It is delicious with a sour taste! It is best drunk crisp and chilled. It has a nigori (nigori is the Japanese word for "cloudy") and nama-zake-like schwarziness, and the label is refreshing and enjoyable, perfect for summer.
I chose Shichiken for dinner. (For some reason, this one was also lying dormant in the refrigerator.)
I served it with Sukiyaki-style stew as a side dish.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma and is a little dry and refreshing, making it perfect for a mid-meal drink.
It was delicious.
I was curious about this sake because Wakata-san was drinking it.
I had given up on the idea that I wouldn't be able to buy it, but Yodobashi was selling it😅.
The aroma is fruity. The gas is not so strong as to be called active. It has lactic acidity and greefiness. It is indeed creamy as rumored. It has no pungency or sake-like taste, so it is a very easy-drinking nigori sake.
This is dangerous 😁I can't stop drinking more and more.
It is characterized by the smoothness and silky taste characteristic of nigori sake, and at the same time, its soft acidity and stimulating gas feeling are very pleasant to the throat 😄.
In the midst of high prices, it is also very cosy, costing less than 1,500 yen for a 4-goupe bottle type, so it is easy on the wallet. ☺️
Honjozo 🍶 Nama Sake ✨ Ruan Zheng
Wine Tourism Yamanashi 2024 Spring, the eve of the Peach Village Fuefuki🍑 Festival 😆 6th glass.
Is it really a pure brew? It's so beautiful ✨ Acidity and umami. Dry. Citrus 🍊 Mellowed by sweet yakitori. Maybe my favorite of the day 😅 Delicious. Versatile in many ways! It's certainly a complex variety of flavors. Cheap and tasty. I think the spiciness stands out a bit. The rolls at the end are great 👍!
