I got "Cedar Cider" which I have been interested in for a while... I was careful when I opened the bottle... but I succeeded without spilling it... Junmai brewed with Yamadanishiki❗️I was surprised by the bubbling when I opened the bottle! This is awesome! Not much aroma? I had a glass of this with some tuna kamatoro & tuna fillets....great with meat too! This is overpriced!

I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten on the recommendation of the young proprietress💕. 📌720ml ¥1,430 This is the third bottle of banquet👍 The aroma is very alcoholic. The color is cloudy. The sourness comes to the surface and the spiciness is felt as it goes down 💕My eldest and second son did not like it💕. Personally, I think it is easy to drink with little habit 😄👍👍

Today I bought a bottle in Shizuoka Prefecture the other day! Shidaisen Shuzo Junmai Ginjyo Dry Taste! The aroma is mild. The taste is dry and refreshing and goes well with a meal!

Junmai is 1815 yen. I bought it thinking it was a bit expensive. The aroma is fruity, and when you drink it, it has a sweet and immediately bitter taste. It has a rich flavor, which is good. I finished it in about three days, but the first day was the most impressive. I used to think that Shizuoka sake had a clean, mature aroma and flavor that was more like a food sake, but it seems that they are producing some very modern and up-to-date sake. 1815 including tax

January inventory is still available. On this day, I stopped by a local sake bar on my way home from work. I had three kinds of sake in my usual set. The first one was Shitaizumi. It has a refreshing taste with a strong umami flavor. It has a strong flavor.

I like the spiciness, but I'd like something a little more aromatic. I like a little more aroma and richness. I'm glad they put the sake and acidity levels on the back label, it would be nice if they made it mandatory.
