After reading Hiro's review yesterday, I couldn't stay away and went to Tsukiji after work 😁. But the problem is that Hiro-san drank Reimei on June 28th, more than 2 weeks ago, so I wondered if it was still available? Now I think I should have called and checked before I went, but my feet moved before my head 😅. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw the word Reimei on the menu 😍I ordered it from the gentlemanly master, who told me it was the last one and it might not be 60ml, but I said that was fine and I had it ✨. The aroma was mild but hard to describe 😓The mouthfeel was clean, the umami was surprisingly refreshing, and the acidity was cutting through, making it a slightly dry sake. The bitterness didn't bother me that much 🤔. Thanks to your review, I have conquered all 47 prefectures 🎉Thank you 😊.

Heavy bitterness and cooing classic taste 🍶. It's a taste that makes me feel the tropics all by itself 🏝️ After taking over the business, Reimei will be the new brewery version, which means you can't drink this Reimei anymore... 🥲. I didn't expect to find it at my local supermarket, so I bought it immediately without hesitation. I couldn't believe my eyes for a moment, but it was definitely the first Reimei I had ever seen. The spiciness and alcohol taste of the honjozo sake may be different for different tastes, but I like it. I imagine it might be like sake from the olden days (although I have never had sake from that era). I imagine it is like an old-fashioned sake (although I have never had it in that era), but sometimes drinking Honjozo has the same taste as eating butter cream cake.

Reimei Junmai Sake I happened to get this product on my last trip to Okinawa. Now it's time to open the package❗️ The smell is ummmm........ It's nice. The color is, uh, dark. This is... Taste is doughy, heavy, thick and harsh ‼️ It's a very peculiar sake😅 Reimei said even Okinawans didn't know about it❗️ This one blows my memory. Type Sake (Junmai-shu) Ingredients (domestic rice), rice malt (domestic rice) Rice Polishing Ratio 70%. Alcohol: 16 to 17 degrees Celsius

Taiseki Shuzo, Okinawa Prefecture Reimei Junmai Sake Alcohol content 16 Rice polishing ratio 70%. Pale yellow in color with a sense of transparency. The first impression of the aroma is a little damp 稾 Paulownia chest of an old house, quite spicy First impression of the taste is strong, punchy. Fairly mild sweetness, slight acidity, and a hint of bitterness The aroma has a strong impact. Seems to limit what you eat. From the sake sommelier I work with "It goes well with heated and cooled mayo! I gave it a try. I tried it! The mayo masked the peculiar aroma and gave it a nice flavor! It's as good as I expected.
