I went to a liquor store for another sake, but it happened to catch my eye and I bought it on impulse.
Even though it was called "active," I opened the bottle without any difficulty. And the supernatant has a fizzy feeling on the tip of the tongue, and when you roll it around, it entertains you with its fizziness on the tongue. The sweetness is slight. There is a slight bitterness.
Now, let's try mixing in the ori.
This kind of sake tastes better when mixed.
The sweetness is added and the flavor is thicker. Still, the sweetness is kept low, so it is crisp and refreshing, which is good for the coming season.

I read your review and found that it was fruity, but this is probably because it is a honjozo, and the heavy rice flavor comes first.
