This is the first time I have seen Yamori use rice other than Hachitan Nishiki! The aroma is the usual cider type! From sweetness to dark umami, light sourness and bitterness, cutting through with a slight tingling sensation! Is it a solid feeling? It is not a summer sake, but it is a delicious sake with lots of umami. As expected from Yamori!

Two Rabbits is a sake that I had planned to drink by the end of this year, the Year of the Rabbit! I had passed on it because I could always buy it, but there was a 333 commemorative sake, so I bought it! It's been a long time since I've had a saint. It has a mild sweetness, umami, and a slightly strong sourness that is typical of nama-zake, and it finishes with a slight acidity. When served with Genghis Khan, the acidity helps to wash away the oil in the mouth, making it a good match. It is more of a food sake. It is delicious.

Collaboration sake between Sanzen Sakura and Yamama. Fruity ginjo aroma! In the mouth, it has a tingling sensation that is typical of nama-shu, and it cuts through nicely with gentle sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. It is fresh and dry! It has a strong sense of mountainousness. I mean, if they changed the label, I wouldn't recognize it! Where is the "sanzen sakura" feeling? It's hard for my stupid tongue! First Bunraku! The brewery that produces Sairai. The aroma is fruity. The aroma is fruity, but I couldn't taste any lemon! A gift from my brother. Tokusozo katsudo sake with black rice! First time drinking it. It fell down before I opened the bottle, and I️took a toothpick to the ceiling through the vent hole on the cap and finished yesterday. Opened today! Looks like blueberry drinking yogurt. When I drank it, it was slightly effervescent and silky. Nice for a mealtime drink.
