Good with assorted sashimi.
Good for sashimi platter!
Mature and tasty nama sake! Junmai Nama-no-Harazake, which is released only in spring every year, is aged for three years in its raw state. It is said to be one of the best bottles to enjoy the taste of raw maturity, with its acidity that has been removed and its sweetness that has become darker. The label of the extra edition is written horizontally!
Sake rice is Miyamanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture, rice polishing ratio is 65%, and the yeast is undisclosed.
It was served well chilled ✨.
The aroma is a little sweet and fruity, with a nice smell of sake 😆.
The taste is a little sweet at the beginning, similar to a sake with a slight sourness and richness of the sake, ummmm!
The acidity and bitterness are well balanced with a nice crispness!
I like this sake a lot! The flavor seems to increase with each sip 🤤.
I paired it with pickled wasabi yam and potato salad👍.
Back to the Mountain (Everyday Life)
I bought this bottle on the recommendation of the liquor store owner's brother!
I'm excited because it has interesting specs like 3 years aging!
Wow! This is so rich!
The sweetness goes right through, and then it finishes with a touch of acidity.
The sweetness leaves a rather long aftertaste.
I think it's pretty easy to drink, but if you drink it too fast, you'll be crushed for sure...
It has a strong sweetness, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like sweets... but it's delicious! I love it!
Eh! Daiginjo? It has a delicious flavor that makes you doubt whether it is a daiginjo or not.
I don't drink much Daiginjo, but I guess this is possible.
It is not easy to drink, so it may be for experts.

This mellow Junmai Daiginjo-shu is made from Miyamanishiki grown in Shinshu and polished to 49%.
It has a mild aroma and a crisp taste.
It is dry but has a very delicious aftertaste 😋.
