Fresh and lots of bubbles in the glass.
Not too sweet but dry like muscat or melon. I would prefer a little sweeter, but it's okay if you're eating 🤔.

This one has a firm body typical of Shidaizumi and a clear, fresh mouthfeel that is only possible with new sake. The fruity sweetness and slight bitterness are exquisite. The aroma is also 💮.

I bought this sake along with some other sake from a prominent Yaizu City brewery.
The black cat is adorable!
The ginjo aroma is slightly soft.
No strong personality.
It is easy to drink and enjoyable!
Good for evening drinks 🍶.
I bought this sake thinking it would be good as a train sake on the way back to Tokyo station from Shizuoka station, but it's also a great sake to drink with sashimi and other drinks!
