We had a drink at a long-established soba (buckwheat noodle) izakaya (Japanese style bar) in Fuji.
It was my first time to drink at Hakuin.
It is easy to drink and has an old-fashioned taste that does not go out of style. It is dry but gentle to drink.
This year has been busy but steady. I was hospitalized and was able to put my worries behind me. There were some upsetting things at the end of the year, but let's put those things behind us and refresh our spirits in the new year 😁.

As you can see from the impression on the label, it has a full mouthfeel with a taste of rice.
There is no sweetness, and the impression is of a well-honed flavor.
I would never have been able to choose such a sake on my own, so I am grateful that I was able to encounter it.
