The drink has a delicious mouthfeel, with a high alcohol content of 17% and an alcohol-derived aftertaste. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing. The sake is delicious on its own, but it is best drunk with food or with a side dish.
Sake with a simple label and a typical Niigata name.
This is at room temperature.
It has a sweet banana aroma. It has a sweetness reminiscent of syrup, but it is not so strong, and the acidity is mild. The impression is that it is dry, with the umami and the alcohol being the main ingredients.
It is best paired with autumnal flavors.
The juiciness seems to increase when it is cooled. It changes quite a bit.

The cap was plain silver, so it was not photographed.
Refreshing aroma and fruity acidity.
I had had it at a restaurant but honestly couldn't remember what it tasted like, and this time I was able to sample it at the liquor store but I was driving and couldn't drink it... I brought it home and was satisfied with the taste 😆.
I've been drinking more sake now that the temperature has calmed down a lot 😅.

Pleasant, light ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it is a refreshing sake with a mild flavor, soft acidity and bitterness, and a slight stimulation on the tongue.
Evening coolness...for snacks, eggplant nanbanzuke (pickled eggplant) that has soaked up the flavor and cooled down perfectly 😋🥰.
