I bought it because I was curious about the summery label and "Masamune" jumped out at me after "Yamasan Masamune".
The aroma after opening the bottle is almost imperceptible, but you can sense the freshness.
It's so light and refreshing! It is very light! At first, it is so refreshing that you may think it's a Kozen Josui 🤔, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the umami of the rice and spiciness come out.
Almost no sweetness, almost no acidity.
So I can drink it smoothly....
Something is missing...
Absolutely not enough...
Not enough for acidity lovers...
It's a good sake for a refreshing drink 😅
It's a sake that goes well with summer as per the concept 🎐.
The lingering taste is surprisingly dry, which makes it even more refreshing.
It tastes even better if you drink it chilled 😘.
Delicious!

The last G1 race of the first half of the year, Takarazuka Kinen, was held in Tokyo.
I lost my ticket, but the cause of my loss was clear, so I hope to make the most of it next time 😊.
This week I was able to win the key races (Hanshin 4R on Sunday and Tokyo 6), so I won big 🤩.
Next week, I'll have to do some serious air conditioning cleaning instead of racing 🎐.
Hi Kozou 😃Summer sake is a nice and refreshing label! Your review of the taste was a bit surprising 😆 No sweetness, no sourness... 😅That's water 💦I wonder if they aimed for ultimate lightness 💦Cleaning the air conditioner, me too 😭.
Takashima Sake Brewery in Shizuoka, Japan.
100% Yamadanishiki from Naka Izu.
It is clean, dry, and dry.
It has a strong rice character and full-bodied flavor.
Hakuin Masamune! It's a sake from Numazu 🍶.
At first I thought it might smell like sake (in a good way), but it has a clean and refreshing kick that keeps going and going 😁 Happy hour with seared cod roe.
Hakuin Masamune Camp Label
Found an eye-catching label at the store.
Hakuin Masamune Camp Label from Shizuoka Prefecture✨.
Perfect for your first sake drinking year ✌️
Slightly sweet aroma.
When I drank it, I found that
Mild mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness?
A little bit of sweetness? Then the moment you think it's sweet
The dry taste is in full swing✨.
This is a Shizuoka sake that is suitable as a food sake, but
dry, so I served it with sashimi with meat and potatoes.

Those who are used to it set up a tent,

From now on,
I would like to spend a good time with Fuku.
I like day trip camping 🤔.
When I was shopping on the 31st
There are 5 kinds of Shizuoka sake I want.
If I can buy those.
I'd like to introduce those 5 bottles next month😊.
Good evening, Manta-san!
Sounds like a wonderful time for a day trip camping with Fuku-san 🐶.
And there are so many eye-catching labels for sake these days 😁✨.
I'm looking forward to your introduction of the 5 Shizuoka varieties 😊.
Hi Manta 🐦.
I love the label! It's such a cute label 😆 It's dry and would go well with BBQ 😁.
I'm sure you and Fuku-kun can easily enjoy a day trip camping 🎶.
ma-ki- san good evening ^_^
I want to go camping with Fuku. ☺️
I was able to bring home 5 kinds of Shizuoka sake from today's shopping trip, so I will start introducing them tomorrow: ✌️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby ^_^!
I bought 5 bottles of Shizuoka that I've never had before, and I made sure to buy them: ✌️
I will enjoy these 5 bottles + α in June 😊.
I thought it was completely cold, but it is a delicious dry sake.
I think I like tin or Fuji better than ceramic because it has a father sake feel as the temperature rises.
