I bought hiyayogoshi because the nama-hara I drank the other day was too good.

It has a good balance of a slightly refreshing yet mellow taste. It has sweetness, umami, and a smooth taste. It is easy to drink and has a light umami and acidity. Refreshing ginjo aroma like Japanese pear and citrus. Convergence is quite refreshing.
