Today we went to a Chinese-style pub for the first time.
The menu offered all-you-can-drink sake, so I ordered a bottle of Hakuin Masamune from Shizuoka Prefecture, which I had not tried since I started drinking sake.
The menu didn't mention the characteristics of the sake, so I was afraid to try it and found that it had a dry, refreshing taste that went well with the food. ❤️
Hello Rurun 😃!
Chinese izakaya🍶 with a good selection of sake🏮 is good 🤗 and I think drinking outside of Shizuoka ㊗️ makes dry sake taste even better ‼️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
I was surprised to see a wide variety of sake despite being Chinese 😁.
Yes, I know that dry sake tastes better when you are out drinking ❗️
I think especially so when it gets colder from now on😊.
First series to be served at home.
It is dry and good for eating! And this sake amplified the umami after 2-3 days.
Is it my imagination or is there a slight hint of seashore in this Shizuoka sake?

At the moment of drinking, you feel nothing... but then the full rice sweetness spreads. It has the very The Sake feeling of sake.
It's delightful, it's delicious. There is no aftertaste, and the sake seems to disappear without a trace.
