Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting⑰.
Sake brought by a regular (I think)
I had been avoiding Garyubai because I didn't like it when I drank it for the first time😅.
This one was a little sweet and had a moderate umami flavor.
This was a taste I could drink with peace of mind 😋.

This wine has a strong acidity and is quite unique. It is a modern, mellow, wine-like type.
The day was windy and the weather was unstable, but during a break in the weather, the Tateyama mountain range was glimpsed over the cherry blossoms.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi!
The Tateyama Federation glimpsed beyond the cherry blossoms 🌸🗻 is beautiful!
I see you are enjoying the salmon festival 🎵.
I haven't had a strong sour sake in a long time, so I'm curious about it 😋.
Hello ma-ki-😃
We were supposed to go cherry blossom viewing after this but it rained and we had to go home immediately: ☔️
If this sake were served blind in a wine glass, it might not even seem like sake 🥂.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it gives a gorgeous impression. However, it is followed by a crisp aftertaste. I had it at a sushi restaurant, and it did not interfere with the delicate flavors of the seafood, yet it was still very assertive. I felt that it was a sake that was very well behaved.
