Purchased in Nerima Ward, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content @ 15 degrees Sake degree@+7.1 Acidity @ 1.8 Rice used @ undisclosed Polishing ratio@70 Personal Recommendation@2.0/5.0 I achieved my goal today, the second round of the national domination: ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ I went to an antenna store in Ginza, but they didn't have a Yongo bottle, so I went to a liquor store I haven't seen in a while and bought a 1.5 liter bottle, thus achieving my goal 😍. This time I achieved it straight away, so please enjoy the beautifully colored map of Japan for a few days 😎. I was so obsessed with reaching the goal straight that I had to hold back by drinking shochu for the past few days 😂. Now, since there is only one sake brewery in Okinawa Prefecture, I've already introduced you to a lot of Reimei's Honjozo: ❣️ Yes, it's a regular sake with no value except for the added value of being an Okinawan sake. I've never had it myself, but I wonder which one tastes better than Hakutsuru Maru, the best selling sake 🥵. I drank it cold and the peculiar smell was not good, so I heated it up and it became a little easier to drink. I will drink it with soda water or as a cooking sake 🤫.

Personal recommendation@4.8/5.0 I opened a bottle of this one that I had purchased at the end of the year because I wanted to take a picture with a snowy landscape in the background if possible 😊. My daughter is now looking for a part-time job near Shinjuku station where she can work at night, and I'm suggesting a sake izakaya👍. I tried to get her to like sake and gave her some relatively easy to drink sake, but she wasn't too happy about it 😂. I stopped by Mashidaya Sake Shop after buying clothes for my daughter at the end of the year and she was indifferent, but the only thing she was interested in was Hououomita's fruit wine series😍. Yes, I bought some ❗️. Actually, it was the first time for me to drink it and I was looking forward to it 🤫 Don't tell anyone 🤫. I was looking forward to drinking it for the first time 狼️ I was looking forward to drinking it with everyone else on the rocks. Is it really alcohol? Yes, it's a liqueur with the same alcohol content as beer 😘. This is too delicious❣️ Last night, a guy who shouldn't have been drinking had a little bit of it behind my back 🥵. Next time I buy a bottle and drink something that doesn't suit my palate, I'll keep this on hand as a palate cleanser 🤭.

Purchased in Nerima-ku, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content@16 Sake Degree @ Undisclosed Acidity @ Undisclosed Rice used@Rakufu Mai Rice polishing ratio 55 Personal Recommendation@3.0/5.0 The second round of the national conquest with 3 prefectures remaining 😘. Apart from that, this winter I want to take a picture of the sake with snowman label ⛄️ against the background of the night scene with deep snow falling ❗️. So I looked for a snowman in Izumibashi, Kanagawa, but the label has changed somehow 😅. Well, I thought it was ok and bought it in November, but there was no sign of snow in Tokyo. I could hold out until the end of February, but I've been making good progress so far, and I wanted to finish it straight if possible, so I cried and opened the bottle 😂. It's my fault for buying it without checking the contents carefully and leaving it in the fridge for 2 months, but it's not niggly 🥹. I thought it was nigori because everyone thinks of Senkou when they think of snowman 😊. Now, sake rice Raku-fu-mai is very rare. The brewery's website says that it tends to produce sake with a crisp acidic flavor, and it certainly is a crisp sake 🍶. However, I can hardly taste any acidity 😍. Also no sweetness. It wasn't quite right for me 😂.

