sake for us.
Today's snacks included fukinoto (dried snow peas), steamed asari clams with sake, bamboo shoots, etc.
The aroma is ginjo aroma. The first attack is sweet and juicy! It's good 😋Akita's sake is good everywhere. 💕︎
The sake is a gift from Akita....the sake is a good old-fashioned sake....it may be a bit tough for young people....the Jun Daigin is a masterpiece....fruity aroma, sweet taste, but you can feel the flavor of rice....I enjoy it with seasonal sashimi.
A drink in Otsuka with a junior colleague who will be transferred to Sendai.
A 300ml bottle of Taiheizan's Namahashimoto Junmai is really smooth, beautiful, and has a nice umami flavor.
We enjoyed it with grilled pork 👍
Hi, Mr. Hiraccio!
I was curious about the "Taiheizan" for the first time, but the second one, the combination of yakitori and Akaboshi, caught my attention 🤣.
[I'm sure it's delicious 🥰.
Gyve, good evening😊.
Akahoshi, it's delicious👍
I am glad that many izakaya are like izakaya when they have Akaboshi.
Sometimes, when they sell canned Akaboshi beer, I buy it.
I felt the scent had hints of cherry, rice, banana and pear. Some fruity hints in the flavor at the opening that expands to a very pleasantly rich Kimoto taste.
It is only available in Akita Prefecture, but I ordered it from a flier at a cooperative. It is a delicious sake with a good balance of acidity and crispness that is typical of Akita.
