It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, and I personally found the umami to be distinctive and rich, like a lactic acid bacteria drink. ☺️
Although it has the above-mentioned umami, it is polished down to 27%, so it has a clean finish and is not tiring to drink at all!