But there remains the most difficult one, Okinawa Prefecture 🤣. So I went to the Washita store in Ginza, where I bought some last time, but they don't have any sake at all 🥲, probably because they are about to relocate on February 1. Things have been going so well so far 😂. I went to imadeya at ginza six to make sure I get only Kagoshima and go home 😘. I always wonder if a liquor store can make a profit paying the ridiculously high rent in Ginza❓ I should probably show some chanqi by buying a few bottles, but my fridge was already full with 10 bottles 🙅. My Han-ki is cowered by my roommate's blackmail 🤐. Now, this sake is already a fruit wine in the name of sake 😊. The aroma is gorgeous and the mouthfeel is gorgeous. It also has a sweeter taste than the Junmai Ginjo I had last time. This is a sake that I hope sake beginners will enjoy drinking👍

Purchased in Nerima Ward, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content@15 to 16 degrees Sake degree@+2.5 Acidity @ 1.8 Rice used@Omachi Polishing ratio @ 65 Personal Recommendation @ 3.8/5.0 I was looking for a sake from Ehime that I've never had except Ishizuchi, and I found it at a liquor store that I visit if I stop by nearby that carries a lot of non-selling sake these days❣️. Yamakawaryu😘 from Ume Nishiki Yamakawa Co. It is a sake brewery located in Kanada-cho, Shikokuchuo City, Ehime Prefecture 🤲. I'm not sure if this is the right place for me 🤣. The liquor store had junmai sake and junmai ginjo, both at reasonable prices, but I thought it would be a classic sake, so I chose this junmai sake that can be heated up 😎. The sake brewery's website says it was designed to be the ultimate food sake. The subtle aroma of plum blossoms will make your food taste even better! It says 🤭. Oh no 😂. I don't detect any plum blossom aroma at all😂. Even though it's a new sake made in December 2022🤣. I don't know if it's my stupid nose, but the aroma is classic eye sake aroma. And it's fruity if you drink it cold 🥰. The fact that I wasn't expecting it makes the score sweeter ☺️. Tomorrow I will try it hot and warmed ☺️.

And after watching the return leg of the Hakone Ekiden on the 3rd, the New Year vacation is already over 🤣. I can't control the onset of the disease of not wanting to go to work, so I run away to drink 🙅. I had a fight with my son who is not doing well. I don't know what he's talking about when he rebels against his parents' attention and won't listen to them, but he wants me to pay for his cram school 🥵. Well, there are only a few more holes left to fill in the second round, and this time it's Miyagi 🤭. I remember drinking a Haginotsuru with a cat label 🐈⬛ that was delicious, but this time it's a freshly squeezed raw sake❣️. The freshness and the sweetness of the rice 🎶. I knew that sake from long-established breweries is of a high level. The bitterness I felt on the first day faded after a few days 😘. I will open one bottle at a time because of my refrigerator, but I really want to drink it slowly over a week or so 😎.

We look forward to serving you again in the New Year. Well, I am back home from my parents-in-law's house. Jay & Nobby introduced me to various liquor stores in Tochigi, and I took my daughter to buy some clothes for her as a New Year's gift, but well, choosing clothes for a woman is a long, long process 😂. In the end, we only stopped at Mashidaya Sake Shop in Mibu, which we had been to before 🤣. Now, here is the Kouei Chrysanthemum Snoclette that I brought to my parents-in-law's house. I know it's a little late for me to write a review on this one 😅. I told my brother-in-law, who is a sake lover but always drinks Takeyuki heated up, that this is the latest trend in sake, and when I gave it to him, he said it was so smooth that he couldn't help but drink too much 😜. It has a mild grapefruitiness with a citrusy acidity that spreads out and is truly Champagne with a Japanese taste 🍾. I'm not a big fan of too acidic sake, so this was the first time for me to avoid Honored Chrysanthemum, but I can drink this one ❣️. Yes, I'll buy it again❗️

I looked around for new sake from Hiokizakura🌸 in Tottori, but I couldn't find it at my favorite liquor store because it's not very popular in Tokyo and I could only find one that was produced last year or at best in the spring of this year 😂. I happened to be looking at the small bottles section and saw a sake that looked easy to drink ❗️. I thought this would be good for a quick drink, so I bought it ❗️. I think that I prefer this kind of sparkling sake with sweetness like Suzune or Mio because I have a child's tongue. I think sweet is sweet, but if it is for beginners, it should be a little more sweet, and if it is for drinkers, it should be more dry, but from the naming, I guess it is for beginners. But for this price, I think it's satisfying enough❣️😎.

