I've been curious about "WAKAZE" for a while...it's brewed with ingredients from France🇷...just like a white wine! It has a fruity aroma like grapes, a sweet taste like Niagara wine, and a sour aftertaste like Chardonnay...lactic acid? Slightly sour taste... like something different from Sake... this is it! At home. This is the first time I have had this wine. The aroma and characteristic acidity give it a white wine feel. The alcohol level is supposed to be low at 13 degrees, but for some reason it makes me drunk. I would like to drink it little by little.

Alcohol content: 15 Sake no Hana (Koji rice), Yukikake (Kake rice), Junmai-shu Rice polishing ratio: 55% (Koji rice), 60% (Kake rice) A noble sake aged in oak barrels, suitable for pairing with Western food. The color is a dark woody hue derived from oak barrels. The aroma has a strong oak aroma and is closest in nuance to that of Shaoxing sake. The taste is also close to that of Shaoxing wine, being thick and sweet. It seems to go especially well with oily food, and can be enjoyed with Chinese food.

Finally, a sake brewery outside of the 47 prefectures. It is called Yuzu, but not too strong, just a hint. Is it a junmai sake? I think so, but I guess not. The alcohol content is 13 degrees. The bottle cap is interesting.

Refreshing and mild aroma😊Gentle sweetness on the palate😋and then disappears with soft acidity😚I had a feeling that the impression I had before was sour, but it was totally different😇. It was made by Kojima Sohonten, known for Toko 🤔I could tell it was delicious 😘.

Looks and smells like white wine? It looked and smelled like white wine. It was a gift, so I thought it was unusual and tried it, but the mellowness of the aftertaste was more like wine, and I felt it was not suitable for someone like me who is not very good at wine. I wonder if it would go well with cheese or some other snacks that go well with Western wine. If it is made in France and considered as a sake for spreading sake in Europe, I think there are many people who like it.
