Delicious! Slightly sweet, with a hint of oak (I have a silly nose) and a pleasantly mellow mouthfeel ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
It was even better than I expected 🥰.
The "W" I bought before was also very good, so maybe I like the sake brewed by Watanabe Shuzo!
Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama City. Also sold at the brewery.
It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki.
Like Kyokusiden, it is sold in single-batch bottles.
It has a fruity aroma and an easy-drinking balance of sourness and sweetness in the mouth.
The design and color of the label may be different.
Purchased at a local supermarket. I have a weakness for tags that say "super-limited" or "special order. I immediately drank it at home. The mouthfeel is sweet and round. It is sweet and round on the palate with a strong sense of umami. I thought it would be dry, so I was surprised. The aftertaste is tightened by a bitter taste. It is delicious.

Slight aroma of melon and rice malt
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, the smooth sweetness and umami of the rice spreads out with a soft acidity, and it finishes with a slight bitterness.
The balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is soft and harmonious, and the spiciness peeks out in the latter half, giving the impression of being firm.
It goes well with yellowtail and tuna sashimi, grated yam on rice, butterbur, chicken and fried bean curd stew, and dry chorizo.