Yamada Sake Shop is located in the basement of the newly renovated Ikebukuro Seibu 😍. Well, for the past 3 months or so, I've been buying only at stores that are running paypay municipality campaigns around Tokyo😅. Well, Sake Sho Yamada, as Harry introduced me before, doesn't have premium sake, but they have a lot of sake I want 🥰. Too bad Ikebukuro is not on my way to work imho, but I might go there a little 😃. Well, today's sake is your first one, Hiroshima's Amego no Tsuki❣️. I've been wanting to try this brewery too 🙃. The label is designed in silver on a black base, a bit special 🤏. Hmmm 🧐. The aroma is mild, I guess. The mouthfeel is gentle and even I, a gekochi person, can drink it easily. So I don't feel strong individuality from this sake, but it steadily meets the level required for Junmai Daiginjo ☺️. If I have a chance, I'd like to try another sake 😎😎.

As mamiko taught me last week, it was on the bottom shelf of the fridge 😜. I've been to Shinjuku Miyazaki several times, but the sake was at room temperature, and I thought there was only beer in the fridge 👍. This one is priced at 900 yen for 360 ml. It is said to be inspired by the Japanese version of Champagne, but, well, let's just say that the virtual enemy is tin sound 😎. The last junmai sake I bought at Miyazaki Kan had a bad smell, probably due to poor storage conditions, but this one was stored in a refrigerator, so there was no such problem and it was easy to drink. When I realized I was a gekochi person, I finished a bottle😅. The taste is sweeter than Suzune, but still a little more subdued than Suzune, so it's up to you to decide what you like best 🥰. I didn't know there was a monument to the birthplace of sake in Miyazaki 😇

The only sake in Tokyo that comes from Osaka is this Akishika. I guess Katano Sakura is next 😘. Akirika is a high-class sake in my opinion. It is a bit expensive even at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). This Junmai sake is in the 1800 yen range including tax 😂. It is a very dry sake with 18% alcohol by volume and +12.0 sake alcohol by volume. I would never buy it myself unless I wanted to make up for it, but it's surprisingly easy to drink👍 The aroma is mild and almost imperceptible 🤪. And when you pour the raw sake down your throat, it's a strong dry sake. I drank it cold and then warmed it up, but I think lukewarm is about right❣️.

It is brewed with Prugol white wine yeast and has a characteristic citrus acidity. It is not an exaggeration to say that we have already made a white wine with rice! It is no exaggeration to say 😎. If you drink it in a wine🍷bar without being able to show the label with your stupid tongue, you will never know it's SAKE 😂. The specs seem a bit high for Japanese, but the taste is enjoyable enough👍 Now I have to decide whether to choose a white wine or this SAKE 😜.

This liquor store has a system where you can choose a brand and have it brought to you, as the showcase opening and closing of the refrigerator is located in a place where only the staff can enter. I bought it knowing only that it was a sake from Tokushima and it was Junmai Daiginjo 😁. Shikiku Sake Brewery is located in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture. Wow. There is a sake brewery in the town where my late father was born and raised 🎶. The last time I went there was when I was in elementary school, so I wasn't interested in sake at all, but now I would have taken a tour of the brewery 😜. Well, it is planned to be one of the top class sake in this brewery and the price is almost 5,000 yen for a bottle 😎. The aroma is a bit bananas🍌! The aroma is a little banana 🍌 and the taste is easy to drink with a soft sweetness as described, despite the sake degree of +1.0. And it's refreshing and crisp ❗️. It has a sharpness to say the least, but I don't feel like I'm drinking sake 🥹. Considering the price, I don't think I'll repeat 🤣.

