This is the first Shichiken hiyaoroshi I've had in 4 years!
The great thing about this sake is of course the taste, but what can I say, it's a great friend to those on a budget 🤩.
It's a strong ally of the pocketbook husband 😊.
The smell after opening the bottle is fruity and fresh, just like last time.
The taste is also the same! It is a little dry, but very easy to drink and has a smooth and smooth taste without any corners.
You can feel the deliciousness of the rice more when the temperature is closer to room temperature👍.

First time in half a year at Tokyo Racecourse with my horse racing drinking friend (husband of my wife's best friend) 🐎.
This racetrack is always huge! This racetrack is always huge! It's nothing compared to the Kokura Racecourse we went to in the summer! Cheers to the first race!
Tickets were a hit 💴.
The main prize was also a jackpot, and the sound of the refund machine counting the bills made me happy many times over 🥰.

Sake rice Fubin Bizan is used. If they say it is brewed with Hakushu's famous water, I'm curious.
The smell seems to be of rice sweetness.
When you drink it, the umami calls out to you from far away, and then the dryness spreads in the background. An interesting sake.
