The number of check-ins is
I decided to drink a local Shizuoka sake,
This time it was Isojiman.
This was my first time to drink this freshly squeezed Honjozo sake😊.
This time I was allowed to buy it in a bottle.
This time I bought it in a bottle for 2,750 yen ✨.
Speaking of Isojiman
Isojiman is brewed with Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture.
Isohajime is a sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki produced in Tojo, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture,
This one is made from 100% new Kiyo-Nishiki rice.
The first sip,
freshness of the freshly pressed sake
Fresh in the mouth
and then it goes in like water.
Is it like this?
After a little time
you can taste sweetness and acidity.
It is a Shizuoka sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
Just a little bit of sweetness?
Red grouper given to us by my wife's family.
Sashimi and simmered.
Half of the fish was cut into 3 pieces and kombujime (kelp-finish).
We had it with salmon. ✌️