I've been looking for a sake store in Shinagawa Ward for a while now, but since I've been able to digest the second week so far, I chose a sake that I can't buy at my favorite liquor shop❣️. Well, this seems to be a year-round sake, but I can feel some gasiness when I take a sip 🤗. I think the aroma is pineapple🍍. Sorry for my stupid tongue. It has a surprisingly juicy flavor 😘. I felt some bitterness on the first day, but after a little bit of time in the sun, it blends in and is delicious. I drank it warm, but I prefer it cold myself 😎.

A tough week for my old body is finally over 🤪. Today, I'd like to introduce Shichiken from Yamanashi ❗️. Shichiken is an easy-to-buy brand of sake that can be found in supermarkets and convenience stores in Tokyo for less than 1000 yen along with drunken whale 🤗. Well, it's a Honjozo. I'd like to try to buy it once to see what it tastes like, but it's not easy. And this time, the first tank kera of Junmai Ginjo-shu was carefully squeezed to make the "ichiban shibori" (first pressing), which is the first sake brewed 😎. Recommended to be served cold, so chill it in the fridge and enjoy it in a glass of wine 😃. First of all, the aroma is apple-like 😘. I can't detect any alcohol smell. As usual, you drink it with a sip of water. It is a well-balanced sake. It has a good mouthfeel and is crisp but has a strong sake character 🍶. Easy to drink. Lightly sweet but with a slight bitterness. No harshness or astringency, so very easy to drink❣️. Shichiken is still on a high level ❤️.

I was looking for some other sake, thinking that this is where they have the Kame no Umi I was looking for. I found a brand name that caught my attention 😝. Just recently, I think I saw a brand with these characters in Mr. Manachy's profile page 🍶. I couldn't help but check it on my phone right then and there 😘 I'm sure of it. I was confused with Junmai Ginjo, but the store owner said that if you want to warm it up, Tokujun is more recommended, so I chose this one❣️. I heard that this brand is called "Iono". The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is mild, and the sweetness is moderate. I feel a little bit of alcohol 😜. It is not a modern sake. I think Tatomo from the same brewery is easier to drink 🤣.

I wanted to compare once ❗️ I've seen the Kaygetsu CEL24 fire-brewed in supermarkets in Tokyo, but this time it's a draft ❣️. Probably only available this time of year😎. Now the aroma is pineapple🍍. I guess it is the yeast that determines the taste of sake! And sweet is definitely sweet, but not as sweet as Kameizumi. A little more mild sweetness🤗. Today, I opened a bottle of Shimane's Gassan👍. This is my first time drinking this brand, but I had to buy a bottle 🥰. It's a year-round product, but it won the highest gold medal at the Wine 🍷 Glass of Delicious Sake Awards❣️. And they say it is popular among women for its gentle mouthfeel, pleasant aroma, and refreshing aftertaste reminiscent of Izumo, the place of marriage 😎. This is highly anticipated 🤗. The aroma is mild. No particular fruit aroma can be detected. The brewer's chart on the back of the label says that it is sweet, but it is not that sweet and not too sweet. I'm not sure about the gentle mouthfeel that reminds me of Izumo. I guess this means that if you visit Izumo-taisha shrine, you will feel gentle 😍. This also has a nice sharpness to it with no lingering aftertaste 🤗. It was cold today so I even warmed it up a bit, but it is still a delicious drink in a wine🍷 glass. It's a delicious drink up to room temperature. It's definitely one to repeat 😘.

The Heiwa Doburoku the other day was a disappointment, so I decided that since it was new sake, I wanted to drink a good nigori sake ❣️. The aroma is all rice 😝. I drank it and it's a very elegant makgeolli 😜. It's sweet and easy to drink but the alcohol content is high at 17 degrees. Be careful not to get drunk 😎. I'm trying to finish a four-pack in five days, but I ended up finishing it in two and a half days (tears). It's delicious, but nigori sake doesn't look any different 😗.
