Shichiken has a gorgeous image, but it has a slightly dry taste with a refreshing aftertaste.
Shichiken and Hiyoroshi are now open 🎉.

I can tell from the specs on the back label that it's not my favorite flavor.
Because it's more dry... 💧.
I would definitely not buy it myself 👛.
But Shichiken itself I like ❣️
And the Ichiban Shibori just released was delicious when I drank it last year 😉.

Not much of an aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the beautiful watery sensation that is typical of Nanaken, and there is a slight sweetness that is more than you expected. There is no sense of gas, and in the second half, the spicy and astringent taste slowly fades away.

It's not too dry for being prepared for dryness, and it was surprisingly drinkable 😅.
I can't drink it in a gulp, but I can drink it while savoring it slowly as a food sake 🤗.
I thought it was such a versatile food sake because the water is so clean that it enhances the food and makes it taste even better 👍.
Shichiken is beautiful after all 🥰.
It's a very good quality sake with a good price tag.
I still think I'll buy the new sake Ichiban Shibori as well. ☺️

Honjozo is the result of saving money due to long trips to Yamanashi, Nagano, and Shizuoka.
However, it is sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent with a well-balanced sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent taste.
Drink it with horse-meat carpaccio from the same region and you will appreciate its deliciousness.
Sake, after all, goes best with local food.
Citiken Shoshu
When I opened it and drank it, it had a lemon and melon feel to it, and when I drank it, it was definitely orange and a little spicy.
Mukaihide is a limited edition of the brewery. It is named after the seven wise men.
It dates back to a pair of ranma (columns) of "Seven Wise Men of the Bamboo Grove" presented by Surugamori Naito of the Takato clan at the time of the founding of the brewery.
These ranma still remain in the main house of the Kitahara family, which was designated as "Gyozaisho" when the Meiji Emperor stayed there, and are the cultural asset from which the sake's name "Shichiken" was derived.
