Purchased on a business trip and paired with yakitori.
The first impact was a gorgeous ginjo class sake, and the throat was refreshingly sharp. It has a robust feeling that does not lose out to the yakitori sauce.
To be honest, the taste is beyond its class. As one would expect from a brewed with Hakushu's famous water.
The price of 1320 yen including tax for a four-pack was too good to be true. (And I bought it at a convenience store!)
I have been looking for a repeat of this bottle in my hometown, but I haven't found it yet,
That's how impressive it was.
Shichiken is a famous brewery in Kai.
Silky snow time, brewed with famous Hakushu water, has a wonderful balance of crisp fruitiness and light acidity....
Serve with dried tofu, dried horse mackerel, wakasagi tsukudani, and garland chrysanthemum salad.
The ginjo aroma spreads even when it is well chilled.

Easy to drink
I want to buy again next year
The freshest, newest, newest sake made from new rice.
The first junmai ginjo of the year, this new sake is made from freshly brewed junmai ginjo. It is a bottle filled with a youthful freshness. It has a round and smooth throat and a refreshing aroma of green apple, pear, and strawberry. It is a sake that goes well with any meal. Please enjoy it well chilled and in a glass where its aroma stands out.
A cool, green apple-like aroma.
Smooth textured but fresh taste.
New sake! It has a new sake-like feel.
The alcohol content is a bit hard,
The sharpness is crisp and easy to drink.
Good cost performance.
This one might go well with meat (with tuna on top of rice).
Taste degree ☆ 3.5/5
It has been a long time since I have been on the road, but I have been drinking well!
But I've been taking a lot of pictures, so my memory is pretty short, so I'll just leave this as a reminder: ‼️
Now, let's start with the aroma!
I don't remember 、、、、、
Then a sip!
、、、、、 I remember it tasted a bit bitter and I didn't like it that much.
Sweetness swells and bitterness by the time it passes the throat on the tongue when swallowed
Delicious 😋

Shichiken is a famous sake from Yamanashi Prefecture.
Shichiken's Shichikenjin series is a limited edition sake from the brewery.
Shichiken has a gorgeous image, but it has a slightly dry taste with a refreshing aftertaste.
