I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

It is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶. The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness. It is less sweet than the Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo in a cup that I bought at Shin-Aomori station last year. It was delicious. ✨️

Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 From Ueda, take the Ueda Dentetsu Bessho Line🚃 to Bessho Onsen (Bessho Hot Springs) ♨️ Lunch at the diner that was reflected in the setting of the 18th film Otoko wa Tsuraiyo. The aroma of the food was very strong. But it is sweet and gentle, not harsh. It has just the right amount of maturity. Goes well with Nozawana. It softens the salty taste of Nozawana. I managed to get over the train when I was with Yuka-chan, but I did it on the way home from drinking with the second daughter (I am the eldest) of the Otsubonez (three bureau sisters) in my department. I lost my memory at the next station where we sat down, saying "I might fall asleep if I get to sit down. Why didn't I wake up 5 minutes before? The train in the opposite direction was the last of the day and I had to wait 20 minutes. I managed to only sleep on the platform. Then I had a blast sleeping in the cab as well... Now, to get back on track, here is the evening drink of the day. The aroma was sweet, but when I drank it, the sweetness was not as strong as the aroma, and there was a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and finally bitterness. It went very well with a little bit of shibi-shibi (bean-curd soup with red pepper paste).

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

This Sake paired well with the home made bacon we had with dinner. The flavor profile is bright with the flavor of banana and has a dry, clean finish. The dryness is mild and not overly strong.

★3.0 Weak aroma, herbaceous, cemedine, muscat. The mouthfeel is also quite dry. Quite dry for a Fukushima sake. Would go well with fatty sashimi.

Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Is it my imagination? I have no complaints, and I still like the same type, but I wonder if my taste buds have changed? When I evaluate it calmly, I can taste the flavor and the sharpness is good. It is not fruity, but it is slightly sweet and well-balanced. It is a good sake!

It was too good to drink, but I opened the bottle because I thought it was better to drink it before it got twitchy. We drank it cold. The first aroma is mild, citrusy, and alkali aroma. The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge. The taste starts with a slightly sharp acidity, and the nose is filled with a fluffy, mature aroma and a gradually swelling umami flavor. A slightly bitter taste lingers on the tongue and is slightly spicy. Maybe not my favorite... I think it is suitable for warming, so I tried heating it up. First trip to Nobee Yokocho this season! When heated, the acidity mellows out, the sweetness spreads as if the entire tongue is coated, the umami is more easily felt, and the acidity is calmed down. It is best when heated from about 50℃ and cooled down to lukewarm or lukewarm. I tried it when pyonpyon told me that heating it up softens the edginess, and it was perfect 😉. Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It was a brand that had just been opened, so I liked the way the flavor was firmly on the tongue. The sweetness was not too strong and flowed down the throat easily. This is the first hit I've had in a long time. I wanted to drink it slowly, but I had to keep up with the pace of my grandchildren. I was getting too hungry to let them play with their toys, so I quickly settled my bill. It was different from a drinking party among adults, but I was glad that we could enjoy eating and drinking together. (^^)/
