I bought it four years in a row. It's a cheap and tasty one.
My first hiyaoroshi has been Nanaken.
I drank it in August when it used to be in September. I think it is getting earlier every year, just like the rice harvest.
Now the taste. This year, it has a little more sweetness and umami, and after the acidity, it has a nice dryness to it that gives it a nice kick. As usual, it is a little vigorous and not completely square, but I personally like that taste.
Thank you for the food again this year 😄.
This is delicious, with a not-too-persistent sweetness, a good residual aroma, and just a hint of gorgeousness. This is my favorite of the Seven Sages so far.
At a nearby bar.
It was sold by the bottle, so I had it.
The bubbles were amazing, and it was just like champagne.
But it tasted like rice and was refreshing.
Perfect for this hot weather!
I drank a bottle in one gulp!
Seven Sages
Spicier than expected! Not quite as refreshing, a bit juicy? But not fruity!
When I go back, it's like, oh, maybe there's sweetness too!
Sweetness that doesn't go all the way to oaky, fruity...I don't know what to call it, it's not as sour as juicy!
It has a fruity flavor like apricots,
The taste of rice is a little bit sweet and mild.
It has a harmonious and mellow flavor.
A stable hiyaoroshi.
It is good with fatty and polarizing Akinatai fish.
Degree of liking ☆4/5
In-flight Meal Series‼️
This time it's been a very long time since I've been on an international flight: ✈︎
It's a sparkling sake.
It's a little sweet.
It's delicious, though,
I guess it's like a dessert sake 🍶.
Not really a food sake 🤔.
This time we buried Yamanashi‼️
The only one left is Okinawa, but I hope they bring it back someday... 🥲.
