The sake is junmai ginjo, dry with a nice aroma. The sake is the same as the junmai ginjo in a four-pack, so you can compare the sake and labels if you buy four different cups. This is my second visit to Izakaya Yamabuki.
I was drinking shochu without snacks at my friend's house, so I came here to have some snacks.
I ordered "Nyankappu" which I was interested in!
But there were many kinds of shochu!
And this is the standard one, Junmai!
The aroma is not so strong.
It's like a normal sake.
The mouthfeel is very Japanese sake, with little hint of aroma.
I was curious to try it with "Meat Tofu".
Well, it's perfect!
I'm a person who doesn't like to have any snacks, so I thought it was important to drink it outside.

The owner of Katayama Sake Shop selected this sake for us.
While most of the sake from Shizuoka Prefecture is said to be dry and dry, the owner selected this fruity sake for us!
It is true that the fruity taste is apparent, but the aroma and umami spread are not quite there yet!
It may be the best balance when matched with food, but I would have liked a little more individuality.

I came across this fern cider 🫧 while looking for a pink label junmai nama sake.
Bought it because the name and the look of it sounded delicious. Snowflake ❄️ and what an attractive specification!
The bottle was safely opened after a few minutes of sizzling a few times.
The aroma is of sourness and amazake-like rice.
When you drink it, it's like a sizzle! The rice is soft and sweet, and there is also a sourness like grapefruit. The aftertaste is carbonated and dry, making it easy to pair with a meal.
Even after a few days, the fizzy feeling is still there, light pear and rice. This is a safe drink, delicious~.
It was a shwashy sake that I could drink without thinking, which was appreciated on a hot day!
