It's my first time to drink Hakuin Masamune. It's a sake I've never had the chance to drink before. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and sour sake lately, so I thought I'd try some dry sake. Danrei Dry. It has a moderate aroma and is dry enough to drink with a meal.

Hakuin Masamune Fuji Day Morning Press I bought it. Fuji Day Morning Shibori ✌️ I went to Yokozeki yesterday. I got back late 😁. First, the supernatant. Apple-like sweetness to moderate sourness. The color of the orikarami turns slightly darker when it is mixed. Apple-like sweetness is still there. The sourness becomes a little stronger and there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Serve it with a cured ham I bought at Cardi's. It is fresh and sweet with a good acidity. It is a good drink to match with meals. Fuji on the 23rd, which I took before. This time, it was timely! In front of Yokozeki's store and Fuji Hongu Sengen Taisha over ⛩️😊.
