Reimei Junmai Sake
I happened to get this product on my last trip to Okinawa.
It's a product ‼️
Someone came who wanted me to drink it, so I opened the package: ‼️
People who know how much this one means to them.
how rare and hard to find it is to find in Okinawa💦.
Now it's time to open the package❗️
The smell is ummmm........ It's nice.
The color is, uh, dark. This is...
Taste is doughy, heavy, thick and harsh ‼️
It's a very peculiar sake😅
Reimei said even Okinawans didn't know about it❗️
This one blows my memory.
Type Sake (Junmai-shu)
Ingredients (domestic rice), rice malt (domestic rice)
Rice Polishing Ratio 70%.

Hi kdo-😃
In the world of sakéwa, you are probably no stranger to some kind of Reimei-san ‼️ we also shared it at the prefectural meeting 🤗.
He already drank Miyazaki and Okinawa, two of the most difficult places, and it looks like he can conquer the whole country with at least Aogaku to spare 👍.
Taiseki Shuzo, Okinawa Prefecture
Reimei Junmai Sake
Alcohol content 16
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Pale yellow in color with a sense of transparency.
The first impression of the aroma is a little damp 稾
Paulownia chest of an old house, quite spicy
First impression of the taste is strong, punchy.
Fairly mild sweetness, slight acidity, and a hint of bitterness
The aroma has a strong impact.
Seems to limit what you eat.
From the sake sommelier I work with
"It goes well with heated and cooled mayo!
I gave it a try.
I tried it!
The mayo masked the peculiar aroma and gave it a nice flavor!
It's as good as I expected.
Thank you very much!
The only sake brewery in Okinawa that no longer exists. We were given a rare and hard-to-find sake.
Cold> Full-bodied, rustic, and ebullient, with a delicious flavor. Full-bodied.
Warmed> The bitterness is gone and it becomes easier to drink.
It is interesting that the contact number of the brewery is a cell phone 🤔.

The color is a strange reddish hue. The acidity is unexpectedly strong.
It has a classic flavor with a dry, umami taste. My father, who drank it with me
My father, who drank it with me, thought it was like Awamori. When heated
The umami spreads softly and tastes great when heated. Personally
I personally prefer to drink it warmed up or cooled down. I personally prefer to drink it cold.

Champuru, Tempura of Sea Skunk, Sea Grapes, etc.
I enjoyed it with pork belly kakuni, bitter melon stir-fry, tempura of sea ume, sea grapes, etc.
Good evening, abibuta 😃
I was more interested in the Okinawan food on the table than the Ryukyu Fair ‼️ Reimei at your home 👀.
I would love to visit you with some sake 🍶 for this 🤗.
>>Jay & Nobby.
Good evening 🌜.
The pork belly stew was worth preparing from the day before.
It was quite good ✨ If you come to Ehime, please bring your own sake to our house.
When you come to Ehime, by all means, please come to our house with alcohol.
I hope you can come to my house with your own sake when you come to Ehime.
Here is the last one.
It was such a surprise that it sobered me up!
I told the shopkeeper, "Now I have to complete the whole country with Reimei...".
He replied, "We have Reimei! He replied, "Yes, we do!
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
I was so surprised! I was so impressed!
It was a sake that had a very Japanese sake feel to it, but it was delicious!
It was a great feeling! Yay!
Hi Pekkaar 😃.
Congratulations on winning the national championship 🎉 after visiting 2 restaurants and a surprise at the last minute 😳.
Let's keep drinking and having fun 👋
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments!
We were very happy to hear about the dawn!
I guess where there's one, there's one!
I thought it was a phantom sake (^^;)
We are looking forward to the next Reimei made in Ishigaki Island!
Hi Pekkaar😄
You drank a lot 😆🍶🍶🍶...
And to end with a Reimei 😆🙌
Congratulations on winning the national championship ㊗️🎉!
Enjoy your sake life from now on 🤗
Thank you very much for your comment, Uchi~no-Super~Rippa-san!
I was quite surprised because I didn't expect it to be complete all of a sudden.
Next time, I would like to drink a lot of sake from my hometown Hyogo and my favorite Nara!
Thank you for your comment, Tsubu!
I was pretty high and drank too much....
I am glad to have found such a fun hobby!
Thanks to everyone at Sake-no-wa.
Japan's Southernmost - Okinawa's Only Sake
Rice & Rice Koji
Polishing ratio 70%.
Slightly habitual flavor, dry for 70%.
If you don't mind the smell, you might find it tasty
⭐️2.3/5
Sake from Okinawa's only sake brewery, purchased on a trip to Okinawa.
It was originally made at a sake brewery in Uruma City, but is no longer being made due to the fact that the brewery is being taken over by another brewery and moved to Ishigaki Island.
I was lucky enough to purchase the last bottle in the store.
It had almost no aroma, and the taste was light and full of alcohol. It didn't go well cold, so I might try heating it up once.
Preference ★☆☆☆☆
At an izakaya in Umeda.
They have local sake from 47 prefectures, and the first drink was Reimei, a sake from Japan's southernmost sake brewery.
It tastes like Awamori, like Okinawa, but it also has a sourness that makes it a good mid-meal drink. 🙆♂️
We are now only one prefecture away from conquering all 47 prefectures of Japan!
