We ate delicious yakitori, drank good sake, got nice and drunk and felt good! ♡♡♡

昨年の蔵出しを1年保存していました。口当たりの柔らかさは今年と同じですが、その後の甘さとふくよかさが昨年の方が強く感じられます。今年の蔵出しに比べて、全体的に柔らかい印象です。

Soft mouthfeel. The smooth texture of the first half is followed by a gradually tingling and stimulating second half. The lingering aftertaste, which fades away while feeling crisp and tight, is enjoyable in a way that is unmistakably Honjozo.

Fluffy ginjo aroma right away. It's not a ginjo? It's so gorgeous. It is dry and has a delicious umami flavor.
The slightly bitter aftertaste amplifies the clean feeling.

Today is the seventh wise day of the year.
It was a cold rainy day, but a spring sake.
It is gorgeous, mellow on the palate, and dry and sharp.
The official description says, "A fresh aroma of green apples intertwined with a fine oriel." It is indeed. Indeed.
Polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 15%.
Sake rice is Hitogokochi
I can't wait for spring!
This is totally unrelated, but 7-Eleven's salmon toba is really good. I love it.

My wife and I opened a bottle of Nanaken sparkling sake that we had previously purchased 🍶 just in time for White Day.
The first sip was fruity and acidic, but as the sipping progressed, the sedimented lees mixed in and added sweetness.
It was like enjoying two different tastes in one bottle👍.
